I had a very comfortable house and cat sit in Chobham.Looking after 3 cats was easy and interesting as they had different characters and were very sweet and affectionate.The house is very near the village and not far from lovely walks.It was very comfortable and the garden is very pretty.Vicky was great to communicate with and really lovely.I really recommend this sit.
Misti was fantastic to sit for. The house was clean upon arrival, with fresh sheets and towels for me to use. She offered to stock the kitchen with whatever perishables I might need, and granted me access to whatever she already had on hand. Best of all, her pets were very well behaved, which made them easy to care for. I had a wonderful stay!
Will and Andy live in the absolute heart of Hells Kitchen with sweet little PJ as well as two turtles, Buffalo and Ranch! They were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating as I met them in their home a couple days prior to meet PJ and get the lay of the land! Their apartment is shockingly spacious for being in the middle of Midtown and get this, they have a private patio area to let PJ out early in the morning and play with him during the day! I felt so prepared and knowledgable of the area thanks to these two's attention to detail and desire to make this a great experience for both me and PJ! PJ and I became so close as I learned all his impressive tricks and silly quirks! He is definitely a sleeper and was adorable to snuggle up next to on the couch when working on my lap top or watching a movie! I would also always wake up to find him nestled right next to me in the cool winter mornings, so cute. The turtles were so interesting to watch even though they required very little maintenance (a handful of kale a day and they were happy!) All in all I felt so comfortable at this sit and sad to leave sweet little PJ when I left! I would definitely recommend this stay and hope for future PJ playdates!
It was a privilge to care for Peggy whilst Claudia was away . Peggy is an energetic dog with a lovely demeanour. Claudia is super thoughtful and organised - providing clear guidance on how best to look after Peggy. She has a lovely home in the heart of Lewes.
We feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to sit for Jan and Steve, they are a wonderful thoughtful couple who made us feel very welcome. They share a beautiful home with their precious cat Biggles, Boris the cockerel, and his 3 lady hens. Biggles is a stunning old boy who sadly struggles somewhat with the challenges that old age brings but he still enjoyed his food and a gentle potter around the kitchen each day, in between tons of napping of course! I really wanted to scoop him up in my arms and give him tons of cuddles but being riddled with arthritis it was better to just sit by his bed and comb and tickle his tum which he seemed to enjoy. We absolutely loved watching Boris and his girls clucking around the garden and really loved feeding them by hand. Boris was such a huge character wrapped up in a tiny bundle of feathers and was not shy of demonstrating that he was in fact the boss! This was a tremendous sit which we can’t rate highly enough. We really hope our diaries align again in the future as we wouldn’t hesitate in going back! Thanks again Jan & Steve.
