From the moment Jacquelyn and I spoke on Skype I knew she was the right person to come and take care of Otis, Billah and my house. It was absolutely great having her here and I really look forward to her coming again. When I returned from my trip the animals looked really happy and settled and my plants were blooming and there were extra chocolates in the fridge?. There was an added addition of a truly inspired fake wasps nest that Jacquelyn had made to scare away the wasps around my pool. She really was very conscious of making sure that she took over my role seamlessly with the animals so that there was no disruption to their lives when I went away. I really could not have asked for a better first house sitting experience with this website and feel I have also met a really great person. Thank you Jacqui.

Biola

Having Biola stay with our kitty was truly amazing and set our hearts at ease since this was our first trip away after retirement, and losing one of our fur-babies. She was exceptionally communicative, chatted with us ahead of time and then came to meet our cat before the stay so that everyone was comfortable. Biola took pictures and video to send to us everyday and our home was very well taken care of. Our kitty was loved and we'd be overjoyed to have Biola back. Thank you!!!

Makeda and Dani were great house guests. She provided the perfect amount of info on our pets daily activities and sent some great photos. She was courteous and considerate and left our home as clean as she found it if not cleaner.

Alicia was a wonderful pet-sitter for our dog, Lottie, and for our daughter’s fish, Lychee! She was in touch with us daily with photos of Lottie, sometimes accompanied by her friendly lab Mitch, and even sent a video of Lychee, which our daughter appreciated. We felt so comfortable with the care and attention paid to Lottie and would definitely welcome Alicia again! As a house sitter, Alicia was amazing as well. After our week away, we returned to our house and found it in the same condition we had left it (if not a little cleaner…). During our time away, the remnants of hurricane Debby passed through our area. We were worried about how the storms would impact Alicia’s stay, but she kept us up to date, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation in a way that would not have been possible without her there. Overall, Alicia was amazing and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Savanna and Amaya were amazing dog sitters. Very trustworthy, in clear and constant communication, with pictures. They left the home more organized than they found it! My husband had a change of plans, and had to stay in the separate basement apartment of the house, and Savanna and Amaya were very understanding. We would recommend this wonderful duo to anyone and know that our dog and house were very well taken care of.

Nicki & Martyn sat for us in April 2018.
We couldn’t be happier with them, we returned home after our 12 day holiday to a spotless home and two content happy pussy cats.
We can tell they were very well looked after.
Nicki emailed us regularly with photos to let us know our cats were happy and cared for, putting our minds at ease.
We would highly recommend Nicki & Martyn as sitters, they looked after our home and cats just as we would.

Daphne

Christopher was punctual, tidy and great with my dogs. When I arrived home, however, I noticed that my front door wasn’t locked and apparently had broken/stopped locking while I was out of town. My front door opens to the street and I live in West Hollywood where there are a lot of homeless people, so this was pretty alarming. I don’t know what’s worse, not noticing the door is broken, or not saying anything and just carrying on like everything’s fine. I don’t think Christopher broke my door, but he definitely didn’t act with any regard for safety. 

Additionally, when we got home, several
windows had been left open. We are ground floor, no bars on our windows, in the city. One of the windows is two feet above the floor and doesn’t have a screen. Aside from this being another safety issue, one of our dogs is a Malinois that likes to chase squirrels. We are very lucky she didn’t go out the window, or somebody else didn’t come into our place either via the windows, or the open front door. Really disappointed. Do not recommend this house sitter.

Angela and her husband were great sitters! Very communicative, checked in periodically with pictures of the cats and left the house spotless- they even washed sheets and towels and remade the bed- I was not expecting that! I would highly recommend them!
