Communication with Teresa was clear and easy with written instructions available upon my arrival. The kitties, Steve and Bucky, are the sweetest (and low maintenance). They are quite social and will curl up on you or next to you for their daytime naps and at night. Super cute! The house is well kept and in a great location central to VA Beach, East/Ocean View Beach, and downtown Norfolk so there’s plenty to do in the area. I would definitely sit for these sweet kitties again!
Nelly was very friendly, I only stayed for 3 days but got a kiss on the cheek on the first day, she let me rub her belly on the second, and cuddle on my lap for half an hour on the last day! I had fun spending time with her and brushing her. The house is one of the most beautiful I have visited and Cordy made me feel very welcome. I would sure love coming back to Camden and Nelly :)
This is a great sit with a warm and welcoming family and the very lovable Dotty. Despite a very early morning departure Charlotte invited us to enjoy an evening meal with them when we arrived the afternoon before. They all made us feel very welcome and our 3 weeks with Dotty was a pleasure! We will miss her personality and pure joy of her off leash romps. Lovely family!
The most amazing house sit! Bella was the best companion throughout my whole stay. Loved naps, cuddles and belly rubs! The most incredible walks right next to the house, I could walk all day long. Alfie and Berti were the cutest fur babies and just loved to nap and pur in your lap all day. They are night owls so you get there cuddles throughout the whole day. Shani was kind, communicative, friendly, and just all around an amazing human. She left a very detailed instruction and was so kind the throughout the whole process. The house itself was immaculate. The most stunning garden I have ever seen I could sit out there all day… which I did most days. I could not recommend this sit enough to those who have a big heart and want to fill there days with all the fur baby cuddles. Hope to sit for Shani!!!
This was a great sit! First time in Tooting, and it was an easy walk from the Tube, which has a big Sainsburys right next door. I said a quick hello to Max who was sat on the doorstep when I arrived, although he soon trotted off and was a little wary of me for the first 24 hours or so, but soon warmed up to me. I kept an eye out for him and took him some food out in the garden, sat there while he ate it :) Georgie was very welcoming, showed me round, and was communicative throughout the sit despite being in rural Uganda! The house has everything I needed, with some great bi-fold doors, skylight and automatic blinds, and as Max was out quite a bit with the nice weather there wasn't too much I needed to do. I had no problems at all and this sit, Georgie and Max come highly recommended :)
Wonderful housesit all around! Rebekah's apartment is truly stunning! Stocked with everything you need, it is perfectly walkable all over Uptown, including our fave, the popular Katy Trail! Sterling and Liberty are beyond description! Sterling is the most social cat we've ever met, he's more make-believe than real. We could not stop staring at him! Ha! And then there is Liberty. She's just a crazy, sweet pup. At 3 years old, she is so well-behaved! We had so much fun loving on them both; it was tough to say goodbye. We are extremely grateful to have been chosen for this housesit!
