We had the opportunity to meet Huw and Chopper in December 2020, and we looked after their house and Chopper for 2 weeks, spending Christmas and the New Year there.

Taking care of Chopper was a pleasure, he is a very affectionate and peaceful dog. We took him for walks two or three times a day in the woods or in the neighbourhood. It was easy to find the rhythm with him, even though sometimes he has pulled on the leash quite a bit wanting to eat whatever he finds in his way haha!

The forest around him is beautiful, perfect for walking or jogging. Also on foot to the Shopping Mall through the woods, the path gets shorter and takes about 35 min. But in the neighborhood, around the corner from the flat there is a small supermarket where you can buy, as well as bakery and restaurant. Currently there are no buses connecting the neighbourhood to the city centre, so the only way is via Uber or walk to the Baneasa Shopping and from there take public transport.

Regarding the flat, it's super comfortable and being two people, each one could count on their own work space.
Huw made sure to leave us clear instructions about both the care of Chopper and the house, as well as being always available and attentive to any doubts or inconveniences.

We really had a great time with Chopper and we missed him! We have become attached to him, and we love him as if he were our own dog. He is a very intelligent and well-travelled dog!

Thank you very much Huw for everything and we wish that our paths will cross in the future!

I had a wonderful time sitting at William’s home. All of the pets were delightful and friendly and game for a good cuddle. William provided really clear instructions to ensure the stay was smooth, enjoyable and stress free for me as the sitter and all the animals. I hope dates align so that I can go back again!
