We had a wonderful time sitting at Kathleen's cabin with Kaylee. The view of the lake is spectacular and we were charmed by Kaylee who is a very well behaved and charming gal. While the cabin itself is remote we were able to explore a bit of Wakefield about 20 minutes away. Kathleen was friendly and communicative, always helpful and available. Would do again!
First of all the house is beautiful, I am glad that they took my advice and updated the profile with improved photos to better showcase the house and Sitters bedroom itself. For me personally, the house and bedroom were far superior to what I was expecting from the previous profile. The house is very quiet and perfect for working, it also has a lovely garden to relax in. The location is also brilliant with lots of green spaces around for walking, several nice bars and restaurants and a local supermarket. The three cats are all lovely and unique in their own separate ways! The situation with regards to separating them in the evening is a little confusing at first but you soon get used to it. Pollux used to join me most evenings on the sofa for some Netflix, while Fafa and Mushu would share the bed with me each night. The only downside to the whole experience for me was the feeling I got from the owner both upon arrival and when she came back from her holiday. Compared to all my other THS experiences I found Laura to be the least welcoming and hospitable. From the moment I walked through the door she bombarded me with a huge amount of information with regards to the do's and don'ts in the house. I did ask her in advance to either write down anything important regarding the house or include it within the Welcome Guide but neither of these were carried out. It can be difficult trying to remember all the information upon arriving at a new property, and sitters always prefer a hard copy to refer to once they are on their own. Laura is incredibly particular with regard to everything in the house, it does make me wonder whether there is a better solution for them than using THS. Having said that, they do seem to go on a lot of long holidays so I don't know what the alternative could be! I was actually nervous about using many items in the house, so much so that I even considered not using the oven for the entire duration. Ironically I also had my first ever THS breakages, through no fault of my own, and once again I was extremely worried about informing her of those! Many of my previous THS gigs have turned into regular repeat sits, and I have kept in touch with the majority of owners, several of whom I would now class as friends. THS is a mutual exchange between the homeowner and the Sitter, and like most things in life, being nice goes a long way!

The Tiny Tails team have all been great: they clearly love what they do, maintain a high level of care and supervision, and always provide me with detailed updates on how the day went. I could not be more thrilled with the care and the attention that my guy gets at Tiny Tails. He RUNS in and hates to leave in the late afternoons when I pick him up. The staff is so caring and so loving, and they alert me to things about my pup's health when needed (e.g., a follow-up email to let me know that he was chewing his feet and seemed to be very itchy). I would recommend Tiny Tails to anyone who loves and cares about their four-legged family member and wants him or her to have a great day and great care!
Ms. Daisy loves going to Tiny Tails to play with her friends all day almost as much as she likes going to camp and boating. She loves the staff and we have purchased and donated to their little 2nd hand thrift store.
My puppy, Betty, can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up in the parking lot! When I pick her up after work she’s always exhausted and I get filled in by the staff what Betty did that day. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Autumn especially goes above and beyond for my pup by taking the time to get to know her and catering to her quirks at lunch time.
This place is great. They take really good care of your dog and it's in a convenient location for my wife and me. They report your dogs day like who she played with, how long they played, or if they took a nap. I'm sure they would be the right place for your pet too.

I wouldnt trust this place or the owner as far as I could throw him.. If they really loved dogs, they wouldnt let employees ABDUCT them from people that need their dog watched for more than a few days. I 100% suggest you bring your dogs else where. Still trying to get our beloved dog back from an employee that took her home and then eventualy stopped all forms of contact..
Tiny Tails gives you food when you're broke. I haven't had a job in six months.
Prompt service, they tell me all about how my dog did that day, just really friendly. It's near the dog park, too, so it's really amazing
They offer a nail trim clinic at our local pet store which is wonderful!! That is so incredibly convenient for pet owners! Amazing, caring people that care about all animals and the community!
We are new here and are so happy with the way our 3 dogs looked after grooming. They were all perfect. I was worried about our smallest dog because the last groomer I tried said he was too anxious and couldn’t be clipped. Oliver looked beautiful and wasn’t a problem I am so happy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommended!
We love this place! The staff is always totally friendly, and the dogs clearly love being there. Mine is normally trembling with excitement waiting at the door to get in. If that’s not the best sign of a dog being comfortable somewhere, I don’t know what is. You won’t find a better dog bath anywhere either. Depending on your breed, it’s possible whoever has washed your dog in the past hasn’t made it all the way down to the skin with a good scrubbing… I have a Labrador retriever with somewhere between three and four layers of fur (it’s best suited for swimming in cold water/oceans, sea fairing dogs back in the day), and he looks and smells amazing long after his bath from another dog day. I can tell the oils and odor have been removed from his skin. Give them a chance, if you have a friendly, outgoing dog, it’ll thank you.
Our dog Barkley loves this place so much He is so happy that he is spending the night. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they really love dogs. There is a big backyard for the dogs to Play in. When they get a bath they smell so good. -Mia
My dog loves it here. The people and their patrons (dogs) are all nice. Lisa, the owner, knows my breed and how to handle her grooming to perfection. And, most importantly, on a stay-over, she comes back to me as happy as I left her. Cuddoes to Lisa and her staff, and facilities.
Hank is very happy whether doing daycare or boarding. Everyone working here obviously loves what they do and it shows in their conscientious care. This guy goes happily wagging to Another Dog Day any chance he gets.
Brought my standard poodle here for a grooming appointment. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to ask if any adjustments needed to be made when I came to pick him up. Will be bringing him back for future grooming appointments.
