My pups love staying here! I do not have to worry about anything when I leave town because Yusuf communicates and sends pics throughout the day. I have giant velcro dogs and every time they see Yusuf at the door for pickup, they rush to greet him joyfully with hugs and kisses. I have been able to depend on Genesis Paw for last minute boarding and even an unexpected extension when my mother was ill out of town. I truly appreciate the kindness and way Yusuf handles Paisley and Yasuke, because they come home happy and there is no anxiety at all. He treats him like his own pups. I am a repeat customer and cannot say enough great things.

For my birthday vacation, I ventured abroad and entrusted my 89pound furbaby to Genesis care. He demonstrated exceptional skill in handling her and put my mind at ease with regular updates and pictures. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interactions, making it an overall positive first time worry free boarding experience for both me and Jelly B. She will definitely be back, as she was not ready to leave him after her seven day stay lol

Genisispaw helped our family by keeping our three fur babies as we traveled to Texas for a family reunion. I was impressed from the start when John “Yusef” scheduled a meet and greet prior to approving my request. The meet and greet was extremely professional as he used the time to get to know the dogs and to explain his expectations. Throughout our trip, he sent pictures and videos to show us that the doggos were in good care. The dogs were sufficiently worn out, clean and smelling of lavender when I picked them up. I hope this is the beginning of a long-standing relationship with GenisisPaw.

Our meet & greet was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and patient with my dog. They gave him time to acclimate himself to the new surroundings before even approaching him. They knew he was over stimulated due to the excessive drooling and aloof behavior. I would recommend GenesisPaw to any dog owners needing a sitter!

I cannot speak highly enough of Maria, I’m so grateful we’ve been able to work with her! We were recently referred to Maria through our veterinarian when we had taken in a puppy that was in less than ideal living conditions. Due to her leaving her family too soon, she came with some severe behavioral issues. Maria is so incredibly knowledgeable, and from day one of working with her we have seen our puppy unlock skills that we would never have been able to uncover ourselves. She gave us a behavior modification plan, which we’ve been working on at home, and we’ve seen great strides in our puppies behaviors. We also send our puppy to work with Maria twice a week at Maria’s doggie daycare facility and it’s been FANTASTIC for her confidence. She gets to learn the skills of being social with other dogs, while also learning directly from Maria. I feel like Maria has truly helped us save this dogs life. Having two small children ourselves, we were very concerned what the outcome of having this dog could mean if she went into adulthood without correcting these behaviors. Maria has given us peace of mind and the tools to keep our girl as part of the family. I can’t recommend her enough, and we will be forever grateful to her for helping us. Often times dogs are euthanized or passed around when behavioral issues aren’t dealt with early on, so we will be forever grateful for the early intervention we received from Maria and everyone at Frey’s Place!

Clementine, pictured here after a day at daycare(!), loves going to Bahati and Frey’s Place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 🥰 She’s only been going for about a month, but has already had fantastic improvement in her confidence! She is excited to go now in the mornings and has even begun to play while there! She loves the enrichment activities and I can tell they are such great mental stimulation for her because of how tired and fulfilled she is when she gets home. Maria has been to my house to help with some training as well, and gave me all the tools and insight I need to move forward with my Clemmy. I can tell from my interactions with her and seeing her with Clementine that she truly cares about each and every dog individually and spends a lot of time considering what approaches and tools will help them to succeed. Clementine loves Maria and Mike!

Maria trained & socialized the best dog ever, Maggie! She has outstanding knowledge of the field, a keen eye for dog behaviors, & plenty of experience & success stories. I would feel comfortable leaving any of my animals with her at anytime and know that they would not only be cared for but made to feel like they are at home at Bahati & Frey's place.

I'm so glad we found Bahati and Frey's Place! Our puppy attends once a week and it's amazing to see how quickly she is overcoming her fear of other dogs. Before beginning care she exhibited a great deal of separation anxiety, and we've seen a huge improvement so far. Maria is very communicative and deeply knowledgeable. Every human and dog I've seen has been happy and excited to see her and Mike, and I feel very comfortable with my dog in their care. I'm looking forward to continuing our visits!

This is more than a typical dog day care! Our pup has been coming for a year, and I have seen him grow more confident and less reactive. Marie and Mike do a fantastic job and really care about the dogs; they are scrupulous about keeping a clean and safe environment for everyone. Highly recommend!

We had Maria over for a private training session last night for our new rescue pup. I can't tell you how impressed we were with her knowledge and ability to read our dogs. We also have a 12-year-old pit bull that we were not really concerned with, but she was able to give us simple instructions to help stop their barking. We were extremely frustrated and confused by some of the information we were told from other trainers. Maria told us easy simple corrections that worked! We are so looking forward to implementing them in the days ahead to gain the peace back in our house. Her calm and matter of fact approach is just what we needed.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I work in Dayton but live out of town and needed to find a place for my black lab every day. We had been to multiple places via Rover where my dog had to be dragged into their homes or center. Now that I found Bahati and Frey Place my dog literally jumps out of the car every day! He runs to the door and jumps up and down. He does this every single day and we have been going their for 4 months now. Maria is so talented and the enrichment and care he receives there is top notch! Mike is so caring and my dog shows both of them love and vice versa. He goes home tired every night! I was so stressed and upset about finding a place I could send my dog that I was considering giving him up but when I found Bahati and Frey Place that all changed! I can’t say enough good things about Bahati and Frey Place. Amazing!!!

Really amazing doggie day care. They truly care about the animals and work hard to make sure that their experiences there are valuable. The behavior correction is their biggest asset, and we bring home a tired dog. We hired Maria as a personal behaviorist and what a difference 24 hours can make! The education was so much different and valuable to my dog and his needs than his regular puppy training class.

Our little "Buddy" is in love with Maria, Michael and Frey's Place! He is so excited whenever we arrive there that he can't get out of the car fast enough! He has so much fun with all his friends that he is exhausted when I pick him up. This is a great environment for all that attend. The staff is very caring and attentive! We highly recommend Freys Place for your fur babies!!

Maria is very personable and fantastic with dogs. Definitely trust her with my furry soul mate. Our dog Frank goes to daycare twice a week - he has an absolute blast and I love bringing home a quiet, tired dog. It is so important for him to have his doggy days. We love Maria and Mike!

Our dog has done daycare, overnight stays, and a week long boarding. We have always had a great experience with Arlissa and Dayton Pet Care. They are very quick to respond, send daily updates, and take the best pictures. Luke always comes home tired and happy from all of the fun activities they do with him there!

I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care! They are flexible and easy to communicate/work with. Our puppy, Gia, is always excited upon arrival and exhausted from playing when we pick her up. It’s clear they are passionate about caring for animals, and they always provide us with plenty of photos to update us.

My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Dayton. Being from out of town I did some extensive research on the best place to leave our dog, Molly. Dayton Pet Care had great reviews so that is where we had Molly do an overnight stay. I was not disappointed at all! All through the night I received wonderful texts, and some of the best pictures that I’ve ever seen of our sweet girl. I felt very secure in the knowledge that Molly was being very well taken care of! I would absolutely have no problem highly recommending their service!

My bulldog boys love Dayton Petcare! The team keeps me updated on their activities with pictures and videos. I can see the joy in their faces. I’m very comfortable leaving them when I have to travel. Feels like you’re leaving you’re pet kiddos with family. I would recommend them over any chain establishment. It’s like you’re leaving your pet kiddos with family. ❤️Only problem I have is their exhausted when I pick them up 🤣🤣.

I highly recommend Dayton Pet Care for boarding your cat or dog. They are a 24 hour service, (a rarity) and we were able to drop off our doggo at our convenience. Arlissa was quick to respond after I booked, asked all the right questions and made our dog, Sidney feel at home and loved. She sent updates and awesome photos of Sid during her entire stay. She was properly cared for and exercised and had one on one playtime. Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Dayton Pet Care provides quality care for my dog. He loves going to daycare and playing with all of his friends. They care for the animals as if they were their very own. And they take amazing photos! I am truly grateful for their services.

I simply can not say enough good things about this place! I just left my fur baby there for a week and I got daily updates and pictures letting me know he was doing good while he was there. The owner is very prompt to respond to any questions. And this place has a full on puppy carnival on site! I’m talking playground equipment and a little coaster. 10 out of 10. This will be the FIRST place I call from now on.

SFPSS has been a wonderful solution for all of my dog sitting needs. My dog was adopted from a shelter, so he is very wary of overnight kennel boarding. Being able to keep him at home, and trust that he is being well taken care of gives me a ton of peace of mind. Each sitter I've used has been great, and always include pictures of him with updates so I know how he's doing every day that I'm gone. I've booked with them on over half a dozen occasions and every time I have been immensely satisfied with their work. I called Alicia the owner, and she was very caring, comforting, and understanding of my anxiousness. Melissa was excellent at coordinating the schedule. My grandpets were so loved and taken care of by AllieA and Christina! I received pictures and photos of each visit. Just look at how happy they are. I will ABSOLUTELY use Special Friends Pet Sitting Service again and again!

Outstanding company; we're so happy we found them !! We have 2 older greyhounds, and one of them is battling cancer and is a little "fragile." Given that, I was hesitant and worried to go on an overseas vacation, but SFPSS put my mind at ease. Three sitters tag-teamed for a total of 4 visits per day.. for 11 days. The sitters did a meet and greet ahead of time and diligently took notes as I explained the needs of our high-maintenance pups. They were on time for visits and gave the dogs lots of attention. They had no problems giving meds 3x per day and even adapted to feeding a bland chicken and rice diet (delivered by my friend) to one dog who developed GI issues. They also cleaned up several "results" of these GI issues, without complaint. Sitters sent texts and photos after each visit and were very responsive to questions. The dogs and house looked great when we returned. We highly recommend Special Friends!

Special Friends Pet Sitting Service and pet sitter Micaiah are amazing! They kept my pets and home safe while I was gone. They were very respectful of my instructions and kindly provided me with detailed updates & photos while I was gone. I am definitely using them again :).

Kristie and Allie were really wonderful at communication — they sent pictures and a note at every visit, which was very reassuring since Special Friends Pet Sitting Service is a new company to us. Melissa, the scheduler, was on top of things and kept us all very organized. The system they use to keep things secure is very professional and I felt secure having strangers in my home. I would absolutely use this pet sitting service again and recommend them highly based on our first experience with them.

This team is wonderful with our bunnies. We have been customers for over 6 years. Many service businesses, over time, become complacent with their level of service but not SFPSS. I have found them to increase their level of service, both in efficiency of meet and greet, access to house and most importantly, communication of the interactions with our pets.

Alicia has been watching our pets for probably 20 years. Always reliable and she loves our pets as much as we do. She took one of our cats to the vet when he had issues. Never hesitated to do so. She sits with our pets and goes the extra mile to make sure they are well

I take my Golden Retriever puppy Louie to Dogtown Huber Heights for daycare 4 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I drop Louie off he is more interested in being with them and his friends at daycare than saying bye to his mom. Whenever there’s been an issue they were quick to message me, and very helpful. I often look in to see how Louie is doing on the webcams and never see potty messes on the ground that aren’t addressed, or dogs fighting, the staff is always attentive and caring. Bringing Louie to daycare has been great for his socialization, and I love knowing that he’s not sitting in a kennel. Their grooming services are also fantastic, and it is so convenient to pick him up all bathed and trimmed and ready to go home. Pick up and drop off have always been quick and easy as well. Boarding there was also really convenient when we went out of town for a night. There are so many fun activities they do! It’s apparent to this very picky dog mom that the entire staff treat Louie like family. Definitely give them a try and see for yourself.

Absolutely love this place! Having recently moved to Dayton it was so hard to know whom to trust my pups with. I have been so thoroughly impressed and happy with dogtown Huber! The team here have been so observant of my dogs noting changes in behavior and even the smallest scratches on them! Great communication! You can tell they love what they do! My dogs are always excited for daycare and come back so happily exhausted! Have boarded my dogs here for trips as well!! Also love that they’re open 24/7!

Awesome facility! The employees really care about the dogs here, and take so much time to make sure they're as happy and comfortable as possible. They even have a salon, now! I love how the dogs get to roam a bit more freely rather than being confined to kennels for hours like other places. They maintain safety while giving more freedom, it's really fun!

We've taken our dogs here before and had no issues. Well this time our one dog was "aggressive". Our dog has never been that way not even at dog parks. So they isolated our dogs because we didn't have another option to come them while on vacation. I have talked to others and they have had similar issues after having gone several times. They also told us to bring her in more often as they could train her so they just want us to spend more money on a problem that wasn't even a problem. I watched the cameras and have seen dogs humping each other and others who showed aggressive behaviors but those dogs were not isolated.

Everyone is always friendly and really helpful. They have a lot to juggle but still have great customer service. Lillian is quick and knowledgeable and her confidence makes me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. Also, the groomer was great! I don’t remember their name though.

They were really nice and patient with our baby girl. They cleaned her up really nice and didn't take too long at all.

Love this place! My dog gets so excited when she goes to daycare and just loves it there. Everyone there is just so nice. They have great communication too, so if your dog is sick, just is acting too nervous, or anything else, they will always let you know which I really appreciate! She was even groomed there because it was convenient while she was in daycare and they did such a great job with her! She's a hyperactive dog and they were able to keep her calm. Great prices, open 24/7, and friendly employees! Dogtown is a great place to bring your dog!

The environment is clean, safe, and organized, with plenty of space for dogs to play, both indoors and out. They really pay attention to the individual needs of each pet, ensuring a good match in play groups and providing ample rest time. Choosing Dogtown for my doggy daycare needs has been one of the best decisions I've made for my four-legged friend. It's more than just a daycare - it's a community of dog lovers who make every day a fun, tail-wagging adventure for my pup!

We took our dog there for boarding while we were out of town. While on our way back, we called and asked if we could have him groomed, and they really went above and beyond and accommodated our request. It was very much appreciated and so grateful for a business like this.

Update: Austin has been going here for 4 years now and I am so thankful for Dogtown! I figured I should update my review from 3 years ago, because they are still so great. They are still amazing! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us. The staff is so awesome! We have been taken out Bassett Austin here since he was 16 weeks old and is now 7 months old. He love it here so much! The staff is AMAZING and cares about every individual dog! We are so fortunate to have such a great place near us with great staff. I highly recommend checking them out!

Been taking my corgi Theo for months now for boarding and love it here. There way of letting dogs be dogs and the with separating them based on size and personality and see how the dogs act around eat other which makes better since then other places I have taken him. The staff are very nice and very helpful on either informing you of you furry friend's day or how there stay was. I would recommend hounds town for furry friends, I have taken Theo to multiple places to stay over night or play all day and not me alone like this fun place for him to go and be a good dog , my boy shows me he likes coming to hounds town too by being so exhausted from playing all day with his new friends and when I call and tell him he is going to hounds town he gets excited and wants to go and stands by our back door telling me he wants to go lol .

We absolutely love this location. Finding this place was such a relief for us. We had looked around at a few locations for boarding, but this location just immediately made us feel comfortable, and the staff were so kind. It has made traveling so much less stressful now that we know our babies are in good hands.

We got there a little early and were welcomed right in. My dog had to pick today to be completely weird about everything, so they thought she might be guarding me and asked me to step outside. I did and Fate was a perfect angel for them. So it’s me, I’m the problem! I’m so impressed with everyone’s kindness and patience ❤️

The staff is very friendly and they answered all of my questions when dropping my puppy off for the first time. I called to check on her during the day and they reassured me she was having a great time. I could tell she loved the staff by the way she interacted with them when they brought her out to us. One of her canine baby teeth fell out and they found it. They asked if I wanted it which made me so happy because I've been waiting to find one ! We will definitely be back and I feel very comfortable leaving my puppy with them.

Excellenty first time experience with Hounds Town. My pups have been to multiple different daycares all over the country, so I have a lot to compare it to. My dogs have very different personalities, and both were comfortable in the environment. Beyond that, my dogs weren't rushed off without consultation. I was able to stay and talk with the workers there. You can tell they all care very much about the dogs, and have a very calm demeanor within the facility.

I took my 11 month old puppy in for an evaluation today. The staff was so kind to not only myself but my pup. You can tell that they truly have a love for dogs and it is evident they take great care of them. I am excited for my pup to enjoy his first overnight stay and doggy daycare soon!

From the moment I walked in the first day, I knew my boy Kev would be in great hands, and he definitely has been! The staff have shown to be compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable! They are always excited when Kevin walks in the door! He can be bit rambunctious so I love that he can always be placed with his perfect group! Plus everyday he comes home, he sleeps the rest of the night. Did I mention they post pictures daily of all the pups playing?!? Makes my momma heart happy! Overall, wonderful place!

The team at Dayton-Kettering Hounds Town is awesome! They took great care of my big great dane baby. The staff is caring and professional. The facility is clean and well organized. I highly recommend for daycare or boarding.

Our first experience with Hounds Town was absolutely amazing. Being met at the door by the owner and the staff who absolutely showered our three fluff balls with all the love and affection they could ever desire, was amazing. Our pups came home so exhausted from all the play they immediately drank some water and went to bed. We will be returning many...MANY Times.

We recently moved to the Dayton area and needed a new doggie daycare for our dog. Hounds town does all day daycare which is different than what we were doing before but our dog obviously loves it. I love how friendly the staff is. They always greet my dog lovingly and know who I’m there to pick up. Our last place you could customize everything including adding 1:1 time and individualized snacks/meal times. But anytime our dog hasn’t had breakfast and I ask if they can give her breakfast they have always done it. They also post photos on their Facebook and Instagram that I love!

I’ve used Homeward Bound twice now while on vacation, and have been very happy with their services each time. They took great care of my cat, sending me photos and reports at every visit, and were accommodating to his special food needs. They also were able to come for a last-minute visit when my return flight was delayed by several hours. My cat was relaxed and in good spirits when I returned home, and it was reassuring to know he was in good hands the whole time. Would recommend!

We’ve used Homeward Bound twice and they are the best. We had an issue with a hiding cat…I called and they got right back with me and assured me they would look high and low for our elusive Gracie. She usually isn’t so shy but her schedule was disrupted and she preferred to sleep through dinner time. They found her hiding place, problem solved. We used to ask our friends to cat sit, but asking your friends to clean a litter box on a daily basis is a big “ask”. We’re so glad we found Homeward Bound.

We have been using Homeward Bound as our Pet Care for around 5 years. The communication and care they have for our fur child makes life away from home less stressful.

I wish I could leave this business a 100 star review. My son hired them to visit 3 times a day while we were in TN. They had problems with the lock and waited at his house until almost midnight so a locksmith could let them in. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement!!!

They cared for our pets for 8 days and did an outstanding job. We received e-mail reports after every visit (2 per day) with pictures. Knowing they were taking care of our furry friends put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing they were in excellent hands. Would give 10 stars if that were an option. Highly recommend this service. Very professional and caring.

Homeward Bound is the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. They have taken such wonderful care of my pets. When I got a new puppy, Roscoe, they were so good with him. They took fantastic care of him, visiting him twice daily to cuddle, play with him and take him out to potty. He has grown into such a playful and confident dog because of the consistently wonderful care he received in his formative years through Homeward Bound. HB thank you so much for treating my fur baby with such great care.

I have used the ladies at HWB for the last 20 months. They have taken care of my dog well and follow instructions well. Their customer service is phenomenal. If I ever had an issue, they were open about resolving it. One time, they tracked snow into my kitchen. When I told them, they profusely apologized, refunded my fee for that day, and that has never happened again. They are flexible to my weird schedule and responsive to their texts. I live further away so they charge an extra $1 or so, but I don’t mind because I trust them with my dog.

My baby Athena loved her dog walkers and her time with them. We had moved and we were outside their area but if I could I would use them again. They were so good with Athena and they sent pictures of their time with her and I looked forward to them on my 12 hr days. Me and Athena appreciated them so much 💓 …

I have been using Homeward Bound for cat sitting for the last two years. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are trustworthy, dependable and very focused on making sure your pets are well taken care of. I’ve used them numerous times and never had a single issue. My son and I love reading the daily journals and looking at the pictures they took of our cats. It’s been such a relief not to have to worry about them when we go out of town. Every time I’ve taken Zoey to All Paws Inn, Natalie has done an excellent job on Zoey’s grooming. She also watched Zoey while we went on a trip and she sent frequent updates. Highly recommend. Professional, friendly, clean.

All paws inn is the very best dog daycare around! Natalie keeps her outdoors area and building clean and welcoming. My dog comes home exhausted from playing with his friends all day. Natalie is great with all the dogs and I love that she sends me pictures and videos of my pup. All paws inn has a huge fenced in yard for lots of exercise, and new things to explore. If it’s raining she has a great indoor area too. My dog is socialized and active during my workday thanks to Natalie! We have also used Kayleigh at the spa and she was amazing. My dog has weepy eyes and Kayleigh took the time to explain to me how to keep them clean. My dogs looked like little princesses, they even got bows on their ears! Making the grooming appointment was easy and very reasonably priced. I feel very lucky to have the daycare and spa so close!

Vivian had an awesome day playing with new friends at the All Paws Inn. Thank you Natalie for loving Vivian and giving all 4 legged friends a safe loving place to play and be adventurous while their humans are busy at work. The grooming services are top notch too Vivian came home soft, white and her coat was flawlessly trimmed to perfection a doodles coat is not the easiest to work with but this was the best groom she has had!

Our dog, Otis, loves going to "school" at All Paws Inn and gets so excited when he finds out he is going! The staff are so friendly, professional, and truly care about your pets! We receive regular photos, videos, and texts while Otis is there. The staff work very hard to make sure all of the dogs get along and are in a fun and safe environment. They also do a great job socializing the dogs and working on positive behaviors. The staff also do fun activities such as easter egg hunts, pools in the summer, and birthday treats! Otis has learned so much from going to All Paws Inn and has become much calmer around other dogs when we are out. We never have to worry about Otis when he is at All Paws Inn. And the best part?! He comes home exhausted and is always excited to go back!

We have had not so good experience with the store groomers, so we decided to try out All paws inn. We are beyond happy! Our dog was so well cared for and the groomer did such an amazing job! We will be back!

We love Natalie and the whole staff! Our pup loves them too. You can tell they care about the dogs like their own. Our pup gets so excited to go to daycare which is such a great sign as an owner and is exhausted from all the play when he gets home. I also love that they post pictures and video updates throughout the day. I drive out of my way to drop off my pup here because it’s an all around great place !! Highly recommend

Our dog loves this day care! She jumps for joy when we bring her in the morning and leaves happy and tired. We have been taking our dog here for almost a year and have never had an issue. It's a great facility for the dogs to play outside and relax if they need to. Dogs of all sizes seem to enjoy. The staff is friendly as can be. Natalie has always treated our pup with so much love and we greatly appreciate her. We will never take our dog anywhere else.

I have been going to All Paws Inn for over a year now. I take my dog 4/5 days a week. My husband and I work a lot. We started going when our dog was a puppy. Natalie and her team have helped us train/raise our dog and I cannot say enough good things about this place. For example, Natalie sends us videos and status updates so we always know that our dog is happy and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a small business with a personal touch, this is the place to go!!

I can not recommend this daycare enough!! Natalie is so amazing with all the dogs! I brought my super young, small pup to daycare and she was really great about slowly introducing her to the pack and making sure she was comfortable and having nothing but positive experiences! Now my dog goes everyday and she absolutely LOVES it! It’s fairly small and intimate (maybe 10 dogs a day) so each dog gets a good amount of quality time and focused play. Plus they are super flexible and accommodating, not to mention incredibly nice!!
