Thea took good care of my pet during a very warm week in Oakland and also had to endure the sights and sounds of July Fourth in Oakland, a loud and lively affair. She put up with these challenges with grace.
You will soon see that Katya is a sweet, social and super soft cat, who is also hypoallergenic, and loves to be petted and be with you. She is easy to care for, sleeps most of the mid-day, and has a robotic litter box cleaner that only needs one change a week. We really appreciated the comfortable Temperpedic bed and Dawn leaving ear plugs to soften street traffic. The views of Lake Union are awesome and and it was fun to watch the boat activity. The Burke-Gilman trail is a three minute walk from the house, with a 27 mile bike and walk path to explore. We enjoyed renting e-bikes and kayaking . A new brewery is a 5 minute walk from the house, and an iconic take out fish restaurant was worth the wait. Dawn and Bill are warm and welcoming and we are grateful for this opportunity with Latya on the lake!
Magali made me feel very welcome when I arrived and gave good details of the area and good instructions for Poja. The location is easy to find and central to many places. Poja is a very sweet cat. At the time Poja was not allowed out therefore I was very careful when going out to keep Poja in. The apartment is beautiful and clean I would recommend this sit.
The 2 lovely goldens Tessa and Mira are always a joy to take care for. They Will keep you company all day and like a lot of cuddles. The house has all the amenities you are looking for and the owners will give you a warm welcome. We are always happy to go back.
Vicky and Alan are expert hosts who provide you with everything you need and more! Saffy and Peachai are adorable and an absolute treat to look after. The surrounding area is beautiful country side with endless walks and areas to explore! I'd definitely recommend this sit to anyone who is considering it!
Jan's place is great and in a really good location for exploring Worcester. I felt really comfortable with the instructions and Jan showed me everything I needed to look after the house and Lionel. Lionel is one cool cat! He is super chill and entertaining. I really enjoyed my time hanging out with him!
Robyn & Tim are great host, easy going and friendly. Their document guidebook is really useful which covers most of our questions with Iris and the place. Iris is very low maintenance and she loves treats and cuddles. We have a wonderful time with her. The place is warm and cozy. There is a nice park and lots of restaurants nearby for outdoors & dinings. It has everything we need to make ourself comfortable.

We boarded here 5 years ago and recently returned. Sadly, we lost our puppy before boarding here again, but I toured the current facilities and was reminded how amazing they are. Our Hunter lived 18 years and had been kenneled in at least a dozen locations, none of which compared to this one in terms of extra care options and set-up. Although there are plans for a spa and grooming and a rebuild of their cat facility, to be clear, this review is just dog kenneling. The dogs have indoor cages but all have their own doors for outdoor access (still enclosed in a fenced run and with overhead cover). Those doors are locked at night to keep the dogs secured inside the building. Outside, there are good-sized fields and even a dog park obstacle course. There are cameras strategically positioned around the building to keep an eye on the dogs outside. The staff know the spayed/neutered status of every dog and the temperament of all the regulars, so they are careful about which dogs are outside together. They also have deliberate methods to introduce new dogs to the others, so the kennel area was not nearly as loud as I expected... until a human walks into view, of course. Finally, they have extra little bonuses you can purchase to include cuddle time and in a couch area that may be an essential break for some pets (especially seniors) to have a more comfortable stay. For the staff who work here, these are not just pets but are truly seen as people's "fur babies." If I had a complaint, it would just be that they don't have enough spaces (which would also need more staff). But that certainly isn't a knock on this facility as much as it is a warning to get your reservation in early.
I have been bringing my dog here for several years the staff is amazing. My most recent booking the manager, Lo really went the extra mile by helping us out last-minute. Thank you so much for that. We did not expect that. We are forever grateful.
We definitely trust this location as they haven't let us down. We have used them over the years and have no complaints. Our German Sheppard seems to enjoy it here, and her accommodations seem to be pretty large. We feel confident in their services when leaving our dog in their care.

This review is long over!! This place was amazing! My family transferred here while I was in the Navy and we were still looking for permanent housing; we needed a reliable place for you pet. The pet center was accommodating and informative. It took us a month to find a place that accepted pets and they took exceptional care of our boxer!! He had a scar that occurred during transit and they administered his medication, fed him good food, gave him playtime and bathed him regularly upon our request. When we vacation, this is our go-to place! I’d refer them to anyone who has access to Ft Meade!!
Amazing service for a very reasonable price. My dog absolutely LOVED being there. It was easy to tell because he was excited to see me but not super convinced he was ready to go home. Really appreciate them accommodating my needs in such short notice.
Mocha, Coco and Latte love this place--When your dogs get excited about coming back, you found a gem. Wonderful customer service, clean facility and excellent staff. Wish there were more places like them. They are at least five bucks less than others... Worth my travel of almost an hour to make sure my babies are taken care of. Ditto... Book in advance because this place is popular.

We contacted Pawwws Aboard to see if they were able/willing to watch a mini pig. Jazmin stated she had never done it but was willing to try. She came to meet him and we all felt comfortable so we booked her for 2 visits a day while we were away. She has fair pricing with multiple ways to pay. She was very communicative while we were away and sent pictures, videos, and updates during each visit. We felt at ease knowing she was there taking care of our pig. Will definitely use Pawwws Aboard again for future trips if she’s available
She is an awesome puppy sitter!! I will definitely be using her the next time my husband and I go on vacation! She sent us videos everyday for updates on our little one and she was always happy and playing. She showed our Frenchie lots of love and attention. I had a pause in my need for a pet sitter during the past year. We just did a camping trip and needed to board our fur babies. Even though we moved further away from Jazmin, I thought of her first. She responded quickly that she had an opening and during our trip she sent pictures of Emma playing with a toy and Lingling playing with the puppy, Beauty. I knew they were in good hands!
After a last minute debacle with my normal boarding facility, I had to scramble to find a place on such short notice with which I felt comfortable and confident to leave my fur baby, Duke. I reached out to 2 highly recommended/reviewed boarding facilities, and while both replied with availability, only Domestic asked if I would like to view the facility. I immediately said yes to the tour, and upon arrival, was greeted very warmly by the owner, Therese. After only a few minutes, I knew this was the place for Duke. The fact that she only takes 4 dogs at once ensures constant love and attention. In addition, the location/facility felt very home-like. The dogs have plenty of toys and much needed interaction/socialization. Photos and updates were provided over the 2 weeks that Duke was there and he even made some equine friends. I would definitely recommend Domestic Pet Care to anyone needing boarding care. Prices are extremely reasonable; In my opinion, so much so that I tried to give more but it wasn't accepted. Domestic Pet Care also provides a Veteran discount and a New Customer deal. I can guarantee that Duke will stay there again, along with my new pup, Tessa (once she arrives).
Therese has the ideal setup for boarding and we couldn’t have been happier with her services. She has 2 large fenced in areas for the dogs to play in and a nice clean indoor setup w 4 air conditioned kennels. We loved that she only boards 4 dogs at a time and never let’s the dogs play unsupervised. Our dog was not spayed yet so she made sure to pay close attention to who she could play with. We had a 1 week vacation across the country only 1 month after getting our 6 month old Lola and were very worried she would have a tough time with separation anxiety, etc. Therese gave us daily text updates with pictures letting us know she was having a great time and playing nicely with a couple of the other dogs. When our flight changed Therese was also very accommodating and had no problems letting us pick her up a day after we had originally scheduled to. We will definitely be coming back to DPC next vacation! Thanks, Therese!
Went to Fl for 4 days, googled kennels because pie regular was booked. Found this one and loved it! She sends daily pics and lets you know how your dog is doing. I would 100% recommend Therese and will be going back!
Therese is great. She knew I was nervous about boarding my dog so she sent me a few pics during her stay to ease my mind. The room where my dog spent most of her time was well air conditioned, clean, and there was a tv for back ground noise (which my pup prefers). There’s a clean outdoor play area with lots of toys and she only accepts a few dogs at one time so each animal gets the attention they deserve. I talked to about four boarders/kennels before choosing Domestic Pet Care- the other facilities I spoke with were not even amendable to letting me view the facility beforehand (sketchy). I I feel safe leaving my pup here. FYI…first responders get a discount.
Therese was amazing. We received multiple updates. Just when I was thinking I wonder how the dogs are doing, I would get a text with a photo of them. She had jackets on them when it was cold and I was able to have an awesome weekend with no worries. Domestic Pet Care was convenient and affordable. When you have a trip that you are not able to bring the entire family (pets), Domestic Pet Care will take care of the pets for you and treat them like family for you.
Theresa took loving care of our senior golden, and let us now immediately of any issues he had (itchy ears). She even cleaned his ears with our permission. Domestic Pet Care provides a lovely home-like experience in a quiet country setting, with a lovely exercise yard. Compatible dogs even have supervised play together! Our pupper had a great experience here.
We have two teacup Schnauzers - both less than 5 lbs. We are reluctant to leave them with anyone. Therese's kennel is small, safe, clean and she is an absolute gem! I highly recommend her.
We were in a jam and Therese really helped us out and took care of our shy dog this past week. She sent us photos throughout the week and our dog played with some of the dogs which she doesn’t normally do at other kennels. Therese had a great set and up and we were impressed with how she took care of our dog. We will definitely use her in the future.
Our 2 fur babies did great here. They are both rescues and scared of everything so we could not leave them in a kennel. They were well cared for and in great shape when we returned. We are so thankful for personalized attention, loving care, cool and relaxing space and daily access to a nice play yard for exercise!

Quality Time pet sitting cared for my indoor and outdoor cats and were wonderful! I will certainly use them again. Marie and Rob are so friendly and care deeply about animals. Exceptional Care and Outstanding Service at Stay Pet We recently boarded our dog, King, at Stay Pet while we went on an extended cruise. It was King’s first time being boarded for an extended period, and unfortunately, he didn’t take to it as well as we had hoped. However, the Stay Pet team was nothing short of amazing. They kept a close eye on King, monitoring his moods, mannerisms, and any changes in his temperament. It was incredibly reassuring to know that they were taking care of King just as we would. When it became clear that boarding wasn't the best fit for King, the team at Stay Pet didn’t hesitate to suggest alternatives. We ended up switching him to daycare, which suited him much better. Throughout the entire process, Stay Pet offered us options, including veterinary care, to ensure King was comfortable and well-cared for. The team’s dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. We truly felt like they went above and beyond to take care of our family. Such a wonderful place to take your pups for daycare and boarding. They really look out for their customers and their pets - our corgis literally leap out of the car each time we take them. Probably the best parts are the people and the villas - the garden villas have 24/7 wifi cameras and the staff do a great job of showing genuine tlc.
I have used staypet a few times to board my dogs. They are seniors that don’t tolerate playing with other dogs much anymore so I like that stay pet allows the option for no daycare. I had access to the webcam during my last 2 week vacation and saw that my dogs were well taken care of. Plus I have 1 14 year old dog that a lot of boarding places in the area wouldn’t take due to her age, but stay pet was very accommodating. Recommend for other helicopter dog parents like me who have dogs with special needs
Absolutely wonderful! Had a last minute boarding for my cat and it was super painless to sign up, and they took great care of my baby. She was purring on the way home and hopped back in her carrier after like she was ready to go back and hang out more. I will absolutely be bringing Rixha back!
I cannot express how much we love stay pet! We use all of their services - weekly daycare, boarding, grooming, and the vet. We have very large dogs that are sometimes difficult to care for, but they absolutely adore stay pet. The staff love on our girls and always take the best care of them. I also have to sing HUGE praises to the vet staff. My Great Dane was having trouble at her current vet due to nervousness and Dr. K was so helpful in the transition (even pulling our dog out of daycare just to give her treats and pets so she would be more comfortable). Our Cane Corso recently had surgery performed at Stay Pet and Dr. K has kept in constant communication, texting to check in and very quickly responding to any questions I have. Loren, the vet tech, was extremely helpful in walking through all the after care instructions as well. Again, HIGHLY recommend!
We've been using Stay Pet for boarding our dogs while we're on vacation and have been very happy with the service. We also utilized their new veterinary service for the first time and strongly recommend it as well! The prices were very reasonable and the vet seemed knowledgeable, thorough and informative. When touring kennels in the area, Stay Pet stood out for many reasons: 1) The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They seem to genuinely love working with animals and it is appreciated that they know and greet our fur babies by their name. 2) The facilities are super clean and the boarding cages are a decent size, especially compared to other kennels. 3) The dogs get to play outside of their cages for a lot of the day, which is very important to us since we have two energetic huskies. 4) Their hours are convenient for working families. You can drop off as early as 6am and pick up by 7pm during weekdays. 5) We appreciate the thoroughness of their intake process, from verifying the vaccinations to having a trial evaluation day to make sure our dogs will feel comfortable there. 6) They upload photos of all the dogs playing on a daily basis and we really enjoy being able to see photos of our dogs having fun while we're away on vacation. One thing that can be improved is the communication. The phone number always goes to voicemail, although they do get back to you in a few hours if you leave a voicemail or a text message. We're very happy with Stay Pet and happy that we found our go-to place for boarding and daycare!
My dog has gone here for daycare weekly and boarding for almost a year now, and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! He is SO excited to jump out of the car and run in every day that I take him. We boarded him for a week and he was just as happy, and the vet there is great too. They communicate very well and are always available to answer questions.

So pleased with the grooming services here. A newf is not an easy job and I am rather picky I admit. I am grateful for their patience and understanding for my needs for his grooming. The facility is gorgeous and doesn’t smell like bleach or other things like other places do. The staff is professional and sweet. I really like them and think the groomers do a darn fine job with my boy. The prices are on point and they also like my dog 🖤😍.
Kai and MD Pet Butler have been our dog walkers for several months and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve used other dog walkers in the past but with Kai, we knew instantly that it would be a great partnership. Prior to our first walk, we met with Kai to discuss our dogs’ temperament, activity level, any special needs/considerations, and lastly, frequency of walks and cost. She really puts in the time and effort to make sure your dogs are comfortable with her and that she’s meeting your service needs. Kai is consistently on time, if not, early. We WFH and can get it down to the exact minute Kai will arrive so we can prep our dogs quickly before hopping back onto a call (don’t worry, if you’re not home, she’ll enter your home at your request to grab your pup). After their 60 minute walk, my dogs always arrive tired and happy (well, maybe not so happy on those cold/rainy days) and will rest until I wrap my work day several hours later. Not only is she incredibly pleasant and professional but she also goes the extra mile. She sends a little “report card” after every walk where she provides a GPS route of the walk as well as the cutest pictures. If there are any comments/concerns, she’ll let you know either in the report card or if you’re at home, will let you know post walk. Kai offers other services such as overnight sitting, pet taxi, pet supply pick up, etc. I have yet to use any of her other services but will definitely reach out should there be a need. I really cannot express how great Kai and MD Pet Butler are and we’re so thankful we found them. You really get it all choosing them!
Kai and Beth have been our cat sitters for almost a year and we adore them! My husband and I travel pretty frequently and have four cats. One of our cats is diabetic and requires insulin twice a day, and another cat also has a daily medication. Kai and Beth are AMAZING with them and I trust them completely! They always take time to play with the kitties and send pictures and videos of them. Our cats love them!
Kai & Beth are THE BEST. They were super kind, funny, patient, and friendly to us and our pups when we used their services! My sister and I went on a 12 day trip to New Zealand, and although our dogs were going to be staying with our parents, we needed someone to walk them while we were gone because our parents were unable to. We have a rather ornery and nervous older chihuahua mix and a young, sweet, and playful yorkie, so we were worried that they were going to be handfuls. But Kai & Beth hit it off with them (the chihuahua took some warming up to lol) and our pups had a great time with them! They took pictures during their walks (I attached one of the pictures they sent us), they let us know how their walks went, and they were super accommodating for my mom who has trouble walking. I absolutely recommend this fantastic dynamic duo for your pet sitting or walking needs!

Prompt, professional, and great with my two challenging dogs! I was unable to walk my pullers after two recent medical procedures. On short notice I called on MD Pet Butler to help. They came out to meet us and showed patience and skill dealing with my dogs and worked out a flexible schedule that worked for me. They texted their ETA before each walk showed up on time. I'm very impressed with their knowledge of dogs. So happy I could trust them with my canine family. The customer service was great. I highly recommend.

We think the world of Kai and her team! One of our dogs has very complicated medical issues and needs close monitoring. That does not phase Kai at all. We completely trust her every time with our precious fur babies!

Cozy canine camp has been amazing. My husband and I were looking for somewhere our dog would feel at home and be surrounded my people that treat her as if she were their own. UPDATE: I did receive the refund of my deposit, but it did take about a month to receive it. Long time customer, I've been boarding my dog here every summer for many years. I booked a boarding reservation in July for my dog back in the beginning of April, but my dog pretty suddenly died near the end of April. I cancelled my reservation online but was not refunded the deposit. About two weeks later I called the office, no answer, but I left a message asking for a call back and if the deposit would be credited back due to the circumstances. No one ever returned my call. They were kind enough to send a hand-written condolence card in the mail, which I did appreciate, and that is why I've giving a 2-star review instead of 1-star. But I still have not received a call, email, nothing regarding refunding the deposit I paid for this reservation. I would understand if it was a last minute cancellation, even in the case of a pet's death, but cancelling a reservation 3 months in advance due to a pet's death, I would think that would warrant a refund of a reservation deposit. But apparently not at Cozy Canine Camp.
Our pup loves, loves, loves it here! He absolutely adores the counselors and other dogs. It's a one-stop shop offering daycare, boarding & grooming! VERY highly recommend.
UPDATE: After speaking with the GM today, I put my rating at 5. I appreciate how she reached out to me to talk about my concerns. We used Cozy whenever we boarded our previous dog, so when it came time to board our current one we made a reservation. I sent a msg while we were away asking how she was doing. No response. They did let me know that she had loose stool and vomited bile the morning we were to pick her up. That was on Thursday. It's Sunday and I'm still waiting for her report card on how she did the whole stay. I've msg'd and emailed once each requesting it. I've called twice, spoken with someone each time and was told both times that they'd send to me. Nothing. I'm guessing it doesn't exist. I'm disappointed because we really liked them in the past. Not sure what we're going to do the next time we need boarding.
Cozy Canine Camp is the best! Our high-energy beagle puppy Otto loves to go and gets so excited when it is a 'camp day'. They put up pictures daily so you can see what your dog is up to and are very responsive. I would recommend Cozy Canine Camp to anyone with a dog!
Dogs are always Happy to go here for boarding. They are well cared for and don't seem to lose a lot of weight like at other kennels. Staff is friendly and seems to truly care about the dogs. This is the only kennel in the area I trust to leave my dogs for a long stay (2+ weeks)
Thanks to Cathy and Cozy canine camp for being an outstanding facility. My Lance had three different groomers before we came in contact with Cozy Canine Camp. He hates care rides and being on a crate makes him even more anxious. We were always looking for a place than can take care of him and they just know how to do it. They offer this awesome VIP services where I can wait for him after I drop him, and pick him up right away after he is done, it is amazing. Lance always looks so handsome after his grooming session and I know he notices it too!! I can tell he likes Cathy since he never gave kisses to any other groomers before. If you are looking for a great groomer, Cathy will not disappoint you. From a regular grooming session to a VIP service Cozy Canine Camp has it all. If I can gave her 10 starts I will.
I rescue and foster dogs from numerous organizations in the area, and often times adopt the senior pups that can have trouble getting placed. So you can imagine I take their care very seriously. I try to make sure I'm always the one to take care of them, or my better half. But occasionally we're both traveling, or taking a vacation. Apollo (pictured below) is going on 13 years old now, and has significant arthritis (which he takes numerous medications for, as well as physical therapy and adequan injections). I was nervous to have him boarded for 10 days, but CCC has always been great with my dogs for day care or grooming (as well as previous boarding experiences). I'm remarkably happy I made the decision that I did, to board him and his sister at CCC. The a la carte nature of their experience is great, you can select private walks in the woods, half-day day-care, full-service grooming, late-night potty breaks - all as add-ons and customizations to your pets' stay. And the very well documented check-in process is crucial for older dogs like mine that take a slew of medication at very specific times. Being the fun dog dad that I am, of course I set up my fur-babies for the works. The camp called me after their first day to report they were doing well, and give them their report card. They probably would have called more after that, but I would typically beat them to it. After a couple of days, I got a call that Apollo wasn't doing so well, he was having trouble standing on his own, and wasn't getting around so well. After conversing with Apollo's vet, we decided to make a minor change to medication, and cancel all of the extracurricular activities - he was likely over-exerting himself and needed more quiet time. The camp complied with the change in direction, and called me regularly to report Apollo's progress. If things got any worse, I would return immediately to take care of him. After a couple days, they indicated he was doing much better. When I came to pick them up, several of the staff had come to the front to say good-bye. Apparently they had built a small wooden ramp for the one or two spots that had a step to allow him easier mobility. I've used boarding and day-care at many locations in the area, but there are very few that would have provided the time and attention that Apollo required. The adaptability, communicability, and care that they provided was first-rate. I probably won't be boarding Apollo any more, as he gets up in age that simply won't be a possibility. But for all of my other fur-babies and fosters, I am glad CCC is available.

I have been going to Love Those Paws for cat sitting services since about 2016. They are always responsive, accommodating, and attentive. They have always followed instructions well, and leave detailed notes on how each and every visit goes. Over all these years, they have been immensely helpful for an anxious and disorganized cat mom with high maintenance fur babies.

Love Those Paws is wonderful! The staff are fantastic and they really take the time to get to know your pet before they care for him/her. We had them watch our (animal-aggressive, but people-loving) dog while we were on vacation. We even thought we left our dog outside when we left and they went out quickly to check on him (he was inside). They left little notes about each visit and made sure we came home to a clean, happy dog. Visits are a good value and fairly priced - we highly recommend Love Those Paws and will use them again!
Love Those Paws have been helping me for about 8 weeks now and I am so pleased. Never a missed appointment, and the dogs have adjusted so nicely. Their mobility has improved because of the regular walking that they weren't getting before, and they seem happy and content. All of my instructions are followed exactly. We have been using Love those Paws for nearly two years to walk our two dogs. They have been nothing less than outstanding. The owners bend over backwards to help us. Our two dogs are walked daily and we have never had a complaint about our service. They employ very caring dog walkers who really enjoy the animals. I've been thrilled with the personalized attention given to my dog and to me. I use the service once or twice a week. Owners of Love Those Paws have done a wonderful job reminding me that it's time to schedule walk(s) for the week. They conveniently use email for this and/or will give a gentle phone call reminder when scheduling has slipped my mind. The walkers leave personalized notes after each walk and follow directions from our intake conference to a tee. The owner came to my house to meet my dog and took copious notes on his care prior to agreeing to take my dog on as a client. I felt immediately comfortable with his knowledge and care and recommended Love Those Paws to another dog owner who was in need of care for her puppy in a very short turn around time due to circumstances beyond her control. Four paws up for this company. Although my posting name is "Walker" I am not a dog walker! That refers to the Avon Breast Cancer 60 mile walk I did years ago. The 3000 participants were loving referred to, and encouraged by the name Walker:)
I have been using Love Those Paws' dogwalking service for 8 months now and it's been great! My dog was a rescue so he was very anxious and afraid of new people and I was nervous about having a dogwalking service. However, everyone at Love Those Paws knew how to best approach him and help him feel comfortable. They are reliable and truly seem to care about the welfare of the animals.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. I left my two dogs with them for 16 nights. Prior to that I took them to the vet to get vaccines and was told they were in good health for their age. I was scheduled to pick them up on October 5 but I paid for an extra day so I picked them up on October 6. When I picked them up, both of my dogs wouldn’t eat and one was very lethargic and couldn’t walk straight. I called the manager at Noah’s Ark and asked when was the last time they ate. The manager told me the last time they were fed or let out was on Friday October 4. I asked who was in charge of taking care of my dogs and could not get a straight answer. One of my dogs eventually began to eat but my other never got back to normal. He can’t eat or walk. I took him back to the vet and was told that he has a wire in his stomach and must be euthanized. I called Noah’s Ark again and asked how this could happend but I couldn’t get an honest answer. I BELIEVE I WAS BEING LIED TO. I think the staff a Noah’s Ark had something to do with my dog’s death. I paid almost $2000 just for them to NOT feed my pets. They are very unorganized and either don’t keep track of who is working with the pets or just try to cover up their neglect. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO Noah’s Ark and I encourage you to do your research before trusting these people with your pets and your money.
I have been taking my cat to Noah's Ark for boarding a few times since late 2022. I can tell by my cat's calm demeanor when I pick him up after that he feels comfortable there. He also transitions very easily back at home. The staff seem to treat him very well.
Great groomers Lexi and Becky are the best they called me cause they were having little trouble with my dog loki but with little help they got it done thank you you 2 were the only one that could get him groomed and I also recommend there boarding to they took great care of loki when he was boarded definitely my only go to for boarding and grooming
Took my Golden Retriever in for microchipping. Want to make sure that if he ever runs off I'm able to get them back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also gave him a thorough check out and he is ready to go.
I absolutely love this place. They have always treated my dogs as family, their staff is always friendly and they are very helpful. Update: We are still using this facility. Over the years they helped us through a very difficult situation with our 13 year old mastiff and have continued to give great care to our other mastiff.
Clean, welcoming Veterinary facility. Dr. Martinez-Hernandez is my favorite, she always treats my pets as her own. My older, arthritic Siberian Husky, anxiety prone Shiba Inu, and three cats all are seen here. They offer an annual plan for vaccines and visits and are able to treat an array of ailments. I have also visited the grooming facility a couple of times and also had wonderful experiences there, too. It's a great one stop shop with fantastic staff, from the doctors to the techs to the groomers to the receptionists. It is next to a loud, busy roadway - if your pet is sensitive to loud outside noises make sure to hold them tight until you are inside. Otherwise, simply fantastic.
We've been taking our dogs here for grooming for years. Now we're doing doggie daycare and our dog loves it. Great staff.
Wonderful place. My JinX got a bath and her nails trimmed. She smelled good and looked very happy. Unfortunately She will not be returning. I recently was told by their grooming staff to drop my baby off at 7:30am. I was notified afterwards that her bath wasn't until 10am. So she sat in a kennel til then. Now I see why she was so excited to leave. I was told a full bath and nail trim and grinding wasn't a groom so that's why she sat so long . If it was a full groom in which I can't imagine the difference she would have been first even tho she had an appointment and was there first. For over $60+ dollars every two weeks,nope. She now goes to a groomer who takes better care of her needs and treats each pet like a star. They are decent place but I was not a happy pet parent anymore.
We recently moved to the area so this was my pups first grooming experience here and we are thrilled! Groomer called me personally to discuss how I like him done, and they accommodated a “straight through” appointment because my pup is old and has heart disease and a murmur so he was in and out quickly with no added stress on him. Prices were higher than I expected, but with the straight through accommodation, and with how much I know he hates getting his nails and ears done, I’m fine to pay for the quality we received.
First class professional clinic. Staff are personable and the veterinarian explains things in plain English instead of complex medical verbiage. Will Definately continue to bring my cats there!
Ursula is a fantastic pet sitter! Whenever I have to leave town she's always happy to watch my cat and take care of her. My cat absolutely loves her and I fully trust her to take good care of her. She texts pictures daily when she stops by and always communicates clearly about medications or anything else that needs to be taken care of. Over all I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter to take care of my cat while I'm away. I highly recommend Ursula!

Ursula is amazing! Our 6 month old large breed puppy loves her and she always keeps us informed after each visit with pictures and updates. Our neighbor even commented on how much she clearly loves our pup. We are lucky to have found someone so attentive and helpful.
Ursula is great! She is very kind to our cat and always sends updates and photos so we don’t worry when traveling. We were delayed on our last trip and she saved us by continuing to care for the cat until we managed to get back. Also, the cat seems to love her and is always in a good mood when we return. Ursula was great! This was our 1st time using her and a dog sitting service in general while we were away for a few days. I just wasn’t comfortable using a dog kennel for my pup. Ursula was was great from the get-go….from the initial meet all the way up to when we got back. She took great care of our puppy and you can clearly tell she loves dogs. I will use her again in a heartbeat. Great communication while we were away & affordable as well. You really can’t go wrong.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ursula. We have used other dog walking companies, but she is the best. She is warm and genuinely excited to see our dog every day. We can also tell that he really likes her too! She walks him for the full time we requested and ensures he has treats and fresh water before she leaves. Her prices are also more reasonable than others which was a plus! We get a quick text update when she is done for the day and she uses venmo for super easy billing. I've been using D'Tails Pet Service for dog walking/potty breaks for about a year, and am very happy I found them! When I first rescued my dog, she was very skittish and intimidated most people, but not Ursula! My dog warmed up to Ursula quickly and is always happy to see her. Ursula is extremely reliable and very flexible; she's patient with schedule changes, has added visits with little notice, and is fair with her pricing. Best of all, she seems to genuinely like my dog and the feeling is clearly mutual!
