Jana helped guide us through our first experience as hosts, which I was grateful for. We met Jana and her family ahead of the stay to discuss our pets needs. I felt very comfortable leaving my pets and house in Jana’s hands and I would be very happy to host Jana and her family again. Jana was so kind, she cooked us a crumble for when we got home. A really lovely family.
I highly recommend Sue & Nick if you are looking for reliable, diligent and cheerful sitters. They kindly offered to sit for my elderly cat Kuki during the lead up to Easter and competently arranged their flights and onward journey connection with no input from me. Sue’s communication was excellent, asking all the right questions before the sit and providing updates whilst we were away. Sadly we needed cut our holiday short and return to Gibraltar early when I was told that my mother was dying. The easy rapport I had with Sue enabled me to tell her my plans and they rapidly offered to vacate our apartment in order to let my husband come home and support me at my mum’s bedside vigil. It worked out well for Sue & Nick as they were able to spend a couple of days in the city of Seville, enabling me to go home and rest after my mum died. Sue and I most definitely bonded over this trip, my cat was well looked after and we returned to a very clean apartment with food in the fridge and thoughtful gifts. Sue & Nick would be welcome at our home again in the future, even long after Kuki joins my mum at the “Pearly Gates”. Thank you so much Sue & Nick for your kindness and understanding.
