Robert and Rosa <3 They are lovely people. Discreet, reliable, kind and took great care of my home and my birds. Everything in the house was clean and they left us food in the refrigerator and we loved it because it was delicious. They are well-traveled and experienced, they like animals and enjoying life. We eat pizza and talk about our travel stories and they have exactly our vibe. Thank you guys for taking care of everything perfect. We recommend 100%

Keith and Kelly did such a great job caring for Jack! They were so accommodating when my flight home was delayed. I came home to a clean home and happy dog. Many thanks to them!

Ashley and Tina came to meet me and find out what was going on with my pets and the house. They were pleasant and efficient. The house was cleaner than when I left it and the dogs were happy. I will definitely try to have them stay again.

Ana and Dorian are proof that Christmas miracles do happen! After another sitter canceled at the very last minute, they came to the rescue. They are friendly and easy to communicate with. Most of importantly, they were fantastic with my shy cat, Princess. They were patient with her, drew her out of her hiding spots to play with her and were very attentive to her needs. I loved getting daily photos or videos along with updates. It made me so happy to see Princess was so well cared for. When I got home everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend Ana and Dorian and would welcome them back anytime.

Jude was excellent with the furry kids. He even took the dog for extended hikes, which I'm sure they both enjoyed! This is something I don't generally get a chance to do with Cody. He even went above and beyond with preparing and hosting our Airbnb in our absence. He also had an additional challenge in that our refrigerator was having issues, so he had to juggle food from one to another, which he handled very well! Thanks Jude for your taking care of our furry kids and our home!

Could not have hoped for better. Bill has been excellent and really made us feel at ease as we felt our cat was in safe hands. He kept us updated with photos and kept our home immaculate.

I’m sure when Amy applied for this sit it never occurred to her that she might be spending a few days riding out a tropical storm while comforting our thunder-fearing Staffy. It turns out that is exactly what happened and she handled it with patience and class. Tessie fell in love with Amy minutes after she arrived and I am pretty sure that the feeling was mutual. Amy went above and beyond communicating the entire time she sat for us, keeping us updated and informed yet not overwhelming us with unnecessary reports or photos. She got it just right. As a matter of fact she got it all right, from caring for our dog to maintaining our home and respecting our property, even overseeing an appliance repair technician scheduled to fix the dishwasher. Amy was a pleasure to deal with and get to know. Having Amy as a sitter made me realize that she has a very important quality that I will be looking for when we need another sitter- maturity. Many thanks to Amy for handling a stressful situation with maturity and a positive attitude.

David and I clicked on the Zoom interview, but it was not a great fit, ultimately. The pets are fine, so the most important thing is that. And the house is fine. I guess I've been spoiled by great sitters who left our house impeccably clean and communicated daily with pictures and information that clearly indicated they knew our pets well and were taking really good care of them and our house. This seems to be the zeewoi standard. But I had to contact David every time I wanted information. He never contacted us once, although he did respond within the hour when I contacted him. But not a picture. Nothing. He even jokingly complained that our cat wasn't being warm enough to him and he considered himself a cat whisperer and was a little peeved. I laughed along and shrugged it off because he was such a nice guy. But I think he found my detailed instructions too informative? Over the 25 years I've had pet sitters some have joked about my very thorough instructions, but everyone, until David, told me they very much appreciated too much information rather than not enough. It doesn't appear he paid them much attention. He didn't recycle. He didn't take in our mail, several days worth was left sitting in our mailbox, which he explained was because we hadn't explicitly asked him to bring it in. The same was true about sending pics of the animals or communication. If I'd asked he would have, but I didn't, so he didn't. The same went for a package that was delivered the day we came home. It arrived at noon, 5 hours before he left our house, but he just left it outside. He said he figured it "would be fine" out there until we got home. He also left earlier than we'd agreed to over text. It's clear if you read the instructions what time the dogs eat dinner and I told him to please stay until dinner, walk them as instructed and then feed them before he left. He left an hour and a half earlier than that to meet friends at the beach. He also didn't follow the instructions for feeding one of our cats, about not leaving her food out because the dogs would eat it before she got a chance to. He did this at least twice that I know of. There was a coating of sand in the shower. The bed was made-ish. He didn't bother with the wash cloth on the bathroom counter I asked him to use to wipe it down so the poured cement doesn't stain. It was untouched, perfectly folded and the post-it note was still stuck to it . The floor was not swept, lots of fur tumbleweeds, although I'd left the vacuum out. And when I challenged him his response was that, "he was not a professional." Except that this site is based on a pay-based membership and at least I expect professional behavior from the sitters who I entrust with my pets and my house. He was taken aback by my texts challenging him when we got home and had discovered all the above. He said he's received nothing but good reviews before and I have no reason not to believe him. He also said he "probably won't use the app again." He said he was "feeling a little attacked" by my observations, even explaining that he'd been asked back by other sitters, and one even paid him some $, though he hadn't asked for it and never would. I've never ever had anything but great relationships with the sitters I've had in my home, through this site or before over the years. Some were long-term sitters for over a decade. I liked David very much as a person over the phone. I have to say we were not a good match once I came home and saw the lack of attention to our instructions, and that he hadn't cleaned up after himself thoroughly before leaving. Not all fits are good ones. This one wasn't for me., though I wish David the best, as he did me.

Claudia and Jose were excellent pet and house sitters. They took great care of our dog and our home. Communication was superb. I can highly recommend them as sitters!

Lexi did a great job taking care of our 2 high energy labs. She communicated with us, came by to meet the dogs before the sit & they took to her right away. Our house was left clean & tidy. Would love to have her sit for us again!

Freddie did an incredible job with our cat and our house for an extended period of time! She pampered and loved our cat and left the house immaculate. She went out of her way to help us out, and was a godsend in a changing and uncertain situation. Very responsible and conscientious, excellent communication. Big thanks for everything, Freddie!
