Suzy has two lovely felines and her house is perfectly placed for a foray into the centre of Cambridge. The communication prior to the sit was stress free. Overall a sit to be recommended.

I enjoyed caring for Kenzie during my weekend stay. She got along great with my dog, a 1 year old corgi, Pumpkin who I brought with me. The bed is very comfortable, with a good memory foam mattress. Kenzie is a great cuddler. She would jump on my lap option/sit next to me. Caring for her was easy, and instructions/pics of where things were easy to follow and helpful. When I first arrived, she did bark for about 30 mins nonstop, but she relaxed/calm down after that and didn’t bark much after that first initial meeting. Would enjoy sitting for her again. Conveniently located near highway exit and close to Kingstowne shopping area.
We thoroughly enjoyed this pet sitting assignment at Sandra and Caroline’s at their country estate in West Malling. Upon arrival, Sandra kindly offered to pick us up at the train station. Their cat Freddie, a British Short Hair, was easy to care for. He knows precisely when its time to come inside and he’ll help to remind you when its time to feed him. He gladly showed us the exact location of his food and treats, lest we forget. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Our bedroom with en-suite was quite ample, making us feel like honored guests. The highlight for us was birdwatching on the deck. There is a set of binoculars and a bird guide that helped us identify a wide variety of species, mostly new to us, that we don’t have in the United States. We enjoyed selecting fresh produce from the garden and orchard. There were many types of squash at their peak and in season, as were members of the nightshade family such as peppers, tomatoes and eggplants. We made delicious homemade butternut squash soup twice in one week as well as sautéed courgette. Getting into town is a short, pleasant walk either via footpath or by road and sidewalk. It’s a quaint historic town dating back to the 11th century. Steeped in history, this town features a Norman tower and St. Mary’s Abby for benedictine nuns. There we found quite a variety of good restaurants and bars we enjoyed and even treated ourselves to an wonderful massage at Kings Street Therapy Rooms. Who would have guessed this small village has expert skill level message services. We can’t wait for this couple to go away again soon so we can resume our exploration of this exceptional home and community.
We have just returned from a fabulous house and cat sit in Tala Cyprus. We where made very welcome by Margarita and her 5 lovely cats. Margarita made us a much needed dinner and breakfast next morning after our travel from the UK. We were given all the information on all the cats and shown everything we needed over the next day. There was also a booklet on everything to remind us . All cat food etc were at hand for the duration of our stay so no shopping for the cats. We quickly settled to our tasks of grooming and feeding the cats and feeding the outside cats . Margaritas house was neat and well organised. Christmas decorations in place a cleaner each week was a welcome treat. The weather cats house and Margarita made this a wonderful home and cat sit . It was everything we could have hoped for.
