Lia was great taking care of Gibbs! She kept good communication despite my limited service while out of town. I came back to a nice tidy home and she even stayed a few hours late with Gibbs since my flight was delayed!

Samantha & Alexander

Samantha and Alex were amazing pet and house sitters for our dog Rosalee. They cared for her for almost 10 Weeks and during that time Rosalee unfortunately contracted an infection ; they did not hesitate to take her to the local Japanese vet to get the help She needed… this also involved them taking her daily for checkups and follow ups on an almost dally basis for two weeks straight. They did all this with enthusiasm and care. We were so thankful they were with her! We hope they’re able to sit for us again in the near future !!

Galia was an excellent house & pet sitter!! She went above and beyond while caring for Roxy. She also took great care of my home. I would love to have her housesit again in the future if she is available.

Peace is one of the best sitters we have had yet. She was easy to communicate with and very well prepared. We came home to a clean house and pets so happy they didn’t even act like we were gone. :) She was also super understanding when we had to change plans and come home a day early due to inclement weather. It was so lovely meeting Ilana and Michael! They are extremely competent and organized and Chewy warmed up to them immediately - which I was shocked by because he can be very territorial and usually takes a few days to warm up to people. They listened to my suggestions on how to introduce themselves to him and they hit it off! It’s clear they are very comfortable with animals and knows how to read their cues. When Ilana was first petting Chewy, I didn’t even half to warn her when he had enough - she picked up on it right away! (Nobody ever does) They very capable managing his complex dietary needs and medication. When we returned home Chewy was in a jolly good mood and seemed very content and it didn’t even look like we had guests at all. Our home was cleaner than when we left :) They are excellent communicators and kept in touch with funny experiences, photos and general reassurances that all was going well. I highly recommend Ilana and Michael and I am already trying to wrangle them in for some time in July!

Amber

Amber was a wonderful sitter and we were happy to have her take care of our cats once again. She was always on top of all our care instructions and communicated really well with us. With Amber at our place, we could have a worry-free trip as we felt assured that she will certainly take care of everything back home. She treated the place like her own and left it very clean. We were also happy that she always kept us posted about what’s going on and sent us regular photos as well and would certainly welcome her back anytime.
