Great communication. Lori arrived as planned. She was flexible - I had an unplanned gravel addition to my driveway and she managed it quite capably. I arrived back home to a spotless house and a dog that takes naps on her bed (the guest room). Oso obviously misses her. Lori would be welcome back - either to sit or just to visit the area as a guest

We felt at peace on vacation knowing Melinda was taking care of Leon and our home! Not only did she anticipate Leon's goofy tendencies having a golden herself, but she made a very concerted effort to stick to the structure and routine to ensure we didn't come home to a different dog. And Leon sure does like to test you haha. She was communicative yet self-sufficient and left our place impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend Melinda to others wanting to feel their home and pets are well taken care of.

Paula is such a good pet-sitter. Both of our pets, who tend to be anxious when we are away were so relaxed and happy when we got home. The house at least as tidy as we left it, too. We had such peace of mind knowing Paula was here.

From start to finish, Erika and her partner Sean were so kind, considerate, and easy to work with! Their experience was apparent from our first FaceTime meeting, where we discussed my dog’s care and daily routine. My pup, Arrow, can be very shy and nervous, so I’m always intentional about selecting a sitter for him, and Erika and Sean brought exactly the right approach. They were patient and encouraging, and after only a day or two, Arrow was in love with them! It was particularly special to hear how he opened up to Sean, as Arrow is typically more cautious of men than women. Erika and Sean sent me dozens of pictures — it helped keep my mind at ease knowing that Arrow was being doted on! And when Arrow got an upset stomach for a few days, they watched him carefully and sent me regular updates. Luckily, it was just a little stomach bug, and Arrow was back to begging for belly rubs and fetch in no time! Erika and Sean are truly the kindest people. They’re very responsible, tidy, communicative, and caring. I felt so at peace knowing they were watching Arrow while I was away, and I would invite them back anytime!

Aresh is an excellent sitter. He responded to our last minute request for a pet sit, and took very good care of our animals and house. He arrived on schedule and notified us before leaving our house. His communications were clear and prompt. During our absence he provided updates on the pets and sent us pictures showing they were receiving fine care. I highly recommend Arash as caring and competent.

Toni was impeccable in her care for my cat. At the last minute, Tess, was ill and Toni rose to the occasion, taking exceptional care of her. I think Toni went above and beyond what I expected. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for their pets. She is fantastic!

This was Katya's second time sitting for our boys and everything went great. We would definitely invite her back. She is a good communicator, sends lots of pictures and leaves the house spotless.

Shalei was a fabulous sitter!! She was reliable, a great communicator, and cared so well for my pup, George! I would highly recommend her!

We had Phaedra stay at ours to look after our elderly rescue dog Charlie and two parrots. She was really organised and gave plenty of time for the introduction to Charlie! Charlie loved spending time with Phaedra before we left so we felt really comfortable going on our trip away. When we came home the animals were happy and the house was clean ☺️ Phaedra was great at updating us throughout her stay in Lausanne. She’s a wonderful person and I would 100% recommend her as a pet sitter.

We are extremely happy with our decision to entrust Ellie to Mika and Toddy. They took her to the beach every day and sent us photo updates of their time there. Additionally, they left our home spotless, which shows their dedication and care. Returning to a tired but happy pup and a clean house was a wonderful surprise; the welcome home gift and card were the perfect finishing touches. It was a testament to their genuine care and attention to detail. We highly recommend them!

I’m so thankful to have had Brian stay with my dog while I was away, he is an ideal sitter! He is so nice and kind, very self sufficient, and took great care of my apartment and pet.
