Mo was an absolute delight. As others have stated, she immediately felt like our best friend from the moment she met us at the bus station. We had loads to talk about (including kitties, of course!), and it was only a shame that we couldn't spend more time with her. And her two kitties are just little sweethearts! Mr. P tends to keep to his own devices, though we got a few purrs out of him with a gentle scratch under the chin. Jack is super friendly and could get quite vocal come mealtime. Both were rather fond of a bit of string. Though they're both 18, we didn't have any trouble caring for them. Even Jack's medicine was a simple gel application, which he took very well. Taunton is a charming little town, and though we weren't there long, we were able to find some cute parks, intriguing architecture, and lovely churches nearby. We would love the opportunity to visit again, and we certainly recommend a stay with Mo and her beautiful boys. Thank you for a wonderful time!
This sit has been our favorite! Jess keeps a lovely home- very cozy with everything you could need. We had a lot of fun taking care of the chickens and were rewarded with fresh eggs every day. Kenya and Zim are so sweet and easy. We enjoyed all the hikes and walks in the area. We loved it so much and hope to come back one day!
It was a pleasure indeed to housesit for Clare and Stuart and to care for delightful Daisy, who is sweet, gentle and just the easiest fur babe to look after. I enjoyed every minute I spent with her.. Clare and Stuart's home is neat, clean and tidy, and an easy walk to the Richmond shops, supermarkets and Mall, with a bus stop close by. It is an easy home to care for, plus has all that a house sitter could wish for - a comfortable bed, and a well behaved pet. Communication was clear and concise at all times and the 'Welcome Guide' clearly detailed all necessary information in an easily understood manner. This is a highly desirable sit, and recommended to those who wish to housesit for good and kind people in a lovely home situated in a great location that is regarded as one of New Zealand's most beautiful places, with the bonus of spending time with Daisy - the sweetest fur babe. Without hesitation I would gladly return to do a repeat sit.
I had a great stay in Oxford. Bruce and Eddie take a little while to warm to you, but such a delight when they do. Very easy cats with sweet personalities. Annie and David did a brilliant handover, talking me through everything and writing it down too, easy comms with them. They're flat is in the perfect location for exploring Oxford which is a vibrant and pretty city. Thanks for a wonderful week!
Everything was incredible! Audrey’s family was extremely welcoming and they left me with an incredible living space. The location is superb too being so close to Duboce park. Indigo was one of the best (and cutest) dogs I’ve had the pleasure of caring for. Shes high energy and absolutely loves to play, but she’s also patient and understanding when you’re busy. Couldn’t ask for much more, I’d be happy to look after Indigo again anytime
Their four cats Bubba, Archie, Squeaker and Finn are laid-back and love cuddles, which made caring for them a joy. The house is cozy and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Overall, it was a rewarding experience, and I'd gladly house sit for them again.
