This was our first experience of ever using a housesitter so we were quite apprehensive about what to expect let alone leave our house and dog for 3 weeks in the hands of almost strangers. However, Abby and Martin certainly did not disappoint. They were more than amazing. Abby was great at communicating and answering any questions we had prior to their arrival. They turned up the night before so that we could talk them through how everything worked. They were happy to provide as many or as few updates as we wanted whilst we were away. We arrived home to the most immaculately kept house. Far cleaner than when we left! My oven was spotless! We arrived home early in the morning but all their sheets were in the washing machine already, their room cleaned and they were packed ready and waiting to go upon our arrival home. You would be extremely lucky to have Abby and Martin look after your pets and home. I certainly hope they will return if we ever require their help again. The only issue will be that your pets will not want them to leave either! Our dog is still sulking!
Elaina was an ideal zeewoi. She was a great communicator while still being self sufficient. She rolled with the punches in some relatively strange situations and took wonderful care of Wallace and Otis. The apartment was sparkling clean which was such a nice surprise after almost 2 months away from home. Definitely would trust Elaina again with any of our house sits
Lesley was fantastic! She communicated well and regularly, sent some amazing photos of my cats, and took good care of my home. She even brought her own linens (unnecessary but appreciated!)! She left a couple mouse toys for my happy cats, who were clearly well loved while I was away. I felt very secure with Lesley holding down the fort and would gladly have her return to housesit. Thanks for everything!
