Sarah and William were absolutely brilliant. We exchanged messages before the visit so we were both clear about the arrangements. They looked after Fleur so well and the photos she sent showed a very happy and contented dog. They looked after the house and garden so well. All poo was cleared away. he house was left very tidy and neat and Sarah even washed the sheets! This was my first time using Pet Sitters and my experience with Sarah and William has shown me that it is exactly what Fleur and I needed. Fleur was looked after in her own home and I knew she was well cared for. Thank you Sarah and William.

Alessia & Edward

Edward and Alessia were very clear and organised about arrangements from the outset. It helped that we were able to meet them in person on the first night as we had a very early flight the next day. And from then on, we were confident that Jess and the house were in good hands. We hardly had to communicate with them while away and when we did (in order to arrange for a gardener to trim hedges) they responded and helped out immediately. On our return, Jess was in such a happy state and the house was clean and tidy and so I would definitely consider them for any future house sits.

Adèle has been wonderful each time she has looked after our cats. It’s such a relief to go away knowing they are in safe hands. And coming home to a beautifully clean house is also amazing. Thank you Adèle!

Absolutely fantastic dog and house sitters!!! They looked after Rush impeccably, gave him all the long walks and adventures he needs everyday. We felt totally at ease with them looking after him. The peace of mind was priceless. Especially loved the photo updates each day, really put your mind at ease. When we got home the house was spotless, Karen had even fixed my broken blind cord. It was an absolute pleasure to have Brooke and Stephen stay at our home and look after our dogs for the two weeks we were away. We came home to two very happy, chilled pups and a beautifully clean and tidy house. We would definitely highly recommend!

Jessie and Elliot were outstanding house-sitters. They looked after Bafta as if he was their own adored pet and kept us up to date with a shared photo album. They took him on adventures, he tried new things and learned new tricks. They kept our flat in perfect condition and I was spotless when we came back. Ifrah & Edward

Ilfrah and Edward looked after my cat Elai for 9 nights. We couldn't have wished for better cat sitters. Ilfrah kindly came to meet us and Elai before the sit to be introduced and shown around and it was clear straight away that she was a true animal lover as well as a really warm person. She was also asking all the right questions and paying a lot of attention to detail. During the sit she kindly kept a toilet diary for Elai as requested. She sent regular photos and a few lovely videos of Elai. We were extremely grateful to know that we could relax while being away knowing that our pet and house were being looked after. She also watered our plants being thoughtful of when the best time of the day would be to do this. When we got back the flat was immaculate and they had washed the bed linen. We would love to have them back again in the future.

Sophia was a dream sitter. Very communicative, sent pictures throughout my holiday, and left the apartment spotless (going the extra mile to vacuum and do laundry before she left). She was able to give my cat his pill everyday and my cat seemed to really like her.

Lara & Frank

Lara was wonderful with Winston, and he seemed happy and not stressed. However, I would have appreciated more communication and updates. Overall, Lara did a great job, and the house was tidy when we returned.

Melanie was very sweet, kind, quiet, and clean.  She was very understanding even though my travel plans changed and I was in and out during her entire stay. She still helped with Fonzi and took his care upon herself. She left my home exactly as she found it.

I am really happy to have picked Melanie to take care of Oliver while I was on holiday, it was really easy to communicate with her and she was super available and flexible. She kept me posted with some pictures and videos and asked me questions whenever she had a doubt (which I very much appreciated).
On top of that, the apartment was very clean after she left! :)

We had a wonderful time sitting for Pamela. Her home is absolutely wonderful—tidy, organized, and beautifully decorated. The garden is big and full of life as well. Communication was great, and she was so kind to let us store our things after the sit while we went camping for a day.

Mittens was a bit shy at first. We didn’t see much of him for the first couple of days except at night when we locked him in. But after that, he started warming up to us, becoming very friendly and eager for strokes. He’s absolutely adorable!

We’re really grateful for the experience and already miss little Mittens!
