Our dog comes back from a day at Wag-it happy and tired. Sarah really looks after the dogs and our dog loves going there.

Well, what can I say! I cannot praise Jemma enough , she is an absolute gem 💎. We had a pre planned evening out but since booking it we have gained a shy, nervous rescue dog that we didn't want to leave alone for too long so we used Zen Pet Care to break up his evening alone. Jemma had already met Clyde when she came over for an initial meet & greet, we found that her caring manner, compassion and knowledge of dog behaviour was exactly what we were looking for and Clyde also seemed to be happy, enough so that he was approaching Jemma and taking treats 🤩. On the day we were very nervous about how Clyde might react without us around but we noted that Jemma's approach when she entered our home and greeted Clyde was just perfect (we have doggy cam so we're able to review). She was very patient with him and even managed to get him out on a short walk 🐕before spending some more time at home where they got to know each other better. I honestly cannot thank Jemma enough and would highly recommend her if you have any animals that might need looking after. Just brilliant 👌🏻.

Jemma is an absolute 100% diamond who cares passionately about the animals in her care. We have used Jemma's Cat sitting/feeding etc services twice recently and it so lovely when you receive pictures and videos of your pets showing how happy and content they are. We are extremely lucky to have found a wonderful and caring pet service and I have no hesitation in recommending Zen Petcare Services to friends and Family.

Just wanted to say Jemma is amazing at her job!! Jemma managed to help me very last minute and my animals had an amazing time, photos day and night were sent to me and my children. I don’t know who had more fun the animals or me and my girls on holiday…;) Once again amazing service, amazing rates and a very happy owner and very happy pets. We couldn’t of asked for a better pet sitter!

Jemma at Zen Pet Care looked after our two guinea pigs while we were on holiday this summer. We're pretty sure they had a great time! She posted photos and videos on her Facebook page almost every day so we could see what they were up to. We would definitely recommend her services.

Im new to Norwich and We Love Pets were recommended to me by a colleague, and now I recommend them to everyone! I was initially sceptical about using a company because I thought they’d be too expensive and I had an individual dog walker before. But their prices are really reasonable, and it means there’s never any last minute cancellations because of holidays or sickness. Steve and Jake are really reliable, flexible, kind and professional. I get regular updates and pictures from their walks, and my dog was so tired when I got home from work the other day he took himself to bed 3 hours early! I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently used Steve and his team for drop-in calls during the working day for our English Bulldog. Having never used a similar service before I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care given. They kept me in touch regularly and Calli thoroughly enjoyed all the fuss and attention. I will certainly be using their services again soon.

We have had an amazing experience today, which is all down to Steve from We Love Pets Norwich! We needed a dog sitter whilst we attended my son’s graduation at UEA. Our plans changed more than once but Steve was flexible and accommodating. We met Lyn and Keith today, and our Standard Poodle Phoebe had the time of her life at their lovely home for the afternoon! They also helped us to get to the ceremony on time and even gave us a cup of tea at the end of the day! I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people with regard to looking after dogs!

Steve is brilliant with our menagerie - dog, cat and chickens! Always sends pictures and a message when he visits, which is very reassuring, and is very punctual.

I cannot recommend We Love Pets Norwich enough! I contacted them at very short notice after being let down with my previous arrangements for my dog Sophie, and they responded immediately, came to meet Sophie, and established exactly what I required. Steve set up a WhatsApp group with the lovely young lady Sydney who would be walking Sophie so that I was in contact at all times, and Sydney kept me updated with plenty of photos and updates whilst I was away. Sophie was relaxed and happy when I returned, in fact I think she was disappointed I wasn't Sydney! Great service, great choice of services, and fabulous team! Thank you!!

Can’t thank Steve enough for taking great care of our German Shepherd. It was a one off as we don’t live locally, and it enabled us to attend a funeral. Great communication prior to the day, a quick meet and greet to fit our schedule, and then activities and care appropriate for the length of time he had her and temperature of the day. Well informed throughout by pictures. Would recommend. Thank you

Steve took my lab Archie out for a walk every day for two weeks He played ball with him and sent me plenty of photos If Archie could talk I’m sure he would say that he had the best time

We used this home boarding service for the first time earlier this month when we attended a family wedding without our ageing two Jack Russells (both 14) In the end they had such a great time and were so well treated that they almost didn't want to come home. The couple with whom they lodged are in high demand so we're already planning our next break for 2024. Thanks to everyone involved.

Steve was absolutely brilliant and really helped me out of a different time. I'm soo appreciative of all the time, help and care I received. Couldn't praise: We Love Pets, any higher. Darcie is so well cared for with Steve and Anita.. have already done two years trips for vaccinations etc groomers and home visits and park walks with their own dogs. Darcie is getting lots of attention and socialisation which is great especially as being with me 24/7 during the recent lockdown and at home. I am returning to work albeit part time and was anxious about leaving her. Having lost my previous support I found We Love Pets and Darcie is happy so I am happy...very reliable and will always try to fit me in if an emergency. I get lots of pictures and videos too when she with them which is such a bonus as I know she is in safe hands. Can't praise them enough.

Tracy and her husband took care of my cat for 5 days, and he absolutely loved them! He normally doesn’t like strangers, but he seemed to warm up to Tracy from the first day, and he was very happy to see her every day! It definitely allowed me to relax knowing he was being taken care with such great care!

Tracy looked after my cat and rabbits while we were away for 10 days. It was not ideal timing because we had builders there while we were away and my cat is very wary of strangers at the best of times. Although Tracy didn’t see my cat every day she reassured me that he had been coming in for food every night. She also did a brilliant temporary repair job for me when one of my rabbit homes developed a hole in the bottom of it. She kept in regular contact and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

We have two female cats with very different personalities and like any pet owner, we are anxious that they are fed, watered and cared for while we are away. This was the first time that we have used Maccy G Pets service and we can report that we are very happy with the service. Tracy visited us to meet our cats before we travelled which was a nice touch. Tracy kept us updated with daily videos of her interactions with the cats and when we returned all was well with them and our home. Thank you for the care. We would happily recommend their service.

We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.

Having Tracy to look after our Maine Coon kittens for a week meant that we could go on holiday without worrying about them. We had daily video updates to show all the strokes and attention they were getting! And they were bright eyed and bushy tailed happy kitties when we got home :) We would recommend Maccy G Pets without hesitation!

It was the first time we used Maccy G and they were fantastic We went away for a week and Diane was absolutely wonderful. Our cat Archie is very shy but Diane was so patient and managed to help him overcome his shyness and I could see from the photos she sent that he looked so happy and content. It took away all our worries about leaving him. They are wonderful and we will always ask them to look after Archie when we go away. We really would recommend them. 😀

Tracy is a very experienced and trustworthy person who has a real gift/talent in looking after pets. Everything from pre-visit to regular updates whilst on holiday was brilliant. The pets were extremely well cared for and we didn’t have to worry at all whilst away. We would highly recommend this pet sitting service.

We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.

Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. I felt super comfortable leaving my turtles in her care, she sent me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease while I was away! 💚 Cheap and friendly service that I will be using again!

My rabbits were looked after by Sally for a week while we moved home. She was very accommodating when I asked if she was able to take them a couple of days earlier than planned and also an extra day at the end of their stay as the house was still not safe at the time for them. I have booked again for the summer.

My bunny stayed with Sally for a week this Christmas. We just picked her up and she was so happy and full of life. Sally clearly took very good care of her. I really appreciated regularly text message update. I will definitely be leaving our bunny with Sally again next time we go away. Thank you Sally

Caring, kind, well looked after

Being new to the area of Taverham and my girls previous lovely dog walker not covering Taverham, I nervously hunted around for a new dog walker. My girls are Romanian rescues, that have their quirks and very different personalities. I contacted Danielle at Good Dog Pet Care Services and explained what I was looking for and what the girls walking requirements would be. Danielle instantly reassured me in answering all my many questions and I felt at ease when Danielle offered to do some ‘getting to know them’ visits. It was great to see how the girls took to Danielle and how patient, kind and calm she was. The girls now greet Danielle with delight as they know that they are in safe hands and happily go off on a walk with her. The pup updates and photos are a pleasure to receive too. Without a doubt I would be happy to recommend Good Dog Pet Care Services to all! Thank you!

We've been really impressed with Good Dog Pet Care Services. Tim our walker has been calm and generous with our anxious spaniel and all communications with the team are good, from member reminders to summaries of the walks and how our girl got on. Would very much recommend.

I cannot recommend this service enough. Without Tim, I wouldn't have been able to continue at my job after I had some situation changes. My dog Obi is pretty nervous but took to Tim instantly, and the walks have been an absolute lifeline, meaning that Obi gets to have adventures in different places and with different dogs than I would take him with. Tim is fantastic with communication, always lets me know when he's going to pick Obi up and gives me an update if there have been any issues or unusual behavior. The 'pupdates' are super cute, to the point where I use his pictures when people ask what my dog looks like! :') The rates are great, and they also do weekends! (for a higher fee which is totally justified and I have no issue with) I contacted so many companies before finding this one that just didn't do weekends at all and you had to have a set day every week, the service is the most flexible out of any Norwich provider I could find which has been essential as a shift worker. I only use the dog walks but they provide loads of different services which you can book/cancel/edit online and then view in a calendar. I trust Tim 100% and am so grateful to have found such an excellent dog walker. They really care about the dogs and it shows. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Good Dog Pet Care are incredibly reliable, kind, and professional: - They are considerate and flexible to my (ever changing) schedule, have always been 100% reliable - Staff are extremely natural and kind to my dog - I employed Danielle as she has a degree in pet care showing hard work/dedication. Our rescue dog has behavioral issues and Danielle has gone above and beyond with support and advise to help us - The company have meet-ups so you can get to know them better if you wish - They also give text updates after they visit your pet which is great when I'm at work!

Helen was amazing caring for our young pup while we had to go to work. She was very reassuring and we knew both the dog and the house were in safe hands. Helen communicated with me throughout her visits how our puppy was getting on, which was really reassuring! Danielle was brilliant with admin and emails and the whole process of booking was really easy! Both ladies were really helpful with advice, as this was our first family dog. Thank you to you all! With very short notice, Helen was able to walk our son’s collie (Boo) every day for 10 days, during Boo’s stay with us. We were delighted that she was able to help us out. We were delighted with our dog- sitter, Saskia, who looked after our black lab, Rufus, whilst we attended an afternoon event. Now quite old, we were worried to leave him alone and made enquiries with Good Dog Pet Care Services. Danielle put us in touch with Saskia who made sure he had drinkies, a potter around the garden of our holiday let, treats and lots of TLC. Lovely stay for our two dogs and Dan is very knowledgeable and caring owner of the business. He is passionate about what he offers and people need to book well in advance which proves that once pet owners find a good place they have no hesitation in re-booking before they leave.

My 2 dogs have been guests of The Lodge Kennels, Wood Norton run by Sharon and Graham,for a long time now. My dogs love going and more importantly they always come back,the same as they go in. I couldn't be happier with their care. I can relax I the knowledge they are being well looked after.

I cant stop smiling every time I think of Indis stay here. I don’t doubt she was so well looked after. She was so relaxed when we picked her up. Amazing. Thank you Graham and Sharon.
