Nonie and Dave are great hosts. My first day at their beautiful home I was told to make myself at home. That is not difficult to do with the amazing view and very comfortable I forgot to mention two great dogs Nemo and Brody what great dogs. Very friendly neighborhood and lots of options for walks. I take away some great conversation shared great meals and had a relaxing time at their beach paradise 😎
I absolutely loved my assignment in Hook with Freddie. The home is large, warm and comfortable with all amenities. The owners were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed including lots of information about local sites of interest. The Hook area is beautiful with many small charming villages. I visited a lot of them and enjoyed walking in the beautiful woodlands with Fred. The excellent local Tesco and train station were invaluable and Basingstoke with its huge modern mall is only a 15 minute drive away. Freddie is THE most affectionate little dog. It's impossible not to fall in love with him. I would love to return for another my assignment in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed looking after Meg and Dot in John and Wendy's lovely home in Swavesey. The cats were very easy to look after - Meg especially is very chatty, always welcoming us back after we'd been out exploring Cambridge, Ely and St Ives. Dot is a little more shy. John and Wendy were very welcoming and hospitable - John had prepared a great welcome pack for us, and Wendy cooked a delicious dinner the evening we arrived. All communication before we arrived and during the sit was first class. We would happily do this sit again and can definitely recommend it to others!
We loved our 4 night stay with Ella in Allison’s home! She is one of the sweetest, easy going pups we’ve met! The neighborhood and city is super fun and cute but all we really wanted to do was hang out with Ella at Allison’s home (with an ocean view!). The home was fully stocked and had clear instructions. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
Fran and Ollie were very welcoming and sweet. They left clear instructions and kept in touch to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. I definitely enjoyed cat sitting for them!! Marilyn is such a beautiful cat and really really adorable. She isn't too clingy but will like to be around you. She meows and chirps in response when you talk to her and you can have a full conversation with her for over 15 minutes! Her favourite game is fetch and you'll know she's interested when she starts bringing hairbands to you. So intelligent! She'll rub against you and ask for rubs or cuddles and she does it in such an adorable way its hard to resist. I didn't even bear to leave the house for groceries because I couldn't bear to leave her. Condo is very conveniently located less than five minutes away from the mrt with a NTUC and food places right next door. It has great amenities like a gym with a view, swimming pool and tennis court.
Had a great holiday break with Sweetie :) She is a lovely cat; independent but also quite vocal - she lets you know when to play and pet. The location and apartment are great, and Marya went above and beyond to give thorough instructions. She was always there when I had questions.

Avoid at all costs…Please bear with me as this is a long one. My two dogs have just spent 3 nights with Sarah and I wanted to send some feedback. As follows: Thank you for taking care of the boys from Tuesday until today; we truly appreciate your help. I wanted to share a bit of feedback, if that's alright. First and foremost, we were grateful that you took the time to call us and discuss our requirements. It was reassuring to know that you are licensed and insured. I also loved that the boys had a trial day to ensure they felt comfortable with your home and dogs. That said, I must express some disappointment regarding the lack of updates on how the boys were doing. Mike mentioned on Tuesday afternoon that updates would be appreciated, especially since his phone was acting up. However, by Wednesday morning, we hadn't heard from you. After reaching out that morning to check on them, we still didn’t receive any pictures or substantial updates, and we ultimately didn’t hear anything at all. While I understand you may have wanted to avoid disturbing us during our wedding, I hope you can appreciate that the boys mean everything to us, and being in a new environment (even if they've been with you during the day) is still concerning. Additionally, when our friend came to pick up the boys, we found their food in the fridge only at dinner time. Upon opening the box, we discovered that all four meals (two for each dog) had gone moldy. I apologise if we failed to inform you that the food needed refrigeration, as it is fresh. However, I am very disappointed that it returned to us in that condition. The boys were with you for three days, and we always keep their food in those containers in our fridge without any issues. I sincerely hope the other meals they had were not in a similar state. Furthermore, the boys' food bowls had not been washed or cleaned since breakfast this morning, which raises questions about whether they were cleaned at all during their stay. While we are grateful for your willingness to help us on short notice, we will be seeking other options in the future. The response I got back is as follows: ‘Firstly I was under the impression you were getting married so "updates" unless urgent would only alarm you Secondly the food was kept chilled until thus morning and i washed up each receptacle as it was used. Thirdly the feed bowls were washed up daily but not this morning. You are entitled to use who you wish but you should perhaps inform them that they are likely to "mark" indiscrimately in the house whuch perhaps may make them think twice.’ My response: Thank you for your very swift and if I’m honest, passive aggressive response. We 100% informed on the phone that Duke scent marks and you said you would keep him in a room with no furniture, so you are in no way in a position to be rude about that. I think perhaps there have been crossed wires about the updates as certainly regardless of where MY clients are going, I always ask if they would like updates. To return dirty bowls to us having given them to you clean is pure laziness and we accommodated you needing to go to an appointment this morning by asking a friend to collect them, so the least you could have done was run them under the tap. I do not appreciate your tone and I think it’s extremely unprofessional. Good luck in the future! Sarah’s response: ‘It’s a pity you cannot see that the dogs are fit, Healthy and focused on 2 bowls, the food was chilled so you are at fault. Grow up!’
Amazing match was found for my dog while we were away in Asia. And am now about to book another pet stay . Fantastic service. You can completely relax it is extremely well run.

Wasn't interested in looking after our dog, after we enquired about dates they were already busy on they said they were busy and couldn't help, when asked about other dates they didn't respond to messages.
Ruth had our chocolate lab for his first home boarding this week whilst we were on holiday and he had the best time! Ruth was fab with updates and made sure he had lots of lovely long walks with her dogs and plenty of playtime. Thank you!
Wonderful service offered by Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge. We had a thorough induction, knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable leaving Daisy our cockapoo, meaning we could really relax and enjoy our holiday. We had regular updates about how she was getting on whilst we were away and it was clear she was being treated like one of the family. My whippet Maggie has just had her first stay with Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge and I can not recommend them highly enough. Maggie has had a wonderful time! It was a real home from home experience for her with lots of cuddles, snuggles on the sofa and stunning walks through the countryside. Ruth is lovely and made me feel confident from the first meeting that Maggie would be wonderfully looked after. I had regular updates throughout her stay to how she was getting on and lots of photos showing how relaxed and happy she was in Ruth's home and out on walks. Maggie will definitely be staying again.
Ruth and the team have been great with my Alfie he was lacking in confidence when they first met him and by the end of his time with them he was a happy bouncy boy. If we hadn't moved out of the area he would still be having his daily visits. Highly recommend Ruth and the team!!
Rachel and Ruth are both caring and professional. Our dog has stayed with Rachel on several occasions, and she is well cared for and has fun with Rachel's dog. I like the fact there are a couple of dogs and it's a relaxed environment, rather than a pack of dogs which our dog wouldn't cope well with. Thank you We Love Pets! You are highly recommended:).
Bella had a lovely weekend stay with We Love Pets Woodbridge. She was treated as a part of their family and had lovely walks and cuddles. Their communication was outstanding and sent daily emails with pictures during her stay.
Rachel and Ruth were fantastic with our two rescue dogs. They cared for them in our home for 4 days. When we returned the dogs seemed happy and relaxed which is far different from when we put them in kennels. Definitely 100% recommend and will be using their services in future.
Cannot recommend enough. Ruth was amazing looking after our Cockapoo Bella who can be anxious. The photos and messages from Ruth were so reassuring which gave us peace of mind all was ok. Rachel was able to accommodate our dog very last moment and accepted him into her home as part of her family, even made him his cup of tea every morning, so that he didn’t feel too strange being away from us. Rachel also kept in touch whilst we were away with photos of his walks and lounging in her home with her dog. It was a very positive experience for us and we wouldn’t hesitate using this service again and thoroughly recommend them, especially if you feel worried about leaving your dog!

The team at White House Kennels are supremely easy to work with. Quick bookings and swift reception means you can drop the doggies in a dash. All the staff genuinely love dogs and this is reflected in happy and clean dogs that return from their stay. Highly recommended .

Awful Kennels, never walk their dogs and many are left to cry all night for their owners. Your dog will be safer left on the street. Should be investigated and have their licence taken away.

I would have no problem reccomending Pamered Pets to anyone, the dogs are treated like you treat them yourselves . We have rescue dog from them, Ronnie's her name and she is absolutely wonderful and spoilt rotten by all who meet her. We l9ve her to bits and so does her doggie brother Charlie.
This is the first time we have had to use kennels and so pleased we found Pampered pets Hotel. Jane and her staff were so welcoming and friendly and our little boy Coco was treated as one of their own. A superb doggy hotel in a beautiful house and gardens. Very professional and Highly recommended
My 2 yellow labs appeared to love their stay here whilst we went on a 1200 mile round trip to Scotland. Staff are friendly and accomodating and the dogs run in and don't stop to say goodbye to us so I guess that says it all!

I am so pleased with the grooming provided at Pampered Pets. My rescue puppy (Binky) came to me very matted - so matted her coat had to be totally clipped. This was done without causing Binky any stress and I know she feels much better. She will now be able to have 'normal' grooming. Thank you. Kris
Be very careful they only care about making money we got a dog from them he turn on us they knew that he had problems. I wanted to know what happened to him as we had falling in love. They said they had found him a home far away turns out he was living in the same village as us and again they had the same problem. Emma dose not care about the dogs at all be very careful this sort of thing has happen again and again with them. I still think of him every day.
This is such a special holiday home for your beloved dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My beloved Casper went there for the whole of his life....always bouncing out of the car to greet his friends and 2nd family at pampered pets. Now my Poppy follows on in his paw prints and loves to be there also. Home from home.
Jane, Steve and all the staff really do love the animals in their care. "Joe" was clearly very well looked after and seemingly would happily have stayed longer than 2 weeks!

We went on a short vacation and could not bring our puppy with us. Happi Days looked after our little boy very well during our trip. Throughout his stay, they posted pictures of all the dogs in their care, so we could see how he was making friends with other dogs and was enjoying all the playtime. We recommend this great dog care place!
Our sweet, little dog stayed here for four nights. For the amount that we paid Happi Days to look after her, we then had to pay more than that again in vet fees to make her better after her stay. She came back to us filthy and stinking. Worse, she was utterly traumatised. Wouldn't move, wouldn't look at the kids, just absolutely a changed dog. God only knows what happened to her there, but it clearly wasn't good. She wouldn't eat for the first few days, and when she eventually did, she vomited it up again. Needed a load of medication and vet care to get her back to her usual happy self. Horrified by what happened to our poor dog. Goes without saying, will never use them again.
Our Jack has stayed at Happi Days several times while we're on holiday, and he seems to have a good time. They post photos on Facebook so we can see how he is.
We love them and our dog Amber loves them. We could not look after our furbaby without them. She was a very nervous and stressed dog before she started attending Happi days and now is lovely and relaxed and gets along with other dogs. We are so grateful for Helen and Emma and the team

Took our Cocker Spaniel there today for grooming. We attend Martlesham Happi Days but no groomer at present. Very welcoming staff and (Amy)? did excellent job with groom. Well satisfied and highly recommend.

This is an absolutely brilliant facility. Mabel loves it and all the staff love the dogs. Great socialisation, fun and care. Very flexible when needed.
Our little lab attends Happi Days every work day and absolutely loves it. They celebrate the dog's birthdays and always have themed events depending on the time of year. They also offer a discount if your dog attends more than a certain number of days a month. As of September we won't need daily day care for our pup but we'll still take him in on the odd occasion to see his pals.
So, so happy with the discovery of Happi Days! I thought it was just day care, I wasn't aware of the grooming service, a friend recommended them. We had Sophie as our groomer, the whole experience is a good one. You can feel the lovely atmosphere the second you walk into the place. Never been so impressed with a groomers, can't recommend them enough. I'd also like to point out the value for money. The amount of "extras" you get as the standard package is brilliant. For example, Pets At Home would charge extra for the nails cutting, Happy Days don't, that's just a standard thing they do.

Seems like a lovely place: we were looking for options on day time care from a surprise dog arrival. However, the cost was too much. I must specify that this is not a reflection on this company specifically. Dog daycare in general is an expensive cost which was something we cannot afford. This looked like the best in the area!
We take our dog to happi days and as soon as we mention the word she gets really excited. They do so much with her from partues to agility, walking in woods.
Plenty for dogs to do. They offer extras too for busy owners, like wash, groom, woodland walks. They take photos every day so you can see what your pooch got up to. Our dog has been for two half day sessions and comes home whacked but happy. Opens early and finishes late to fit in and the offer over night stays too.
Our dog goes to Happi Days Dog Day Care every week day and comes back home very tired so she must definitely enjoy her time there! They put daily pictures on facebook so that we can see what our dog has been up to. Staff are friendly. They also offer wood walks and other treatments but we have not tried them. I would definitely recommend them if you have got a high energy dog like ours (she's a beagle!). The price is also competitive in comparison to other creches.
