Raquel was simply terrific! She and her husband, Miguel, had to fill in at the last minute for another sitter who had a death in her family. This meant that the length of the stay and sitting they had originally signed up for doubled. Completely undaunted, they did a GREAT job for us. Our cat and dog got lots of love and affection, and plenty of exercise, food, and rest. Our house and yard were cared for with equal conscientiousness. It was wonderful for us to be able to rely so completely on these super zeewoi. We recommend them 100 percent!
Erich’s home is beautiful! He communicated great. Even though some things changed on his end, I still felt welcomed and had a great stay. Thanks Erich!
We had a lovely stay at Rupert and Cynthia's home the house is comfortable and welcoming. Great base to to visit the Cotswolds from some lovely villages and towns nearby Thank you Rupert and Cynthia for giving us this opportunity.Would love to sit again sometime
Lovely stay between Christmas and New Year with my family. Luna is a darling and we had such fun with her. She’s a really well behaved, sweet dog!
What a wonderful sit! Every part of this experience was unique and I loved every minute. First the darling kitty, Charlie. This sweet, beautiful cat is whip-smart and oh-so affectionate. He was a bit dog-like in how he’d come running when he was called and would give me his undivided attention during our many “conversations.” Except for his morning naps in the sun, he just wanted to be near me. I fell in love with him, and I like to think the feeling was mutual. The home is very comfortable and lovely — cheerful, bright and clean. It’s extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the historical and cultural offerings of New York’s capital. What made it unique were the many, MANY perks I had access to in this friendly retirement community (use of the owner’s meal plan, a swimming pool, gym, events like wine and cheese, movies, lectures and more). The neighbors welcomed me with open arms and the invites kept coming. Lastly, HO Richard is a charming, interesting, and generous man who cared deeply about my comfort and enjoyment. He had introduced me to people around the community and explained the facility’s many offerings. He was quick to respond to all communications, and even brought me back a couple of gifts from his trip. So incredibly thoughtful. Needless to say, I would do this sit again in a heartbeat. I hope to keep in touch with both Richard and Charlie as friends now. If you have the opportunity, grab this sit and give Charlie a scratch under the chin for me.
It was such a beautiful experience to take care of Tiger while Evan was away for 3 weeks. Tiger is the sweetest thing and loves to cuddle she would make me laugh so much such a friendly cat! I was in contact with Evan before and he was really welcoming and friendly and I even met some of his friends! Tiger likes to cuddle at night! The apartment had everything you need and would say it was cozy. I would be on the computer and use his office room which was great to get some work done. In the beginning I parked in the building which is gated but then the manager asked me to park on the street which was fine because I found out it was free to park around this neighborhood which is a plus to not to think about it! Unfortunately I didn't do a good job with Evan's plants and I'm devastated about it. Hope they're doing well 🙏 Thank you for opening the door to your home and give me the opportunity to get to know such an amazing cat! Hope to take care of Tiger again some day! Martina
Laetitia is super sweet and helpful! Left helpful instructions and was very open to making the sit work for me. The fur babies were easy to care for. Cassis is a bit older and likes to go on walks but not for very long. Not good to take him too far or long hikes. Poppy was quick to warm up, Dasher took a while but once warmed up was very very sweet. The house was relatively comfortable. Having a car made it a lot easier.
