Catherine
Catherine and Jeremy are generous and organised hosts, and their cats are amazing.
Ruffin does a good impression of Grumpy Cat, and is totally adorable. He would meow at the door not because he wanted to come in, but to order me to come out to the patio because he wanted a lap to sit on in the sunshine! Buddy is equally adorable and also loves his cuddles. He is very playful and his favourite game is to pounce on anything that moves under the duvet!
The house is in a amazing spot, with stunning views and a lovely garden to admire it from. You need to be fit - there are lots of steps up to the house.
The house has some maintenance issues (an emergency plumber was needed while I was there). If you want somewhere pristine and immaculate, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want the company of gorgeous and entertaining cats, stunning scenery to accompany an evening G&T, easy access to a quirky and interesting town, and beautiful countryside to explore, then I highly recommend it.

Gwen
Gwen's home was very well appointed and near the center of old town Franklin. Their home is modern & spotless, with a great layout. We especially liked spending time with Sadie on the screened in porch. Communications with Gwen was quick and reliable. We loved Sadie, who's very well behaved and happy to train her sitters.

Hugo
Hugo was a brilliant host, he welcomed us and from the first minute of communication.
The house is in a perfect location, very close to the Westonbirt Arboretum, you can walk the dogs to there whenever you want. If you want to see more central places Bath and Bristol are 30 minutes. It was cozy and nice to stay in this cottage. They have a large garden space, and my boys enjoyed very much!
Cub!! She is an amazing dog haha, she is such a character, we will miss her a lot. She is really intelligent.
Arnie has a lovely personality and a great company! If Cub and Arnie are playing together they can get pretty competitive, but they are good companion to each other - they never fight.
Hugo is a great host, and gets in touch with you quickly if you have a problem/question.
We really enjoyed our stay here 🙌🏻 Thanks Hugo!
