David and Mary made us very welcome in their lovely home and garden. It was a pleasure to look after Mira and Chai Lai. Mira was full of life as you would expect from a young cat and became more confident with us as the week went on, finally getting into our bed on the last night. Chai Lai was very independent and did not want any fuss made of her. Again by the end of the week she was sleeping on the box at the foot of our bed. The location was great for exploring locally by bike or car with plenty of local shops. The week went too quickly and there is lots we could go back for given the opportunity. We looked after Toni’s city menagerie for a week. Their house is a well lived in family home with good access to central London and a few mins walk to Ravenscourt Park to walk the dogs. The tube is just a 5ish min walk away. Mav and Velvet are lovely dogs and very affectionate. As Mav is younger we took him out for a extra walk at lunchtime and threw a ball for him so he could stretch his legs. We walked them both together in Ravenscourt Park both AM and PM, after breakfast and dinner. The pigs are a lively duo who know when it’s feeding time! By the end of our week they knew us and let us scratch their heads and muck out around them whilst eating. The chickens are lovely silkies. Their coop isn’t attached to their run and so sitters will need to handle the silkies AM and PM to move them from coop to run and vice versa. Layla the newest of the silkies is just lovely, she looks like a pom pom and is really good at being handled. You could hold her and stroke her for a while and she would be very comfortable. Duchesse (the fluffy cat) would come and go as she pleased and was far more interested in outdoor adventures than us, Zibeline on the other hand loves company and will paw you for more head scratches and purr until his hearts content. We also looked after Montgomery the snake whilst their but he was very easy just needing his water topped up!
As Louise stated in her initial search for a sitter, Pippin is a senior dog and the need to accommodate that was clear. We also have a senior dog, and felt quite comfortable with Pip's needs. We enjoyed the lovely neighbourhood of Colares, and were comfortable with Pip's relaxed walks. Pippin is such a lovely, sweet dog. Louise is such a welcoming and sincere host.

We used TLC Pet Resort, we were attending a wedding in the area. Staff, very professional and never left you wondering or with unanswered questions. Safety is definitely a top priority when dropping your pets. Double doors at the entry and when taking your pets thru to their kennel. Place was exceptionally clean. They provide food and treats if you wish, no up charge. They also welcome you to bring your own for sensitive pups. Play time and exercise is given throughout the day. Cost is very reasonable. My pup loved it there without a doubt, he thought he went on vacation. They also offer extra services, grooming etc if you book ahead. Definitely 5 star, pet resort. *You will need to leave a message when you call to reserve. They WILL promptly return your call.
We absolutely love Dan and his wife along with all the staff. They take great care of our Ember and we have total confidence and trust in them.

I highly recommend this kennel to everyone. I reached out to this place when another kennel canceled on me last minute before I was leaving for vacation and they were able to take my German shepherd puppy so I didn't have to cancel my vacation!! Been taking my cat here since moving to the area and have never had a bad experience. The owners are kind, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. The facility is clean and seems like a very safe environment for any pet. It seems the staff certainly interact with your pet on a regular basis rather than just leave them to sit in their pen. Brings me peace of mind knowing I am leaving my cat with them when need be.
Idk why there was a 3 star review this. This is a 5 star place!! They did great with my dogs when I went on vacation and I have a very big shepard then a tiny spaz dog. The owners are Super easy going nice people. Will use them in the future whenever we are going out of town. Whoever left other review? Idk but changing my password.. I'm onto you....🤨
They are absolutely the best!! Treat my 115 lb lab like he's theirs!! The kennel is always clean. They rock!! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!! My dog Max is always thrilled to go, runs right in and is so happy there. We call it his "pup motel" .

I used Fetch many times, Gina was my cat sitter and my cats LOVED her, we are new to the area and I was so happy that we were able to find someone to watch our two kitties, who you can see in the photos! We hired them from August 3rd to August 11th and Paulette, the owner, was the one who watched them. We were so happy to have the owner take over for Gina, but it was the worst experience we have ever had and I have spent the entire last month trying to get this fixed. Our last visit was at 7:30 pm on August 11th and we returned at 6:00 am on August 12th. When we arrived our cats had no water at all, they have a large fountain and it was completely empty. What if I didn't get home until later that night? Their litter box was also almost empty, instead of the 3 inches we left it with there was only about 1/2 inch of litter, while the giant tub of litter was right outside the bathroom door. I leave a note detailing instructions, nothing complicated, but I don't believe it was ever read, cans were put in the open recycling instead of a closed garbage where we put them for safety. None of my outside plants were watered, the cats treat container was broken and just left on the counter, where the cats could get it. No one reached out to me the entire time I was gone to ask any questions at all. Gina would text me each time she visited, while I know that was extra it was appreciated. Honestly I would think that a trainee came into my home, not the owner of the company. I never write things like this but it was appalling . I have now spent the past MONTH trying to reach some sort of solution to this issue. I have emailed them 8 times, no response, and I know that they check the email because they have chose to text me, but then not respond to any emails. I texted them, I only asked for a partial refund for how honestly horrible the service was, but have got nothing back. I have never been treated this way I have no idea what is going on with this company. I travel 3-4 times a year and have hired Fetch for every trip, but never again. I am honestly so hurt and disappointed that they would treat my cats this way after I trusted them in their care and then never rectify the situation. I will NEVER use them again and warn others against using them. I spent a month trying to fix this so I don't have to be that person writing a bad review, but here we are.
Fetch! has been such a great service on our past few trips. We have had Monique and Adrienne help out. They take such great care of my cat and it gives me great piece of mind that she’s safe and happy. - They do a mini consult to meet the pet and go over the details of their visits. - for my pet, they clean the litter, refresh the water, refill the food, give snacks, and play/snuggle - after the visit you get photos from the session and a journal - they will even bring in delivery packages and cans, no problem!
Very easy to schedule pet sitting and the sitter is always responsive. They provide great care to my cats when I am out of town. I've been using them for the last few years anytime I am out of town and I have never had an issue. I would and have recommended them to friends.
I cannot recommend Fetch highly enough! The app is so well-organized; you will receive a "yes or no" checklist of things your pet-sitter did during each visit (fed, watered, scooped litter box, etc.) and if they return for multiple visits, they will also note how your pet reacted to those things (did they eat? want to play? use litter box?). They also send a personalized note and photo of your pet each visit; it was such a relief to be able to watch my cat get more and more comfortable hanging out with Paulette in real-time while I was away. :) They put so much care and attention into pet-sitting and communicating with pet-owners while doing so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my cat!!

She took notes of our instructions and gave us peace of mind making sure that our kitties are going to be safe and sound. Those of us who have pets know that they are not just "pets". They are members of our families. I had a family emergency and had to go out of town. Monigue took care of my bird at my home while I was away and she was absolutely great! Honestly, I think she took better care of "Nancy" than I do! She sent me a picture every time she visited which made me feel a lot better about leaving her in someone else's care. Another thoughtful item is that Monique did a "meet and greet " with Nancy and me before I left. She was also extremely responsive when I would send her a text regarding any additional information she may have needed, etc. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.
Monique did an awesome job checking in on my two cats for 9 days. She was reliable and took care of everything they needed. One of the cats knocked over a glass and she let me know immediately, swept it up, and checked to make sure neither of them were hurt. I would use her again for peace of mind while away!
There's no one like Maria from Hustle Puppy! We booked her for several weeks of attention and exercise for our two dogs, and she did an AMAZING job! We started with a meet-and-greet with the pups, where she stopped by, got to know them (and us), and walked us through how everything would work. It was crystal clear from the VERY FIRST MINUTE that she LOVED dogs and would give ours all the attention and care they need! Maria is responsible, communicative, and trustworthy — rare qualities to encounter in services like these. She told us exactly what to expect, stayed in touch when things needed to adjust, and above all did what she said she would do, when she said she'd do it! We especially appreciate how self-sufficient she is with our dogs. She just comes in, takes care of them, and sends us a report (and pictures!) on how they do. We don't even have to be there, because she just takes care of everything (a BIG plus). Bottom line, we strongly recommend Maria and Hustle Puppy as trustworthy, high-quality care for dogs!
I don’t let just anyone take care of my dog! i saw Her ad on facebook, checked out her website and i was hooked. scheduling the meet and greet and coming over was so simple and easy! she let me know if she was gonna be late or not and my dog absolutely loved her! I got multiple pictures sent to me! I recommend Maria!!♥️

Hustle Puppy has showed up for our pets in every way possible. We have a whole “zoo” here and Maria gives each and every pet her absolute best. My fiance and I were both worried about finding someone to care for our pets the way we do. Now (almost 2 years later!) we are not only so glad that we found Maria, we hope to never have to find anyone else again.
Maria is amazing! She was texting me updates throughout the day along with pictures of my pups having the best time. My Golden Retriever has some anxiety issues and Maria went above and beyond to calm him down by playing relaxing music and laying with him on the floor. I will no longer feel anxious about leaving my pups for trips!
