Charles & Ruth were two very generous hosts, and I enjoyed my sit caring for their two pups, Raegan & Finn. They welcomed me to their home a month before the housesit to show me around and answer any questions I had, and that experience helped a lot for when I returned a month later to housesit. They offered to have me stay at their place the night before they left, as well as the night they returned. Charles was always available if I had any questions, and both him and Ruth did an excellent job showing me everything I'd need while there. Raegan & Finn are two loving, friendly pups that LOVE their food and love their playtime. Raegan is much more laid back and likes to spend her days napping, but Finn will join you everywhere you go throughout the house, looking for some love and playtime. If you are enjoying a movie in the living room or working from the office upstairs, he will also lay down and nap to allow you to get what you need done. Thanks a lot Pauline and Tony for the invitation. We discovered Brittany during this sitting. Your pets are so lovely, friendly. Finn is a very nice dog, very well educated. It was a pleasure to walk with him. The two cats are friendly too. Mimi spent time with me when I worked. And Zuzu spent time on my knees in the living room. The house is in the country land... very isolated. So very quiet, very peaceful. With a car, due to the house location, is possible to visit Brittany. For instance, Carnac is one hour drive. The weather was not very nice, very wet... But as we worked during the sitting (digital nomad) it was not a problem. After the sitting we spent 2 more days visiting Brittany... with sun 😎. We recommend Pauline and Tony.
I loved my week with Ginny! She is a shy, slightly anxious dog but once she warmed up she was very loving and sweet. Allie and Nick are wonderful communicators. I loved walking up and down the beautiful hilly neighborhood and exploring the local parks. So many wonderful views. Super comfy home. I would sit Ginny again in a heartbeat 💗
