It was great to get to hang out with Ziggy and Stardust, they are very comfortable with people and ready to cuddle. They are the cutest ever! Carrie was very clear with communication and instructions, that made our life a lot easier when caring for these cuties. We went for walks around the neighborhood and had a lot of options in a 10-15 minutes drive, great location! We would definitely take care of Ziggy and Stardust again!
Jo Anne and Bastiaan were great. They made sure everything was ready for us to stay and take care of Maple and Koda. We got some great recommendations from them for what to do in Portland. Their neighborhood is terrific. Mississippi Ave, two blocks away has lots of cool restaurants, bars, and shops. The trolley line is also nearby. The green leafy streets and alleys with interesting old homes were great to explore with the dogs. We loved Maple and Koda. They were laid back, affectionate, and quickly got used to us sharing their home. Our thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay looking after Peanut and Cobalt who made us smile every day. Affectionate happy pair all the time we were there in their lovely home and garden. Thank you for the warm welcome and generous larder of fresh veg from the garden. The bus stops a few minutes away to take you to Street and links with the Glastonbury bus. A very comfortable home with all the mod cons and then some. The family and pets were a delight to meet. Such lovely memories Thank-you Peanut and Cobalt , Gayleen ,Nigel and Hannah.

What a beautiful home and amazing pair of dogs! We had an awesome time with Sol & Luna, so much so that we’re heading back there again as I type this! Colombe & Zoli were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We felt comfortable in their lovely home and enjoyed our time in Belleville very much. Sol & Luna are so sweet and loving and playful, with a bunch of personality. They love to go for walks around town and hike through the trails. They also love to cuddle ♥️ we are so looking forward to seeing the girls again!
Lauren and Steve were very welcoming, providing us with a brief pre-sit “tour” and giving us everything we needed for a successful sit. Lucky and Starfox … hard to beat these two fur family members. Although Starfox is blind, she took to our walks with enthusiasm, always sitting by the door as soon as we said, “do you want to go for a walk?” Lucky was a treat to walk, as we discovered the parks, just across the road from the house. We took to the trails and discovered two lakes in a very peaceful location. It was great to have such a beautiful green space so close to the house. Lucky had an abundance of energy, which was infectious. Both dogs were great cuddlers and we felt fortunate to spend time with such loving animals. Lauren and Steve’s house was very comfortable (having a huge screen was great for football fans) and we appreciated their water conservation ideas, especially given that California is in a drought (although you’d never know that though from all the rain we experienced during our stay). We would highly recommend this sit if you have an opportunity. I’m sure, like us, you’ll fall in love with Starfox and Lucky as we did. It was difficult to leave them.
