Crystal and Chad came to take care of our two cats (and home and car) for 2 weeks. From the first contact through departure, communication was excellent - frequent and detailed regarding travel plans, car arrangements, cat care, and home care. Our cats were well cared for, Crystal shared details about food likes/dislikes and inventory, and toys the cats were enjoying. They purchased a new toy that our cats really like. They also took excellent care of our home and car - thoroughly cleaned when returned to us, and Crystal offered suggestions related to our home. April stayed with Shani for a 2nd time and it was just as wonderful as the 1st time! She was communicative, warm and reliable, sending pics and videos often and I know she was showing Shani a lot of love, care and affection. I had a wonderful time caring for magnificent Maggie. She was sweet, loving, and obedient. She stares at you with those big eyes, which turns you into putty in her paws. Hazel is a shy but brave kitty. She shared some of her love while lounging on the deck. Kirsten is a kind, thoughtful, and gracious host. Her home is beautiful and well-appointed.
