Lucy and Pawel are great house sitters with daily communication. I’m particularly impressed by Lucy’s gardening skills. I have a vegetable and flower garden in the summer. Due to the timing of my travel ( ten days after I planted vegi seeelings), I wasn’t sure how my plant babies would fair without me being there for three weeks. Sometimes I would ask Lucy to train cucumbers and things like that. I was so pleasantly surprised that all my flower arrangements are intact and my vegetables have grown so much and in great shape upon my return. Lucy is the best plant handler I’ve had so far and I would definitely invite them back for future sits!
Very comfortable house, all mod cons. Great communication from Suzanne and comprehensive instructions about the house and about Pico, her cat. Pico is an older cat but is low maintenance. She's shy initially but very sweet when she gets to know you. The neighbourhood is safe, and close to trams to Manchester. There's a corner shop a short walk away. Nearby Altrincham has lots of cool shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our sit. Highly recommend Suzanne and Pico's place!
I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed sitting for Lucas and Nashville! Two of the sweetest cats ever and two very welcoming owners. Lauren and Laura made sure to make us feel right at home and even went above and beyond by helping us plan our Colorado activities. Their home is very cozy and is perfectly located near supermarkets, restaurants and main highways. Downtown Denver is just a 10 minute drive away. When it comes to Lucas and Nashville, they make your visit that much more enjoyable. Always ready to greet you by the door and to hang out on the couch. They love playing with their toys, squirrel watching and supervising any and all food preparation. They are very self sufficient fur babies and will make sure to let you know when it’s feeding time. So do yourself the favor and go visit Lucas and Nashville. I promise it’s worthwhile!
The stay at Camilla's house has been wonderful. We've been in touch since she chose me as Sam and Ted's caretaker. Sam is very affectionate, always demanding caresses, and Ted is a little more shy, but little by little he began to feel more comfortable with me as his new friend. The house is perfect, it is located in a perfect place and Camilla treated me very well from minute 1. I thank you for everything you did and how well you treated me. Thanks for everything!.
Sitting for Sarah was simply a joy. She has a beautiful and comfortable in the Mt Tabor neighborhood of Portland. Her two cats Pete & Ollie, wanted nothing more than to be loved, their purr engines going non-stop. And Annie the dog was so adorable with her beautiful eyes! I enjoyed walking her through the neighborhood & to Mt Tabor. I only wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy the backyard, maybe next time! Sarah was quick to respond to any questions I had. What a joy to spend time with Rosa, Bonnie, Ede and Tiger - plus the chickens! The animals are all delightful and loving and both dogs rode very well when we took them out for day trips. It was a pleasure sitting for Luna, Archie and Lucile. Luna loved her walks, taking us around the neighborhood and hanging out with us during the evenings. Archie and Lucile are easy going comfortable company. The instructions left for us were clear and made caring for the pets straight forward. The house is very comfortable and close to downtown DC. We would be glad to sit for them again.
