Truly The Best House sitters Ever!!! Shannon, Travis and their son were absolutely terrific. I’m so lucky to have had the genuine pleasure of meeting them. Very warm, generous, open and loving people. My dog Wolfie usually barks at men who come in the house and I was a little worried about how he would be with Travis, but I had nothing to fear because within seriously 1 minute from Travis walking in the door, Wolfie was giving him kisses on the lips! I was so happy to receive their updates and photos and videos of my pets while I was away. They really went above and beyond taking terrific care of my many, many furry and feathered friends. When I got home, the place was sparkling clean, all linens laundered and beds made and they even left me sweet little surprises. I would welcome The Exums back with open arms anytime and highly recommend them.
We had the most wonderful time at Slue's home! Slue was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming, kind, and responsive. I only wish we had had more time together to swap travel stories. Slue's home is my dream home. The layout, location, and design were all right up our alley. Slue keeps the home immaculately clean and has clearly put in a lot of work to make it her personal oasis. We loved all of the amazing walking trails right outside of the door. The grocery stores, shops, and restaurants were all within an easy bike ride of the house. Bobae and Asya were ideal pets. They were easy to take care of and even easier to love. Bobae doesn't move very fast or very often in her advanced years, but she had a playful side that always brought a smile to our faces. Asya and I were immediate friends. She is independent, but also very affectionate when she wants to be. She would often sleep with us at night, laying one of her arms over me. I will miss her dearly. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to be able to sit for Slue again some day. I can't recommend this sit enough. Thank you, Slue!
I enjoyed my time caring for Brody and for Nancy & John’s lovely home. The house is beautifully furnished and comfortable, and in a really pretty part of New England. Brody is a sweet boy who mostly keeps to himself, but will let you know when it’s time to go out or to be fed. Communication with Nancy was super prompt and easy. John & Nancy are very kind, thoughtful and generous people. I so appreciated my stay!
What a wonderful experiance! I stayed with the gorgeous cats Romeo and Lima for a couple of nights. They were easy to care for and I found them very affectionate. Romeo loved snuggling on my lap when I sat on the sofa and Lima loved lying and purring on my chest when I was in bed 🥰 Tracy and Bob are absolutely amazing people. I loved every interaction with them. They made me feel extremely welcome and they explained everything clearly. They also prepared very good notes and I felt I could always reach out if I had any extra questions. The house and location is great too! The house itself was clean and warm and the location is very peaceful and I had New Forest donkeys coming to the kitchen window. I wouldn’t change or add anything to this sit as it was just perfect and would do it again in a heartbeat 💖
We really loved our time housesitting for Gigi, Amanda, George and lovely Ben. Ben is an affectionate Chocolate Labrador who really enjoyed the walks we took him on and was happy to come anywhere with us. Gretton is a friendly village and perfectly located to explore lots of fabulous villages and towns. During our 3 weeks here we went to Stamford, Cambridge, Northampton and lots of much smaller places. The walking was fabulous. Amanda and Gigi could not have been more welcoming and there house and garden are very comfortable.
Communication with Natalia and Daniel was good and Lucy is an adorable, curious and playful cat. She was shy at first but it changed during my stay and we became very good friends
Lisa & Michelle are really kind people and the communication was smooth. We got the offer to stay with them between a gap of two Housesits, what we appreciate a lot. We spend the evenings together with nice homemade food from Lisa. All the pets Charlie, Oscar, Karma and Jasper are lovely and affectionate, they love to cuddle. They are pretty easy to care. Oscar has a beautiful voice which he likes to show you especially in the morning, but he’s still a lovely cuddly cat. We took them to the beach, that was a lot of fun for us and the dogs! We enjoyed our time at their house and would definitely recommend this Sit!😊
