It was a great sit! Everything was explained before I started the sit, Rosie was also available on the phone throughout the sit in case I had any questions. Yusuf was lovely, it was a pleasure to take care of him and spend time together! Yusuf has a routine which works great and it's straightforward. The house is very nice, comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful and there're many restaurants/cafés nearby. I really recommend it, I would pet-sit here again without any hesitation!
Steve and Sally were wonderful hosts, so welcoming, and totally generous with their time and home. I arrived early, and stayed with them for the NY. Joined them and their friends at a NY dinner too. They even drove me to my next sit over an hour away The dogs were easy, and a joy to spend time with. I was very lucky with the weather over the Christmas, so just chilled and totally relaxed in their home, sitting in the sunshine with the dogs, or cuddled up on the sofa with Netflix, perfect
Located very close to the vibrant town of Bridgetown, Rosie and Ian's housesit was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the company of the 2 dogs Leo and Coco. They were very affectionate and obedient. Leo loved going for walks and let us know when we started to put our walking boots on. It was only after the 2nd week that we worked out why he gave up walking and sat down on the hill down to the house - he simply didn’t want to go home. The 2 cats Arrabella and Lucy were completely different. Arrabella is a barn cat and only likes attention on her terms and always outside. Lucy, the newest addition to the clan, is a fun cat who is always following you over the whole property and interacts with the dogs superbly. Feeding the chickens and caring for the needs of 2 sheep, rounded out this 'farmstay' type housesit keeping us entertained and amused. Rosie and Ian were extremely friendly providing a meal for us when we arrived and made sure that we were well provided for for the duration. Highly recommended house sit. To enjoy the house, the animals and the area around Bridgetown. We plan to return in a few months for a few weeks to reunite with our new furry and feathered friends. Say no more!
We has a brilliant time looking after Letty and Tawny. They are adorable well behaved dogs. They are a joy to walk and Charlotte lives in a beautiful area with lots of lovely walks. The cats were super easy to look after and there was a groom that came in to see Scrumpy the horse. We did love popping down in the evening to give Scrumpy a few treats. Charlotte was very welcoming and we really felt at home for the few days we were there. Thank you so much 😊
What an amazing week we just had in Black Mountain with sweet Chica! Martha’s home is in a beautiful setting about 15-20 minutes from Asheville. There are stores and restaurants close by and a charming downtown area all within a couple minutes from her home. There are also tons of hikes and trails close by to enjoy! Martha is very communicative and kind. Her home is friendly and comfortable with good wifi for remote work. Chica is a sweet girl that stole my heart. She is quirky and silly and very sweet. We enjoyed walks and jogs in the beautiful neighborhood. She was a delight and we miss her already! We would gladly accept more sits with Martha and Chica!
Ron's house is very comfortable and Ron is very welcoming. He lives in a great neighborhood with great neighbors. Sadie is incredibly sweet and a joy to take care of. We had no issues, but communication was excellent and felt like if we had any problems we'd be able to reach him quickly.
