Our dog LOVES hanging with Clay and the other pups. This is the first place he has felt comfortable and happy!! Would highly recommend for dogs with anxiety as Clay really loves and cares for our anxious dog under his watch. We could not be more appreciative of Clay taking care of our boy while we are out of town. THANK YOU CLAY!!

Our dog has stayed with Clay three time. We will continue to use Fury Guys, because it's obvious that the dogs are well taken care of, Clay genuinely cares about them and there are no cages.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. But seriously, Clay, the owner, is an amazing person and will take such great care of your doggies! We have used him for years now and I'm so grateful to have somebody we trust fully when we go out of town. Your pet will be in truly wonderful hands!

My pups love daycare and boarding with Clay at The Furry guys! Clay is the best and the fact that they are not in kennels at all was a big draw from the beginning. You can tell Clay loves dog and he loves what he does and that positivity transfers over to the dogs that just have a blast while they are there. I was a little nervous with my female pup since she was a little fearful of new people since we first rescued her but after barking a couple of times at Clay, she immediately calmed down. I can’t recommend Furry Guys enough!

I Have 2 dogs, one is 9, the other is 5 and is never had to board them until recently. Well, it didn't start out very good, the 5 yr old female Shepherd started freaking. At 5 am the next day I had a flight to New York, but Clay ( Furry Guys owner), texted me like 7 times while I was driving home and wanted me to go back and get them. I explained to him what was going on and why I need to get to NY, And asked him if he can give her an hour to see if she calmed down. Well, she did, and they ended up having the best time of there, and Clay gave me an update and pictures every day. I will definitely bring them back, if I have to. Thanks again Clay

We were just thinking it’s been 6 years since we have been visiting the Furry Guys! Our pups absolutely love coming to Clay and we know they’re cared for and have the best time! I cannot say enough good things about The Furry Guys and the owner Clay. We had to board our rescue for the first time, and he cannot handle kennels/cages; he'd rather hurt himself than be locked up. I was excited when I found this boarding place with a free range concept. We visited ahead of time and Clay answered all our questions and completely put us at ease. He kept us updated while we were gone and it was wonderful to see Ziggy relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be using again and highly recommend!

Best Doggy daycare for day or night. We have a 2 yr old Schnauzer. When he is being driven to Clay's (Furry guys), as soon as we reach the main street to make a left onto to County Line Rd, our dog recognizes he is being dropped off and he does his happy dance going in circles in the back seat. He is so happy to go to Clay's to play with his buddies. Clay is also flexible with timings for pickup and drop off!! Best place for dogs!

Matt has taken care of my rather shy dog for several years. He understood my dog Howard's temperament completely and was so kind and patient and persistent in gaining Howard's trust. Matt is genuinely gifted in pet care. He also keeps me updated on each visit, including photos. The Furry Guy's is made up of incredible professionals and I know my dogs are safe in their care.

All coaches are always so genuine about furry babies and are so caring. They send us adorable photos of the babies playing. My dog Weasley doesn't even pay attention to me when he goes into Dogtopia. We love Dogtopia Frisco and have been bringing our two pups to this location for four years. Dipa, Sean, and the team are the only ones we trust our babies to. And our pups love it there playing with their best friends! It makes it so much easier and less stressful traveling week in and week out for work knowing that the Dogtopia Frisco team loves and cares for our dogs as if they were their own family. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.

I can’t say enough about the staff everyone is amazing. I’m a new dog mom and I work 12 hour shift and I didn’t want my baby at home along so I checked out this location right across the street from me and I have to say I made an excellent choice. My baby is happy and tired at the end of the day.. I like how they Capture some of the most amazing pic of my baby through the day as I’m unable to look in on her from the webcam.. The manager Shawn the top MVP HE is the most caring and understand person. Thank you..

The only bad thing about Dogtopia-Preston is that I think my dog likes the staff more than he likes me now. In all seriousness, you should have no hesitation bringing your dog here. Every staff member is incredible, knowledgeable, and caring. If we say “daycare” in front of our dog, he jumps out of bed and runs to his leash because he’s excited to go. We love the staff, but our dog does too and that’s all that matters to us

Five Stars are not enough for Dogtopia Frisco-Preston. This is THE BEST doggie daycare! Shawn and Dipa provide an amazing healthy, safe and fun environment for the dogs and they plan the most creative events for playtime. Their coaches are just as wonderful and they treat the dogs, and parents, like family. Our Daisy gets so excited when we pull up and is always happy after a full day of play. And big bonus is they do grooming and boarding. So blessed to have found them!

We have been bringing my Dood Andi to this Dogtopia a little after they opened. The owners and staff are amazing! They are thoughtful, fun and really care about each dog that comes to stay and play! My dog Andi cannot wait to get into the building and is so excited when I tell him he gets to play with his friends! He went to another doggy daycare and was never this enthusiastic. Recently there was a mix up on an appointment and the owners resolved it fairly and quickly. We love this Dogtopia! Andi the Dood and I give them 5 Stars!! Highly Recommend!!!

We have definitely found our place for our sweet boy Conan whenever we go out of town! We have taken him several times for various lengths of time and each and every time he is thrilled to go and is so well taken care of! Not only that, he is treated like one of their own and is truly loved. We appreciate the text updates with pictures so much when we are away. I really like that it’s a small place, literally feels like home because it is in a darling downtown house on Frisco’s Main Street. Conan gets to play with dogs his size, sleeps on a cushy little bed and enjoys a few treats during his stay :) We adore Woof City!

We have a foster dog who had some very traumatic events happen. She gets extra shaky and nervous with people outside our family. Brittany was incredibly understanding, kind, and patient. She loved our little girl so well and did a great job with her cut, listening to exactly what we asked for. When I picked up my girl, she was more happy than she’s ever been at another groomers. I’m so thankful to have found Wolf City and will continue to come back.

We’ve been boarding our two Mini Goldendoodles at Woof City of Frisco for several years now, and our experience has been great. But more importantly, our pups love going and Jen and Ashley truly treat them as if they are their own! We love the “home” atmosphere, and the fact that they group the dogs by size (even though the smallest of our two thinks he’s a Great Dane). We also really like the daily report card and pictures, and anticipate receiving that text each day. Thank you, Woof City!

The staff at Woof City once again took excellent care of my dog Sweet Pea. They send daily updates with pictures. She appeared happy and relaxed when we picked her up.

UPDATE 6/26/2024: Love this place! Our fur baby stayed there for about 10 days while we were on a cruise. Thanks for the daily pictures! UPDATE 2/3/2024: We continue to board our pup at Woof City. She has been there several times recently, and we appreciate the care she gets there. Been boarding our dog at Woof City of Frisco for several years, and will continue to do so. Employees are friendly and great with the dogs, and correctly follow our feeding and care instructions.

We absolutely LOVE Woof City. They love on the dogs and they are so well cared for. I highly recommend this gem of a place and you will always know your pups are in great hands. Friendly, flexible, professional and kind! Our dogs get ridiculously excited the minute we say, "Woof City"!!!

Woof City is the only place we trust to board our dog. She is always so well taken care of and she loves going there when we drop her off. The communication and updates they send while we are away is fantastic. And Brittany does a wonderful job with grooming our dog too.

I can't say enough good things about Woof City and their staff! My dog has pretty extreme separation anxiety, but she loves going to Woof City! We used to board at our vet's office, but in every update picture they would send my dog's tail would be between her legs - she never got comfortable. I love our vet's office, but I felt terrible about boarding her there. When we pull up to Woof City she practically drags me to the front door. They let her take her favorite toy out to the yard to play which, next to car rides, is her favorite thing ever. They treat the dogs like they are part of their own family.

Brittany is so nice and immediately made my nervous pup feel better. Highly recommend Woof City!

Maria is an outstanding pet-sitter. She is a total professional and will come out to visit with you and your pet to understand your pet’s needs and routines. She is very kind and caring and has a big heart for animals. My cat is 15, requires daily medication, has mobility issues, and gets lonely and depressed when I’m away. I’m so grateful to have found Maria’s Happy Paw Pet Care. Maria took very good care of my cat, brushed her, spent time with her, and played with her. Maria is also incredible at communication. She texted multiple pictures and updates when she would visit my home. I feel confident and secure leaving my cat in her care and I trust her if there was ever an emergency. When I came home from my vacation, my cat seemed calm and secure and didn’t seem depressed or anxious (like she was with other sitters). I absolutely love Maria’s Happy Paw Pet Care. She has over 20 years experience and takes the job seriously. She takes care of your pet, with detailed care and affection, as if it were her own. Thank you !

Maria is the absolute best ever! She takes wonderful care of our girl Millie when we are out of town making her feel loved and oh, so special. She is reliable, trustworthy, and very professional. Very trustworthy - Maria is awesome! She is great with our 2 energetic 40 lb. dogs, courteous and concerned for the cleanliness of our house when she visits for their walk. Great communicator that texts live pics of her visit. You will not be disappointed.

Maria without a doubt is the best dog sitter we have come across. We have a senior dog who is 18 and special needs, Maria takes the time with her to make sure she eats and gives her extra attention that she needs. She loves on our other two dogs as well. Each visit you get updates and photos of each dog. Makes traveling a little less stressful when you know your dogs are well taken care of.

Maria is the absolute BEST. We think our dogs and cat love her more than they love us, and when you meet her, you will understand why. She is the truest form of an animal lover there is and the only person we trust whole heartedly with our babies. She comes to our house every week to give them mid-day walks and just recently, she accommodated 4 visits a day for 3 days straight while we went on a quick business trip. The dogs were happy to be at our home versus at a kennel boarder and even better, they got to see Maria 4 times a day for fresh water, food, walkies and cuddles. She always provides the best communication (with pictures!) for every visit and even brought in our packages and brought our garbage cans in. Aside from being the best caregiver for our pets, she is equally the best person. I have never met a kinder soul. We are so grateful to have found her.

Hands down Maria is THE BEST! I have three dogs, including one that is scared of the world, but they all love her! She is reliable and trustworthy and she spoils my fur babies when I am gone. We have used Happy Paw Pet Care several times to board our puppy. We love that our dog is well cared for, and is able to stay in someone’s home, instead of at a kennel, when we are out of town. Maria and her family are pet lovers, and they all give our dog lots of love and attention! She also enjoys hanging out with Maria’s dogs, and the other dogs that are boarded at Happy Paw! There is a large yard out back, where the dogs can play under supervision. There are even obstacle courses set up to entertain the dogs! We receive frequent communication while our baby is there, and it’s fun to receive texts with photos and videos so we can see how much fun our pup is having! We definitely recommend Happy Paw!

Every Dog's Day is the best! I recently boarded my 2 Italian Greyhounds there when I went out of town. They both are very sensitive dogs and I am extremely particular about boarding facilities. I was extremely impressed by Every Dog's Day from the moment I called to book their stay, and even more so when I arrived. Facilities are amazing, very clean and spacious. All staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very caring towards my dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving them and was able to have a worry free trip knowing they were in very capable, professional and loving hands. I highly recommend them!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. My boyfriend Manuel And I picked my dog, Gronk, an old English sheepdog, up today. When we got home we realized his paws, which are normally cream and black and scorched. He is in a lot of pain. They obviously left him out on the hot turf for way too long. Absolute carelessness. Wish we had seen all of the horrible reviews before booking.

My dog stayed here for a few days and he was pooped when he got home so I’m assuming he had a good time playing with all the other dogs. Drop off and pick up was pretty easy process. The building is nice and clean as well which I liked.

I'm impressed with this businesses level of commitment and willingness to I form and educate me as a new dog owner as to what I should consider and why when I'm sending g my whippets to doggy daycare. Their yards are huge and certainly not crowded. I've seen a doggy daycare in Frisco area that was crowded, smelled too strongly of ammonia, and the person watching them (at the OTHER place) was on her phone and not even interacting with the bored, crowded dogs. I liked the spacious Ness, and some of the boarding rooms were very quiet. They had a variety of sizes. They offered grooming and such, also. I fou d the staff to be very personable and true to Texas friendliness. As soon as I get my pups altered, I'm taking them here for daycare. Fancy signs, buildings, logos, etc do nothing FOR our beloved pets. People who care make the difference.

I have been taking my 10 y/o dog to Every Dog’s Day since she was a puppy. She loves going there, and I know she will be well taken care of while I am traveling. I was very hesitant to board her for my most recent trip, but they reassured me that they would take good care of her and give her the medication prescribed, and they really put me at ease. ♥️

We just started going to Every dogs day and on our second visit was the worst visit I've ever experienced. I dropped off all three of my babies at 8am and they wasn't complete till 7:30pm. And when my husband bought them home the hair cuts where all messed up, uneven, my male dog tail wasn't even combined out. So when I spoke with the owner he's respone was my youngest puppy was not doing well with the cut and that why it tuck so long. And he gave me one hr. to come show him how bad the other two cuts look like. He was making it seem like it's my fault they took all day and why my dogs go bad hair cut. So decided to never go to them again. Three customers gone due to the owner response and cuts.

Crazy that you can lose someone’s dog, take no responsibility and then proceed to delete every point of contact they’ve attempted with you INCLUDING google reviews. Don’t take here if you expect your dog to come home, simple as that. EDIT TO ADD as I’m not able to reply. I don’t condone the actions of anyone in this situation, but I do believe that people have the right to know you lost someone’s animal and chose to wash your hands of the situation. Which is why I’m calling you out on deleting reviews. That is all.

Love having a peace of mind they are happy and spoiled. Im beyond thrilled with our Rusty Biggie Smalls groomer! Was able to meet with her to discuss what we wanted vs other groomers that never listened. We now know where our babies will be going! Highly recommend, i actually would give way more stars! King Charles Cavaliers are not easy to find good groomers, but i have now ;) Everyone was so nice and super impressed THANK YOU!!!!

We have used this company for our pets for a couple of years and they are AMAZING. We have multiple dogs and cats and some have more complicated needs. The sitters have always been very attentive, flexible, and great at communicating. I love seeing pictures of my pets every day while traveling and their staff seem to genuinely adore spending time with the animals. It has been wonderful to have the ability to travel without stressing about what to do with my dogs and cats.

Great pet walking service! Recently moved to Dallas and had to find someone to help me with my dog several times a week. Good Day Pet Sitters has been extremely reliable. I have an older, blind dog that suffers from separation anxiety and all the walkers have been great at caring for him. Their app makes scheduling, payment and communication extremely easy. I cannot speak more highly of the crew at Good Day Pet Sitters! They are 100% reliable and consistent. I totally trust them with my dogs and coming into my home. On more than one occasion they helped me out last minute when I was in a pinch. Particularly one event when we were out of town and my dogs were staying at a Rover’s and got out! A stranger found them and called me and I had the crew at GDPS pick up my dogs and take care of them for the remainder of our trip. So thankful for them!

They really helped me out with my diabetic cat while I had to travel for work. The app was pretty handy to see how it was going. Every visit would show up there when they arrived. They came by twice a day to give him his insulin and take care of them. Then after the visit I would get an update on how it went as well as pictures of my little ones. When I got back my kitties were good and my place was in good shape! I will certainly use them next time I travel.

Pawsense was the absolute best place for my dog and we were so sad when Diana left Maryland to go to Texas. I had recently adopted my dog Boss Man when I first took him to Pawsense, I was lucky to find Diana and for this to be his first experience with day care and boarding. Not only are they extra careful with your dogs (they do checks when dogs first arrive to make sure no sick dogs enter), they focus on enrichment while there. Just from attending Pawsense at daycare and boarding he picked up good behaviors and he would come home with new skills. Not only would Boss Man come home happy, he came home as a better behaved dog. This is because Diana really knows what she is doing- she is certified and keeps up with continuous education courses. She can spot behavioral issues early on and give you the guidance and support to correct them. Because Boss Man had such positive experiences at Pawsense, he was easily able to join other doggy play groups and a new boarding facility after Diana left because of the attention to behavior correction and skills that he learned at Pawsense.

I started taking my dog, Trina, to see Diana in March and have loved it ever since! I go 1-2x a week and Trina loves Diana and her 2 dogs. Trina gets along with all the other dogs that Diana watches and she makes new friends all the time! What I really like about Diana’s daycare is her nice, fenced 1/2 acre grass backyard. She even sets outs a kiddy pool with water for the dogs too drink and cool off. Also, it’s really nice that the dogs get to come inside and relax in the comforts of her home and not a kennel or crate. Last, I was sold on Diana’s love and knowledge of dogs (she is also certified). It’s like having vet recommendations without the vet costs. Haha.

My mom and I took a ten day vacation in June 2022. We needed a place to board our two large dogs for almost two weeks. It was a challenge finding a place that had ample outdoor space, as well as time with other dogs. We landed on Pawsense and could not have been happier with our decision. Pawsense had our dogs for 13 days and took such great care of them! Mom and I looked forward to our daily report cards and loved seeing pictures of our boys having fun. When we picked them up, they didn’t seem stressed or anxious after such a long time. I cannot recommend Pawsense enough for either daycare or boarding. I would give ten stars, five for each dog, if I could. The pictures came from our report cards!

I cannot say enough great things about Diana and her staff! We had tried another daycare before finding Pawsense, and I am so glad I made the switch. I have never felt so content leaving Milo in someone else's care. His body language shows me how much he loves spending his Wednesday's away from home and hanging with his friends. If I say "daycare" he is headed for the door; when we turn onto the street he starts getting the wiggles and knows exactly where we are. I am so glad we found Diana and her crew, and I know Milo is too! Getting those report cards make my day :).

Let me start by saying from the start, Diana was very professional when speaking to her about some of my concerns on my dogs behavior. I was feeling very desperate because my dog Tex is very temperamental at times. She assured me that she could help me and Tex my dog to be more obedient to my commands. And to not snip at me when I reach for his bowel. After 2 montgs of training with Diana, Tex was showing signs of good behavior and even stopped snipping at me. I feel safer now that Diana has extended her experience and expertise to get Tex on great shape. My kids are now more engaged with Tex and we are all very pleased to have found Diana. We will definitely continue to use Diana just to always have the reinforced training for the dogs health and behavior and our safety as well. Thank you again Diana for a superb job.

The owner demanded I leave work early and come get my dog because he was playing too rough with the other dogs. He’s a purebred lab and has never shown any signs of aggression towards and other dogs or people. No reports of rough play from other daycares I’ve taken him to. This is after paying 500$ in private dog training fees to the owner last year.

Wonderful service with Diana! She is not only great with our pups but an amazing trainer. Additionally, she is observant to any health concern that may need attended.

I cannot sing enough praises about Pawsense! I knew when I adopted my beagle mix that he needed an opportunity to socialize during the week when I was preoccupied with work, as well as exhaust some of his relentless energy. I found Diana via online search and have been sending my puppy there for about a year and a half now. I look forward to the daily report cards and the adorable photos of him throughout the day with his buddies. He gets SO excited when we pull up for drop-off, every single time; a sign that he’s happy and in safe hands for the day. I will continue to recommend her services to all of my friends.

The team at Pawsense does a wonderful job with our dog. This is the second daycare and third trainer we’ve engaged and we feel as though they’ve done the best job at reinforcing training while at daycare. Our dog is a big goofy boy, but a true lover. He feels right at home with the Pawsense team and never comes home with too much energy to spare. This is because they’re not just allowing free play but also doing lots of mental training. Their training philosophy is direct while gentle. Really stellar crew. It’s a small shop so I hate to even share the secret that is Pawsense, but other dog lovers deserve the care and attention for their fur babies that this crew gives!

We love Pawsense and so does our fur baby! Harlem was very anxious and not confident around other dogs when he started going to daycare,and it’s been so amazing to watch his growth. The comprehensive training and daily report cards make it easy to keep up with training at home!

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean and organized. They’ve taken very good care of our puppy with boarding and daycare. Can’t go wrong with legacy !

My dog, loves his Playcare days at Legacy Resort. He’s always excited to go and always seems happy when he gets picked up. I love that there are cameras where I can check in and watch him having a great time. Highly recommended.

I had never used daycare for dogs before, but I have had the best experience here! They are the most reasonably priced and they take such good care of my pups, Ash and Mileena. They have cameras so you can check in on your pet, which provided peace of mind for me in the beginning. My dogs are rescues and one is afraid of new people so I was unsure about bringing her. They were so patient and made her feel comfortable before bringing her back with the other dogs. The staff is SO amazing! Highly recommend!!

Our dogs have been going to Legacy for years - we’ve had a wonderful experience! They often go for daycare, but we’ve also boarded them plenty of times and they’ve occasionally been groomed too. The staff is phenomenal, communicative and my huskies are eager to go.

It worries me how many dogs they take at a time, I found a new place that is much less anxiety producing for dogs. I think they need to interact more with the dogs, and have a limit on the # accepted per day. Their indoor area is very crowded, and the dogs go in there the majority of the day in this Texas heat. Every time I checked the cameras, no dogs were ever interacted with. I called the facility when my dog was being boarded and asked how my dog was doing and they said "great he's been eating and everything is good". The first thing that was said by a different person when I walked in was "Your dog wasn't eating... next time you should bring chicken or something". I emailed when I got home, clarifying and someone emailed back that "he ate, it just took him a long time" ?? My dog came back a shell of himself from boarding. My husband said he's acting like someone beat him up all weekend, he was petrified and lost weight, hiding away when he got home. My gut tells me he was not treated well. Since then, I have taken him to a different boarding place in Frisco and it is COMPLETELY different when he comes home. He comes out wagging his tail happy as ever.

The ‘problem’ dog, as the owner describes why they have certain policies they do in response to other negative reviews, which aligns with our experience. 9/27/24: We’ve bounced around DFW the last few years; our five year old dog has been in daycare since he was a puppy. He’s well socialized but can be timid in new environments. We chose Legacy Dog Resort as the choice to board our dogs for the first time as we prepared for an out of town trip we were taking. We did the trial day before boarding for a four day stay. On the second day of the stay, they called and said there was an incident where our dog attacked another dog unprovoked while playing alongside a fence - and as a result, they would keep him isolated for the remainder of the day. While thinking this was a bit of a harsh response, this was also the first time they mentioned of a ‘three strike’ policy they have. While obviously concerned, as our dog has never shown this type of aggression, didn’t really know how to handle - especially being out of town. I asked them to monitor him the next day and call immediately if another issue arose. They did not call the next day, which my assumption - like the three other days, our dog played fine. Never questioned an incident took place but we were concerned of the environment our dog was in for him to act out of character like this. It wasn’t until Sunday, 9/29/24, after we called to check in did they inform us that our dog was no longer welcomed back because of the one incident that occurred that Friday. So instead of working with us to moderate, break up his play time - judgement was passed and identified our dog as a ‘problem’ dog - completely omitting their own three strike rule. Upon pick up on 9/30/24, the kind lady at the front desk showed me the footage. There were about 30 dogs in the clip hanging around by a fence as described, but what was not explained initially as shown in video - two dogs jumped on my dog’s back, which is what initiated the incident. Not justifying my dog’s behavior - but it clearly showed why he reacted the way he did. Again, I repeat, we never questioned ‘something’ occurred with our dog and that there was an incident, but remain concerned that not only was the incident not as described, they chose to just ban him without working with us to find a solution. To summarize, we are very disappointed with our experience at this facility as a former new client. I still think the staff is great - friendly, and attentive, but have serious concerns on how quickly the owner (whose decision it was) handled the situation to our detriment. I understand the need to uphold policies - but that didn’t occur here. We have documents of references from other boarding places to vouch for our dog, and wish they worked with us to correct a one time issue - but were never given that chance. If you are a new client, please be aware of how they implement their policies to rid out those ‘problem’ dogs.

Our pup starting going to daycare here around 8 months ago. He LOVES it. He whines and paces to be out of the car when we park, excited. He is a social butterfly and high energy dog, so it’s the perfect day for him. Every worker I’ve had an interaction with was kind and welcoming. They know our pup’s name when they see him!

We had two dogs that genuinely loved going to day care and boarding because the staff was so amazingly loving and caring of them. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there. They’re very good at what they do. Hands down the best place I’ve ever put my puppies up in.

Our 3 dogs board here every time we go away (or if we’re just feeling like dumping them off for the night). They are more than a handful and I am consistently impressed with the Legacy staff’s ability to manage such a high volume of clientele with such a big variety of breeds, etc. They are so organized and meticulous with documentation. Im honestly shocked to see any negative reviews here, but it looks like they come from entitled people who can’t accept the reality that maybe their fur child causes problems for others. Big thank you to Courtney Dylan Ashlyn and all of the staff at LDR, our dogs love you and we do too!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a year now. We do boarding and daycare. My dog absolutely LOVES this place. When we’re approaching she recognizes the area and cannot WAIT to get out of the car. They know her by name when she comes bursting through the door. I’ve never had any issues and I feel comfortable leaving my dog there for days while I go on a trip. When I drop her off at daycare for the day she is exhausted from playing all day. I will say though when there’s inclement weather, they are stuffed in a room. But there’s always someone in there watching them.

I am not a native Texan and have no family in the area. So, I was quite worried as to what I would do about my pets while I was in the hospital having back surgery. A dear friend recommended Willowbend Pet Sitting. Muffie and her staff alleviated my fears. The ladies took great care of my pets while I was in the hospital and post-discharge. They sent me pictures of my babies while I was in the hospital and turned a very scary situation into a positive experience. I will forever be grateful to them for the care that they provided and will continue to use them in the future.

Blown away by Muffie/Willow Bend Pet Sitting’s level of service to help us get our dogs cared for, especially given we fall outside of their typical business/service area here in McKinney! Muffie ensured we had a wonderful experience and lined us up with Kiel for overnite/day/dinner visits with “our boys”. Kiel was a hoot keeping us updated with photos, commentary & videos along the way. We returned home to very happy dogs…and an unexpected clean house bonus! This was such a better experience than leaving them at a kennel. We also appreciated the pictures of our pups while we were out of town - it provided extra peace of mind. Willowbend Pet sitting is the best!!! They always take such great care of my fur babies. They keep in great contact with me by text when I am out of town. I have used Willowbend Pet Sitting for quite some time. They have done dog walking and overnight care for my cats and dog as well. Muffie and her staff are the best! My pets really love Muffie! My dog died because of them not reporting that he ate something….. i came home and as soon as i walked in (after being trapped in oregon due to fires and pandemic )only to find my large German Shepard King popping green plastic out of his rectum and vomiting green plastic … when i called they said he ate something and would not tell me nor tell me what meds it was in bag they said it was something - meds….. awful people…. He was not a scavenger was a picky eater never took from strangers…. They did not even call a veternarian …..it is a medical emergency if a dog eats plastic let alone meds…..

My dog is very picky about who watches her, and Muffie bond with her right away. She loves her walks and car rides with her. She has been a blessing to me. I am able to do my job without worried about the care my dog is receiving. Muffie is flexible and willing to work with me in the dates needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have tried several different avenues of taking care of our 3 dogs when we go away but none have made us feel as comfortable as Willowbend Pet Sitting. We had Chelsea stay at our house for 2 weeks and received updates and photos often. When we returned home our pups were happy and obviously well taken care of while we were away. We will always pick Willowbend Pet sitting for our fur babies.

I’m very grateful Muffie found me when I was in need of a pet sitter for my elderly cat with anxiety! She took great care of him in her house while we were out of town and even updated me with photos of him several times a day. She has cats of her own and had some great suggestions on what to bring to make my cat feel more at ease in a new place. I found that very helpful. We've used Willowbend Petsitting for several years and highly recommend them. Muffie and her team are wonderful and go above and beyond just taking care of your pets, such as bringing in the mail, walking the home as a safety check, sending you a daily update, and so much more. They really care about animals and will do whatever is needed - I've know that Muffie gave IVs to a friend's elderly cat. Did I mention that they are also reasonably priced? Both of my cats give them 2 paws up!

I booked my cat almost a month in advance, and just got a call from this place letting me know that they won't be able to take my cat in without updated shot records. This is 1 day before the booking when I have absolutely no time to deal with booking and going to the vets, also hoping there are walk-in options that would take us in last moment. The excuse this place gave me was that they are still training a new person - not sure how that fixes the situation. HORRIBLE! Will never trust this place, thanks.

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past month and he LOVES it! They have an outdoor and indoor area for play, which I really like. The staff are friendly and my fur friend wags his tail SO much every time we pull up to McKee’s. Every time we go home? Tired but happy with life (:

Update... thanks, McKee's Pet Place, for replying and apologizing.... thanks for letting me know that the dog is ok, but senior dogs can be outside for a long time in temperature over 100° It was more than 10 minutes when I saw it. I'm not sure how long more it was outside, but please, please tell your workers to keep their eyes in seniors' dogs . Thanks THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.... TODAY AUGUST 14TH BETWEEN 12:40-1 PM I WAS CAR WASH NEXT TO THIS AWFUL KILLER PLACE AND WHEN I WAS IN LINE FOR CAR WASH I SAW IN THE SMALL PET AREA A MALTIPOO WHITE DOG ALONE OUTSIDE ACTING WEIRD...NO ONE OUTSIDE TAKING CARE OF THE SMALL DOG....I WENT THRU CAR WASH AND HAND DRY AREA, AND I COULDN'T LEAVE WITHOUT SEE WAS GOING WITH THE DOG.... I WALKED AT DISTANCE YOU CAN SEE GIRL SITTING INSIDE COOLIING AREA AND FOCUS ON HER PHONE .... DOG STARTED WITH HEAT STROKE.....I HAD TO YELLING TILL THE ALL SMALL DOGS CAME TO ME BARKING BECAUSE THE DOG WAS DYING IN THIS STPID HEAT 103°F THE GIRL CAME AND GOT THE DOG SAYING I...THE DOG IS FINE!!!! OF COURSE NOT GIRL!!!! THIS POOR DOG WAS DYING.... DOG WAS WALKING IN CIRCLES AND EYES ALMOST WHITE THE MOUTH ALL OPEN IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS DON'T BRING TO THIS KILLER PLACE.... WORKERS ARE MORE FOCUS IN THEIR PHONES THAN THE DOGS!!!!

McKee’s does a wonderful job every time we board our Goldendoodle, Ziggy, when we go out of town. We make sure to give him play time with other dogs which is awesome since he gets no other doggy interactions at our home. When we picked him up, he was freshly bathed and de-matted. Great clean place. Friendly staff.

If you are looking for the best daycare/boarding in Frisco, this is it! I got Macey as a puppy during Covid. Working from home with a hyper puppy, I needed a daycare so she could get some playtime in and learn social skills being around other dogs and people. I tried several of the local daycares and none of them compared to McKee's. The staff know all of the dogs by name, play with and love on the pups. Macey will literally jump out of my arms to go to Miss Gabrielle who works at the front desk. Gabrielle, Alyssa and the other staff are always so nice, helpful and love all of their McKee's pup family. Also, as a small business owner myself, I love supporting another local, small business.

I heard about McKees from Next-door & have to say it was the best decision I've ever made. The staff is very attentive, they took notes on how to feed each pet. I have 2 dogs & each one has a special diet. I felt confident they would tend to all of their needs. My cat did very well too, she wasn't stressed out at all when I picked her up. I called to let them know when I was picking them up & they had all of their stuff ready. Such an awesome experience, I love these guys & will continue to use them!

Love this place! My dog loves the daycare and comes home so exhausted after a fun day of play. The staff is exceptional! Very helpful and friendly and knows my dog by name every time. Highly recommend McKee’s. So worth the money spent.

Miss Shelly is the best! She’s been watching our senior dog for about three years now. We’ve had her watch Ellie at her house and also come to our house as our doggie gets older. We always feel at peace when we are gone knowing our Ellie is in good hands with Miss Shelly!

Shelly has been our pet sitters for the last 10 years. She has loved our many cats and dogs. She loves them as her own and even cries with us when we have to say goodbye to them as they cross the rainbow bridge. My girls don't even look back when we drop them off and sometimes don't even acknowledge us when we come back to pick them up from their stays. They love her and we appreciate knowing our fur babies are in great hands.

Highly Recommend!! Shelly is the only person we trust leaving our dogs with. She is so sweet with our dogs & it shows- they are obsessed with her. One of our dogs also has a medical condition that requires a lot of patience & for her to be fed in a very specific way (food blended up and in a special chair) & Shelly took that on with zero hesitation and treats her as if she was one of her own. She will even send us pictures, videos & updates on how they are doing. She is literally the only reason we are able to enjoy our vacations and not spend the entire time worrying.

Shelly is awesome with our dogs. They love seeing her when we go out of town and I feel 100% better leaving, knowing that she takes such good care of them.
