We very much enjoyed our sit with Roxy the springer spaniel, who just loves life and loves to run. Our communication with Caron before the sit made the arrival easy. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed managing the extensive garden. The rural area with its narrow Cornish lanes very much suited our lifestyle. A huge thanks for offering us this wonderful opportunity.
Zsusza and Paul were very welcoming and provided lots of info. You can tell they adore the kitties as did we…. They are so cute!! Totoro is the cuddliest of the two and was quick to follow us up the stairs 😆 Ponyo is chatty too and the first to say hello in the morning. During the day, they bask wherever the sun is shining and in the evening, love to chill in the living room. Their home is lovely and very close to the train station which is great. Thanks for having us x
I had a great time time looking after SweetP and Waffles. Me and Waffles became very good friends. Janis was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was also great - less than 10 mins from the railway station and surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
A really lovely dog sit. The apartment was in a great location with everything you need in walkable distance, the apartment also has fabulous facilities. Most of all the two dogs were really sweet, well behaved and very loving. Jon left clear instructions and was always on hand to answer any questions.
What a fantastic sit! Lisa's communication and hospitality were excellent, and the house was incredibly clean. The kitties, Zazie and Raul, were absolutely well-behaved, calm, and sweet. I enjoyed loving on them and sitting on the porch outside with them. I highly recommend this sit, and I would do it again if given the opportunity.
I had the most wonderful time looking after the cat trio! Millie, Scamp and Chivers are such lovable cats and make for excellent company. All three kitties crave human interaction and affection, which I was more than happy to provide! All three warmed up to me very quickly and their routines were easy to follow. Communication with Sue before and during the sit was easy and straightforward. I was given a thorough tour of the house, a rundown of the cats' routines, and we chatted through any questions I had. The house is situated well for exploring New Quay, Pembroke, St Davids and many of the Welsh castles and countryside. The Llys-y-Fran reservoir is also within reach for trekking, mountain biking and camping (I opted for a 10k hike which was great). The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with all modern amenities. There are Tesco and Lidl superstores in nearby towns, and EV charging stations ~3 miles away in New Quay. Have no hesitation in recommending this house-sit!
