Ira did a phenomenal job taking care of the cats and chickens. He went above and beyond with caring for the chickens. He arrived early so we could meet and I could show him the chicken care. He was very responsive while I was away and I look forward to inviting Ira back for another housesit if he has any future plans to return to the Smoky Mountains.

We couldn’t have asked for better house and pet sitters than Minna and Avnir! They took incredible care of our dog, Tenny, for 3 ½ weeks while we were away in Saint Lucia. From the start, their communication was perfect—keeping us updated with just the right amount of messages and sending sweet photos of Tenny, so we knew she was in great hands. They were entirely self-sufficient and left our home in immaculate condition, which was such a gift to come home to. What stood out most was how much they adored Tenny—taking her on fun adventures to Greylock Glen and showering her with love and belly rubs. If you have the chance to welcome Minna and Avnir as sitters, don’t hesitate. They are truly exceptional, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. Your pets and home will be in the best possible hands.

Armando is a charming young man who cared for our home and Little Monster. He kindly agreed to sleep in the single room for his short stay to avoid us having to change linens, etc., on the morning we were leaving, which was very much appreciated. We had a lovely meal out the evening that he arrived. His caring nature filled us with confidence to leave him in our home with our precious LM. Little Monster was delighted to share his bed with Armando. He was very chilled on our return, but he concerned Armando by staying out much later than usual. Armando did the right thing and checked if this was normal. We received regular photos and updates. LM and ourselves highly recommend Armando. It was his first sit, but he is a natural and handled our requests for LM and the Hogs. We hope to welcome him back again in the future.

If you are looking for peace of mind that your pet is being well taken care of while you are way, look no further than Brittany and Zane. We had a great pre-sit meeting at which Brittany took notes and made sure all her questions were answered. While away, we got daily pictures and assurances that all was well. We would definitely turn to Brittany and Zane with our future sitting needs.

Dana was a great house sitter and a pleasure to work with. Our animals loved her and she sent us regular updates and photos that helped us feel confident they were in good hands. Our home was well looked after too.

Patty was wonderful! She cared so well for Alia, sent photos and regular updates, and is frankly just a joy to be around and work with. I am grateful to have had the chance to connect with her. Patty, if you ever want to return to Asheville please let me know!

Aspen was an excellent pet sitter while we were out of town. She took care of our medium (55 lb) and small (25lb) dog. She fed and walked then daily, was very clean and tidy around the house, and generally handled everything exceptionally well. She was very kind and communicated often with us. Would absolutely have her visit again. Thank you!

Kerry made it easy to plan the sit with! She sent photos of Bucket while I was on my trip and I came home to a clean house. I recommend!

Evelina, Dave and Holly were amazing!!!!!! Kind, communicative and understanding of some of the more nuanced behaviors of our two-year-old labrador Higgins. They took exceptional care of him while we were away and our home may even have been cleaner when they left than when they got there. 10 out of 10 full recommendation for anyone, considering Evelina and Dave on zeewoi. This was our very first time having a sitter in our own home to cate for our 3 chihuahuas & Ursula and Robert made the whole process very simple! We were a little apprehensive as our last sitter told us that pur smallest boy had been totally depressed whilst we were away, but it was clear that he was absolutely delighted with Ursula & Roberts company! Our boys can be a very demanding group & Ursula & Robert have clearly kept them well entertained, fed & most importantly stroked! The boys were devastated to see them leave! Communication was quick and we were kept updated with photos via WhatsApp during our time away. We would thoroughly recommend Ursula & Robert as reliable, tidy & caring sitters!

Alyona was great- very responsive and left the place looking good. Our cat seemed comfortable when we returned. Would work with her again!

Shawn and Melissa stopped in to keep our two cats company over a weekend that we were out of town. They clearly are animal lovers and are comfortable with all the usual care routines as well as administering medication to our of our kitties. They were easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and we would not hesitate to call on them again when the need arises. Thanks so much!
