What a beautiful experience to sit for Trish and Athena! They have a beautiful home on a jungle farm where you can forage for local fruits and nuts all while enjoying the company of their incredible animal family. Bianca the hen is incredibly sweet and loves fruit salad. Kalamani is shy in well-behaved dog who lives her best life exploring the forest. She was a rescue and so it is a joy to see her in a place where she can be happy. And then there's Kiki who stole my heart and who I wish that I could have stole away with me back home and my suitcase. Kiki loves playing - I forest bathed with her everyday as we went on a walk or played ball in a forest with views of the ocean. Some of my favorite memories are playing with Kiki on the beach and thinking her face of pure joy must belong to an enlightening being. ; ) Kiki is a cuddler and well-behaved. As a rescue she's still learning new situations but is a fast learner. I would love sitting here anytime! Pro tip for future sitters is to go to two step. We saw dolphins, an octopus, a reef shark, and a canopia of fish! Be sure and hit the Ranger LED program at the National Park which is done by the direct descendants of Hawaiian leaders. It's a true honor too here first hand cultural stories.
This was an opportunity for me to be in the mountains and snow, and hang out with some felines. And yup, totally worth the trip! Sergio and Charlotte were very welcoming and, being older kitties, super mellow. Charlotte really took to me on the last day and I think was kinda sad to see me go;) The apartment is in a (no smoking, no dogs) community in a small town between Boulder and Longmont. Due to rental cars being unavailable over the holiday weekend, I ended up taking the bus around, which was totally convenient (15min walk from apartment) and inexpensive ($6/day...). Sleeping was very comfortable in the loft area, and because it was soooo quiet:) Instructions were very detailed and communication with Orin great. Totally recommend them as a sit!!
It was an amazing experience. Twix is very beautiful and playful, she likes very much to run in the field but she will always come back to you as long as you welcome her with a biscuit (she will ask for it). Gordon is very special, even though I don't speak English very well because I am studying it, Gordon was very patient, he taught me and help me to improve the language. The family and neighbours were also very special to me, Gordon's dad took me once to the centre (the house is far from the centre, you will need a car) and he is also very kind and gentlemanly. In the moments I shared with them, they made me feel like family, they gave me the opportunity to prepare typical food from my country, and also try typical food from Scotland. The house is like being in a 5 star hotel, it is very beautiful and has all the comforts to be calm and happy. You are very lucky if you have the possibility to take care of Trix. I would come back many times. :)
I had a wonderfully relaxing time at Svenja’s place in the company of Monty. Svenja’s very clean, neat and bright home is tucked away in a beautiful green suburb which is easily accessible by public transport and walking distance to supermarkets. Svenja went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for me to enjoy my stay, and Monty was a pleasure.
We had 4 nights looking after lovely Vinny and enjoying Chorlton. The house and area are really nice, with Chorlton feeling like a lively, cosmopolitan village yet with easy access to the city centre via bus or tram. There are lots of great eating options locally. The house is surrounded by walks, and Mac took us for a walk with Vinny when we arrived to show us the area and talk us through Vinny's routines. Vinny is an excellent walker and gets excited for his walks. He has some classic greyhound teeth action, such as adorable chattering when he's happy. We really fell for him and would happily return. Chris and Mac were great hosts and we kept in contact throughout.

So thankful this company exists! I met my husband at a dog park so when we decided to get married, it was super important that we included our dogs in the ceremony. I didn’t want to burden a wedding guest with the task of handling our pups but finding a third party to care for them during our wedding was proving to be tough. That is when I found Nancy at Furs Responders! I literally called her 2 weeks before our wedding and she was happy to help! She showed up early to get acquainted with our pups and stayed with them for a full 2 hours to walk them down the aisle, hold onto them for pictures, and feed them and walk them. They do a great job at exercising and socializing my GSD (Bishop). Bishop loves them and he always excited to go for walks/play with them when they come. Whenever I'm away from work, I know I can depend on them to take care of Bishop. This includes exercising, hydrating, and feeding him. They also gave me tips and a recommendation to a affordable and great obedience training program for Bishop. I'm glad they were able to help with Bishop. They are great people and I'm glad they are able to help with Bishop. They also take great pics of Bishop as well.
I’ve never used a pet sitting service before but Fur Responders made it easy! It didn’t take long to schedule service, Nancy was quick to respond! She did a great job looking after my cat & took the time to socialize with her. During the holiday, she went above and beyond when the freezing weather made it difficult to get in my house. I loved the updates and photos I got, it was excellent personalized service. I’ll be using Fur Responders in the future!
Nancy was so kind and flexible. Nancy came and met my 60lbs Aussiedoodle 2 weeks before my wedding. That way my dog would remember her better than if it was a month before the wedding. She drove him 1-hour to the venue, walked him down the aisle, and kept him for an hour and half for pictures and cocktail hour. When the reception started, she put him back in her jeep and drove him the hour back home. She was kind enough to walk him around the neighborhood, lock up the house, and make sure he had food and water. Money well spent! Would highly recommend.

Scott and Nancy are the best!!! They are friendly, easy to communicate/work with and flexible with my odd hours, since I do shift work. My Daisy loves when they come by for walks and potty breaks. Fetch is a fantastic woman-owned company! We have been using them for many years. Theresa, the owner, has always been great to work with (especially during the pandemic), super professional! She hires a great team - the customer experience rep Jessica is always super helpful when I have questions or need to reschedule. Highly recommend working with this team. Also, they have a user friendly app which I get regular updates and pictures for all the walks in real time. I really enjoy getting pictures of my fur babies during my workday!!
Katy at Fetch did an amazing job watching our 2 kitties while we were out of town for 5 days! It was our first time away from the boys, so it was so great to get multiple updates and photos everyday while we were gone. Fetch! Pet Care is truly an amazing company. They are a woman-owned small business and Michelle, the Client Care Supervisor, is super responsive. She helped me navigate the portal when I was having trouble with scheduling, and was very kind when there were last minute changes to trip schedules. They also schedule a google meet session prior to the trip to personally meet the pet sitter taking care of your furry family member. Stacy was so kind and I loved receiving the updates and photos of our four-legged family every day- it made our trip that much better knowing they were in good hands and were enjoying themselves while we were away. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Aunty Ashley’s - Jodi, Kathleen, and Amy were nothing short of amazing! I hired them to walk my 15 month old pug 3 times a day while on my first vacation away from him. From the first phone call Jodi was so friendly and answered any and all questions I had and was even able to give me advice on how many visits were recommended for my dog. They came to my apartment to meet my dog, Potato, a couple of weeks before I left and instantly noticed and appreciated how patient they were with him. He takes a few minutes to relax and get comfortable with new people and by the end of the introductory visit I could tell he was going to be in great hands. They were extremely communicative and responded quickly any time I reached out. I got detailed updates and loads of pictures during every visit putting my mind at ease while away. My dog is very high energy so I asked for them to walk him, take him to the dog park on site at our apartment complex, and play with his toys with him so while alone he would be sleepy and they did just that. Any time they had a question they reached out and that made me feel great knowing they really cared that he was taken care of just the way his normal routine is when I’m home. When looking up dog sitting options I loved that Aunty Ashley’s used multiple sitters instead of just one that way I knew in the event one couldn’t make it they had a back up plan. All 3 sitters were in a consistent rotation so my dog felt comfortable with all 3. Their pricing was definitely reasonable to other sitters in the area which was a great selling point for me. You are able to tailor the schedule to exactly what you are looking for - however many times a day you need and they have multiple options for how long each visit lasts. I really appreciate the no-hassle scheduling/booking system - you just log in to your account and select the calendar dates! Their communication can work through the portal or directly through your email, making it super easy to check in when you're travelling! A part of their service is to send daily photos in their visit summary, which has really eased my anxiety. Our sitter, Lisa, has really built a trusting relationship with our pets and I never worry knowing she's got our back! They are incredibly responsive, conduct free "introduction" meetings, for the sitter to meet your pets and do a walk-through of their care routine, and regularly send company updates and deals! Our previous cat sitter wasn’t able to help us any longer so I searched and searched until I found Reining Cats & Dogs. I am so glad I did. Our cat is shy and Cynthia has been wonderful with him each time she has come. She gives him excellent care, attention and the space he needs. She always sends pictures and notes of each visit. It’s a relief to know he is in such good hands while we are away.
I have been using Reigning Cats & Dogs since 2019, and they do an amazing job. Meghan takes such good care of my cats, always gives the furbabies lots of attention, gives me daily updates with pictures, and goes the extra mile by bringing in my mail and watering my herbs during the summer months. When my one cat needed medication, she handled that, too. The app for scheduling, paying, and receiving updates is so easy to use, and all interactions I've had with the staff over the past 5 years have been great. I would give this service 6 stars if Google let me. I trust them to take care of everything in a professional and caring manner. Highly recommend!
For the last two years, I have been bringing my dog, Summer, here whenever I travel. Since my dog was abandoned before I got her, she was nervous and scared of other dogs. But the owner was very calm and made sure to ease Summer into the new environment. The owner very obviously loves dogs and cares about their well being. I was so happy when I would receive periodic videos during her visit of her playing with the other dogs! Ever since that first visit, whenever I bring Summer here, she seems very happy and relaxed and that makes me feel confident that she will have a great stay until I get back. Five stars all the way!!!
Daycare with Daisy is the best thing I have found for taking care of my boy Bob Barker. She is always accommodating of my hours needed and Bob is always wagging his tail when we pull in, excited to see her and all the other dogs at this fabulous place! Best in the business!
We are so happy with the care and attention our pup got during her stay. Our dog, Ziva, has some special eating needs, and Cage Free Doggy Hotel was able to cater those. We got frequent updates, which made us feel at ease while on vacation. Ziva is excited for her next stay!

This place is a true gem, and I am so thankful my friend found this place. I had an emergency trip out of town and they were more than accommodating allowing me to drop off last minute and pick up at 11pm. Very flexible and not only that crate free, with personnel caring for dogs 24/7, updates frequently too. When I came for meet and greet I was so impressed with the owners knowledge and handling skills with dog behavior, she’s a true leader keeping all dogs calm and listening to her every command. This is not your brick and mortar company, and I thought boarding prices would be a lot higher but they are very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone in need of boarding services from a real professional!
Wouldn’t want to board my pets anywhere else. My dogs love going to her anytime we travel. The walker always makes sure to update me with tons of pics and videos as well. We highly recommend bringing your fur baby here for play dates, overnight care, and grooming! The staff is attentive and send frequent updates and pictures. The facilities are very clean and there’s an outdoor area for playtime. I know that Lucy is in great hands while away!
We love Fido Fido in Alpharetta!!! Our girl has been going there since the Nesbit Ferry location opened. We tried another daycare before (I wanted her to learn to swim) and she wouldn’t get out of the car after a few days. She speeds to the door of Fido Fido. She can’t wait to see her friends (human and dog). Marea and the rest of the staff have been amazing with her.
Our dog is an Australian shepherd with high energy and sociability and loves loves loves when he gets to come for daycare. He’s there two days a week every week because he loves it so much.

Initially I was very nervous about leaving my pets for so long! I had never been away from them for that period of time. Before the stay they require a temperament check for one hour. Upon my return to drop them off they were hesitant about going back. One dog is very grouchy lol and they were very patient with him. The other dog is very playful and hyper and they were patient with him as well! The young ladies sho worked there were all so kind and inviting which helped me cope with leaving them alone for 4 whole days! I would definitely send my pets back! The center was very cleaned and smelled very good! Really appreciated the care they showed my pets and myself!
We've been using Fido Fido on Nesbit Ferry Road for doggie daycare and boarding since the beginning of the year. I've always been really pleased and have recommended them to several neighbors. Unfortunately, I just had a horrible experience there. My 5-year old golden doodle recently stayed there for a week. Upon arriving to pick up the dog, we were greeted by the manager who informed us that my dog had been very destructive during his stay and we were being assessed property damages. Despite having stayed at this facility before without incident, my dog was clearly suffering from anxiety. He chewed the frame of the suite he was staying in. At no point during the week did they call me to alert me of his behavior and attempt to problem solve. They moved him from the suite to a crate. I had specifically asked that he not be crated which is why I paid for the suite. He has never done well in a crate and has a history of busting himself out. I spoke to them at length about this and put it on our paperwork. He busted out of the crate which is no surprise given his history. Their expectation is that I'm responsible for an $800 crate that I told them from the beginning he couldn't be in. I asked the manager why I was not called. My dog is known to them. He's been there before. He's had a temperament test and has a file with notes on his previous visits. They should have been able to recognize that this was not usual behavior for my dog and called me. The manager just said he had been going between their properties in metro Atlanta (which I guess means he was busy or not paying attention). I'm very upset that my dog was in distress for an entire week. I could have had a neighbor there in five minutes to pick him up. I could have called the vet and gotten some anti-anxiety medications to help him through the week. While they met me at the door with an itemized list of the damages no one bothered to take stock of my poor dog. His nose is rubbed raw and scabbed over. There are lacerations in his mouth from chewing on the wood frame. Two of his four paw are bloody. He spent all day yesterday cowering. We negotiated the damages down to $150. Still I am utterly disgusted by Fido Fido's neglect and inability to handle this situation before it got out of hand. If they would have let me know what was going on, I could have prevented damage to their facility and my dog.
Unfortunately we are discontinuing taking our pup to fido fido for daycare. First, they have now done away with their “everyday play care” at $29/a day (for 10 day pack) and their only option is “Elite playcare” at $45/day. Their reasoning is for smaller play groups and to be able to introduce toys and give the dogs more individual attention. If that’s the case, why does my dog come home smelling like urine each time? I even messaged them about it in their app and never heard back. When we mentioned it again on his last day there, they rushed back to spray him with a perfume or douse him in baby powder or something. It makes me wonder what’s actually going on back there in those play rooms, especially when there are no webcams like some other daycares offer. I’m sad to have to write this review because the staff is kind and I’ve never had problems with that piece, but with many other competitors in the area we will being going elsewhere.
OMG, we love Fido Fido! We have been taking our German Shepherd pup (now 19 months old) since August of 2020, when Fido Fido Alpharetta first opened. Ours was a pandemic pup, so socialization was an issue. We started her off at at a different daycare. After two days, she refused to get out of the car. At Fido Fido, she can't wait to get inside. Fido Fido does a great job of matching dogs who play well together. We take our female German Shepherd to Fido Fido 3-4 times a week. Our pup has a sensitive stomach so is on some medication. We recently boarded her overnight at Fido Fido. Although we had printed out instructions, Fido Fido copied everything down for the staff to make sure she had the right medication. Voila! Perfect! Fido Fido has been a life-saver for us. Granted, our dog has been crate-trained from early puppy-hood and loved from day one, so she's adapted well to Fido Fido. Yet so many of the dogs at Fido Fido are rescue dogs, geriatric, special needs, special meds and from what I've seen, all of them have special instructions as to their care -posted for all of the staff to see. Fido Fido even took our pup when she went through her first heat, isolated her, and changed her "diapers." Can't say enough good things about Fido Fido!!!
We have been using Fido since we have lived in Alpharetta. We absolutely love this place due to the living room and our older dog being so old that he has a hard time with stairs and the type of floor they have in the main rooms. It was $100 for one dog to stay in the suite and then $10 for an extra dog. With this we decided to get another dog since it didn’t cost too much extra to board him and we travel often. Recently without being told, they increased the rate to $110 for one dog and $35 for an extra dog. We are now looking into other Doggie daycares locally that are better priced. I understand inflation… but for our dogs? Very unfortunate because we really enjoyed the employees and could tell they loved our pups. 5 stars to staff 1 star for owner.
This is the only place I'll take my dog. We've tried several others closer to me, and Fido Fido is literally the only place I've tried where I feel like he is safe, loved, and very well cared for. We've been going here for several months now and I am so impressed with how personal an environment it is. The dogs are in small groups so mine is thoroughly engaged but not overwhelmed like the places that put all the dogs in one big room. And, well, my dog Leo is really who you need to listen to...he is over the moon happy to arrive and puts on his emergency brakes in the parking lot because he doesn't want to go. Maria, the owner, is herself there often and it's apparent this isn't just a business for her. And Taylor...Leo goes crazy when he sees her!
Ruff house dog resort is great. A hidden gem in Milton. My puppy loves going to the daycare. She gets in my car every morning ready to go to the daycare. Everyone at Ruff are super nice and always have a friendly smile. I feel safe that my puppy is well cared for.. 😀 I would definitely recommend to everyone. …
Our lab looks forward to her boarding! The staff sends us pics and comments almost daily. This is the best experience you can have for your furry loved ones! Her baths make her so happy.
Sumo loves RuffHouse! He is excited to go and enjoy time with his friends! RuffHouse also has an amazing training program. Caitlyn was upfront about his needs and extremely patience with his mannerisms. She kept us up to date and helped him so much! We are very grateful!
I recently (about a week and a half) had my puppy board and trained here. Her manners are so much better. If there is any issue it is because I don't have the right skills. I would have liked a follow up call or text to see if I have questions about training. The groomer is fantastic and Birdie was so beautiful when I picked her up. I came here based on website and reviews.
Our pup Roger seems to love Ruff house for daycare and overnight stays! He runs in with his tail wagging. The Ruff house team is nice, accommodating and sends us photo updates during his stay. We love that he gets to play all day and it’s always nice having somewhere we trust with our pup when we are out of town.
Ruff house is simply the best! My pups love boarding and playing with their friends! They send us the absolute cutest pictures of our pups playing while we are away and we love seeing them have fun, especially on the slide! We have also put our two goldens in their board/train program and loved how well behaved they were coming home.
Love Ruff House! Scheduling with Grace cannot be easier! Entire staff is accommodating and sweet to my pups. They are able to handle the special needs of these dogs!
My Daisy May had a fun filled play vacation while we were away. We received photos of her romping with the other dogs in the outdoors every day which gave us comfort that she was happy and doing what dogs love to do -play!
We brought our 2 dogs to Ruff House (our first visit) to be kept while visiting my brother in Woodstock for Thanksgiving. Our one dog had just had his cataracts removed and required strict dosing of eye drops to prevent pressure issues. We gave specific instructions regarding the daily dosing to both the manager and staff. They assured us they were on top of it. We ended our visit, picked up our dogs, and came home. Imagine our surprise when we tried to give our dog his eye drops only to find that the dropper bottle had never been used due to a manufacturer issue that did not create a hole for drops to come out! We had to use a straight pin to create an opening. We never got a call about this from Ruff House. I contacted the manager of Ruff House about this and let her know there was no way any eye drops were given for the 3 1/2 day stay because there was no hole to get the drops through. Imagine our surprise when we not only did not get an apology, but each staff member who the manager said she spoke with lied about having given drops when it would have been impossible to give them. You can visually see the drop go in the eyes, which never happened due to the bottle defect. I've been to other boarders with our dogs and they were treated as we instructed. We are not unreasonable. These folks could not even take responsibility for their own mistake. I saw other boarding kennels in the Milton/Woodstock area. I wish I had used one of the others instead. I would not recommend this business; I care about my dogs.
Having to leave our two precious Labradors is difficult; however, knowing the loving care they received, seeing the pictures of them playing and having fun, made our day. We would highly recommend the Ruff House to anyone who wants to make sure their fur babies get the best care ever!
I’ve been bringing my dog to Dogtopia for almost 2 years now. The care and customer service we have received has been exceptional. My little dog is so excited to go every time! She loves the other dogs, but mostly she loves the coaches who just make her feel so loved and so welcome. The best part is, I have peace of mind! I am able to go to work each day feeling relieved that my baby is in such caring hands. Highly recommend!!!
My dog River has been going to Dogtopia coming up on a year now and she is always very excited to go. She loves being around other dogs and gets so much of her energy out that when she comes home at the end of the day she is wiped out. River can be afraid of new people and surrounding, and the staff are always so gentle and patient with her (even at the end of the day during pick up when she’s running away from them because she wants to stay and play). Because of her scared tendencies, I was worried about boarding her but I’ve done it several times now with Dogtopia and she’s always had a blast. I also love the activities they do every week, the photo attached is Rivers yearbook photo! Definitely recommend Dogtopia of Roswell as a place to bring your dog for both daycare and boarding stays.
Our little girl LOVES going to Dogtopia! She loses her mind with excitement. The trainers are wonderful there. We tried another daycare in the past and our girl dreaded it. I would watch her on the webcam at the other daycare and she would wander around with her tail down looking sad and scared. But now that she attends Dogtopia when I see her on the webcam she looks so happy as she plays with the other pups and interacts with the trainers. It makes my heart happy to see her living her best life.
Dogtopia of Roswell is incredible. I have a dog that needs “special” attention and they love having him. Nya, Brandon, Shelbie, and Logan look after my pup like it’s theirs. As a single pup owner who needs help from time to time, I could not be more grateful for their loving and compassionate care of Myles. I always know he is in good hands when I drop him off. A 5 star review doesn’t do that crew justice; They are just good hearted people and you can’t ask for more than that.
Our pup Charlie LOVES Dogtopia. The trainers take great care of her and she enjoys playing so much, she comes home exhausted. The trainers are wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better doggy daycare.
Since my dogs have started going they have been happier and more relaxed at home. I have also found that they are becoming better socialized around other dogs as well. The staff is caring and attentive. I would recommend if for no other reason than they are just so welcoming of your fur baby. Also when I have needed it they have been able to board my girls with little notice if I was caught up in Atlanta traffic and just couldn't get to my babies before close or when they kept my girls over a weekend when my ac went out. They have been a life saver for me and an exciting experience for my girls.
From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care and love for each dog in their care! We have used both boarding and daycare and wouldn't look anywhere else for our pup. As soon as we turn into the parking lot, he starts howling and rushes out of the car without looking back to say bye; needless to say, he too, loves his stays at Dogtopia! We would definitely recommend to anyone in need of boarding or daycare services!
Dogtopia is such a life saver! I rely on them so much. My puppy gets some quality play time with all her friends there and their hours are so convenient for me to drop her off and pick her up during weekdays. I also used Dogtopia for boarding when I am out of town. Their service is the best. You also get to add on services such as nail trimming while your dog is there. Camera footage is provided live to owners throughout the day. My puppy gets so excited whenever she gets dropped off. Definitely recommend to all dog owners!

We LOVE them. I was only planning on bringing my puppy Ghost every couple of months so he could socialize, but the staff is so sweet and he had so much fun that I’m gonna try and come as often as we can. We’ll board with them too whenever possible! It’s comparable to Rover prices but he is supervised when with other dogs the whole time and he gets to play all day. Highly recommend Dogtopia of Roswell!
