What can we say?? Laura and Brian’s home is lovely, comfortable, and has everything you’ll need! And more, the setting is absolutely gorgeous — nestled on a hillside with trees all around, and a view of the ferry boats coming and going in the harbor below. Just a quick walk up the driveway, and suddenly you’re only three blocks from the charming little downtown of Edmonds. Lots of great places to eat, fun shops, and even a beautiful beach where you can sit and watch the water. The weather in July was such a relief — cool, but sunny and beautiful. Last but certainly not least, Ninja. This funny little fluff is just adorable! She was a little wary of us for a day or two, but once she decided we were okay, she was just happy to be in the same room, napping on her perch, or on a windowsill. If you sit on the couch, she might attempt a lap sit, but only if you have a computer you’re trying to work on… of course. Every idea must be her own, in true cat fashion. She was easy to get along with and to care for. Thank you so much Laura and Brian for sharing your home with us! We’d come back and sit for you again in a heartbeat!
