Once again, Todd and Janis were wonderful sitters. They were easy to communicate with, sent adorable photos, and took great care of our home.

This is the second time Stacy and Dan have cared for our pack, and we could not be happier. Great communicators with exemplary attention to detail. The house was immaculate as if no one had been there for the week we were gone. Most importantly, thanks to Stacy and Dan, our animals were completely stress-free, giving us peace of mind during our absence. Special thanks for the treats left for us

Vincent took very good care of Lucy and left the house tidy. Unfortunately we had some issues with the app and weren’t able to schedule a pre-meeting, which would have been extremely important since Lucy is a very scared dog and requires a bit of patience and trust building. Other than that his reports were detailed.

I was really hoping for a smooth experience with Duncan's pet care, and while Duncan seems like a nice person, there were several issues when I returned home that I feel need to be addressed. First, I explicitly stated that I did not want guests in my home, but my neighbor—who, while being a bit nosey, is generally helpful—mentioned that Duncan had someone over without my knowledge. This was quite concerning, as respecting my home and rules is important to me. Secondly, the cleanliness of the kitchen was not up to par. When I returned, I found sticky substances on the counters, around the sink, and residue left on the stove. Additionally, two pots stored in the cabinet were stained with what appeared to be the same food residue that was on the stove – one was my cast iron skillet. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when providing care, and this left me disappointed. The most disturbing issue, however, was the handling of the litter box. I had to throw away my broom and dustpan because they had been used to clean up cat waste that didn’t make it into the LitterBot because it was stuck in a cycle. It was clear that one of my cats was forced to relieve themselves outside of the litter box, and the way this was dealt with was unacceptable. Finally, Duncan notified me of a broken doorknob, which I had to report to maintenance. I later found out that it appeared to have been pulled off rather than being worn down by normal use as I assumed when I received the text. While I’m not sure how this happened, it was just another frustrating issue on top of everything else. I'm generally not picky and try to be understanding, but these problems left me disappointed with the care provided. I hope Duncan takes this feedback constructively and improves these areas for future clients.

This is Tammy’s second time here . The house is so neat and clean when we get home/ cleaner than when we left . Piper and Willow are hoping she comes back again !

Sylvia was an A+ cat and and house sitter. She took care of Iris so well and gave me daily updates. The house was very clean when I got back and the cat was exactly as if I’d never left. I highly recommend Sylvia for any sit and would welcome her back with open arms. Thank you, Sylvia!

I enjoyed Timothy’s demeanor and his love of pets is obvious! Lulu (who is usually harder to win over for men) immediately took to him. He did ensure that her walk schedule was adhered, so I appreciate that. He took good care of my home, but I found a sticky substance and remnants of something that was made in my air fryer (unfortunately two days after my return, so it took some scrubbing). I think he just forgot about it as he tried to tidy up on the last day. And I found a pool of water in the tray of my espresso machine that began leaking under it and along the counter. Which may have just been the result of some trial and error using it. None of those things were overly irksome. But they are the reasons for the clean & tidy rating. A good checklist for your end of sit expectations would help if you’re a stickler for things being thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I was quite happy because nothing major was out of whack, so this sit was a good 4/5 for me. And Lulu was HAPPY and healthy when I returned! And that’s always my number one priority.

Being new to zeewoi we were a bit unsure about how this whole process would work for us. We were so grateful when we met Garrett via zoom, and Marley in person, and immediately felt they were going to be a great match for both us and our dog Oliver. They were very respectful of our house, took wonderful care of plants, picked up the mail, and left the house in great shape. They were in contact during our trip with pictures of Oliver, sharing with us how he was doing and seemed to be enjoying their experience as well. Garrett and Marley left us a very kind note expressing how they had grown attached to Oliver. Two days later they followed up with a phone call to check that we got home OK and wanted to know how Oliver was doing with the transition. We needed to change a return date, which meant Marley and Garrett had to alter their plans slightly. They were understanding and flexible, and made things work for us. Even though we have no other sitters to compare to Marley and Garrett, we feel that we were really lucky this first time around. I highly recommend Marley and Garrett without hesitation. We hope to be able to use them again in the future.

Nina has been an amazing sitter for our kitty, we’ve invited her to come watch our cat multiple times ☺️She always leaves super creative check in messages that make us smile while we’re away and is willing to go above and beyond the pet-sitting to make sure our minds are at ease. Our baby is always well taken care of and the house is just as we left it when we return. Thank you, Nina, we always love having you!!

Alyssa was an amazing house sitter who took excellent care of my 4 furry kids. She kept in contact everyday and ensured I arrived home safely in case other plans needed to be made if my flight was late. Highly recommend Alyssa!
