I researched so many sitters in the area it was crazy, and ended up meeting with and interviewing a few. Mallory's vibe immediately struck me as perfect for my new puppy, and my gut was dead on. She has come to my home and watched him while I was at work, and also had him over for extended play time with Kona (her dog). It has been fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I would not let just anyone take care of my boy so I could be away – I am very selective and consider this an important decision. Thank you, Pendleton Pet Care, for taking such good care of our puppy! I was a bit apprehensive to leave our 4 month old puppy with total strangers but by the time I dropped her off, I felt very confident that she was going to be well taken care of! I’m pretty sure she had the time of her life! It was also reassuring to get text messages with pictures throughout the evening showing us that she had settled in just fine (as well as a good morning text!). If we are ever in the area again and looking for pet care, Pendleton Pet Care will be our first call!

Pendleton Pet Care takes away all the stress about leaving your pet!! I found out about them right before I had to travel 4 weeks back to back. They sent me pictures and updates the entire time I was away. When I came home my dog was happy, healthy, and showed no signs of anxiety! They really love your pet like you do! Mimi and Marshmallow had a ball at Pendleton Pet Care during the week that I was away on vacation. Mallory and her own dogs were welcoming and loving! I loved that we were able to visit ahead of time and meet their doggy family, too. I always felt that my little dogs were safe and taken care of while they were in Mallory's and Melanie's more than capable hands. I know where my dogs will be staying from now on while I'm out of town.

I can't say enough good things about Pendleton Pet Care. I have complete peace of mind when I'm away from home knowing that my cats are well-cared for. While stopping by to feed my cats, they spend time with them to give them some attention while I'm away. They're quick to respond to texts should I reach out. They're not only pet owners themselves, but true pet lovers! I appreciate their caring for my cats like their own.

They are awesome! So professional and they love your pet likes its their own! Have been using them for about 7 months, more than a dozen times when we are out of town. Never had an issue, they send you a pic of your pet when they check on them. I have a cat that needs just a little extra attention because she misses us, sitter comes through with flying colors, providing us with peace mind. Bonus perk is someone taking in your mail and checking on your house when you're gone. Highly recommend!

Mallory/Pendleton Pet Care took amazing care of my special needs Sandy cat. She required medicine, clean up, and extra attention. Very trusting and reliable! Mallory, Melanie and their team do home visits daily in addition to watching my menagerie when I travel. I have a combo of dogs, cats and chickens, and it isn’t easy. Despite the hard work, they do an incredible job of ensuring that everyone gets well cared for including medications and sometimes dog park visits. I trust them completely and know that my fur and feathered kids are always in excellent hands.

We have used calling all dogs and cats a couple times and are becoming big fans! They are Very professional, caring, trustworthy, patient, and organized. Our cat isn’t good with strangers but they are willing to work with her. We love the daily updates and pictures we get by email and also on the App. We also love their App and it is easy to navigate. Would highly recommend them!

Our two Springerdoodles absolutely love when Russ and the Team come over. We know they are well taken care of, especially with longer trips and overnight stays. We started using Calling All Dogs & Cats (Pinellas County) earlier last year and have been amazed by the professionalism, dedication, attentiveness, and level of service we've received. We have 3 cats and a dog and all have been well looked after while we are out of town. The sitters always post photos and write updates for each visit and I am notified via email when updates are added. We have a great sense of peace and relief with Calling All Dogs & Cats. Scheduling is easy; if I need to modify our schedule, changes are handled promptly and accurately. We will keep using them for all our trips!

Calling all dogs and cats have been so professional and easy to work with. Scheduling dog walks is easy on their online portal. And, they leave a daily comment and picture about how my dogs acted. I have one very shy dog and the staff have been so kind and patient with her. I would definitely recommend this company for dog walking services.

We started using Calling All Dogs and Cats about 4 months ago when our pet sitter of 5 years moved out of state. We have been so happy with them! Our sitter even came out during tropical storm Debby to take care of our cats. She sends such great pictures and recaps, we are so glad we picked them!

Great service! So happy to have found them. Seamless experience in the app from booking to receiving updates and pictures from pet visits. You get assigned a pet sitter, which is nice so your pet can get used to the same person. But I love that there’s a team so if someone gets sick or has an emergency your pet is still taken care of. Have never had something like that happen, but it gives me peace of mind. Can be at ease when I go away knowing my cat is in good hands. Highly recommend.

This is the best pet service I have used. They are reliable, and very professional. I had to cancel my last appointment, due to hurricane evacuations. They were very understanding and offered a few alternatives . I would absolutely recommend them .

To All Pet Owners, my husband and I have over 3 decades of owning dogs, dogs, birds, dogs, dogs, birds, and dogs, dogs, dogs. At this time in our lives, we have no family to sit with our dogs when needed, nor neighborhood friends who can take them in their homes. We have relied on boarding at our Vets, but always preferred to have our dogs remain in our home. We tried that too, and just did not work out - people not being with our dogs when they said they would, charging us when not here (found on video camera), and more unsatisfactory experiences. Still, we searched on, committed to find "the right and best place" for our new dogs: puppy Ogden, with us now for 4 mos, and 8 yo adopted Molly, with us now for 5 months and immediately loved Ogden as her own. They are both happy, healthy and loving life with us - we had to find a loving home that would care for them as we do. And we found them: Jen McKay's Nuts About Mutts!!! We found her business card in our neighborhood park where we walk and run our dogs and my husband saved them, and made the call the day before our trip, for which we were planning boarding at our Vets when I just was so worried to leave them because they would have to board longer than needed, but also caging them up. We called Jen at 8am and by 11am we were at her beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and pet-safe home for us and our bassets to meet her and see her home. We made the decision then to have our Ogden and Molly stay with her the next day for the duration of our trip with Jen's newly adopted 8 yo Nala, and another pup - Magnolia - 3 girls with our boy Ogden. Jen's intake process was refreshing - crossing all the "T's" and dotting all the "i's" for assuring their seamless care in her family home. Ogden sniff out toys, toys, toys, while Molly sniffed out food and treats. Jen provided such a welcoming and comforting home environment that was fully set up for a safe and secure temporary home for mutts! It was obvious from the start how much Jen loves pets and to have them in her family home from the toys, safe chews, bedding, room to roam-run-play inside and outside, and places to rest and sleep. While Molly is not one to sleep in bed with us, Ogden does. And Ogden slept in bed with her. Jen updated us throughout the days and evenings and sent pictures. We are 200% happy with her care of our new family and know that Jen McKay is the pet sitter that we have been searching for all these years - to be able to leave our pups with her and have full confidence in her care for them is the desire we all have and share in common - to know they will be in a loving environment and will have loving hands on them until our return. Jen was fully accessible to us, to drop off and pick up - even into the night. If she had to evacuate while we were gone overseas, across the country, our dogs would be with her - that is the confidence she provides to pet owners. We have promised Ogden and Molly that Jen's home will be their second home in St. Pete FL - for short and long stays and day care to play with others and have more friends. Jen is awesome! She stayed at our house with our dogs for 4 nights. She sent us updates and lots of great pictures. The pups were clearly having a great time with her. She asked about their quirks, behavior, medications, favorite toys & behaviors so they could be at ease with her. We felt very comfortable with her in our home. She even watered the plants & brought in the mail. Highly recommend Jen for your pups happiness while you’re away.

Finding Jen and her Nuts about Mutts pet sitting service was a blessing in disguise! The daily updates, pictures, and videos helped put our minds and hearts at ease when we traveled without our new rescue pup. Jen was wonderful! My pet sitter cancelled last minute before my trip and Jen luckily had a cancellation. She had me and my dog, Emma, come for a visit prior to her stay, so that we (my dog and I) would both feel more confident. She really cares about her boarders and this helped me feel more at ease that Emma was in good hands. I loved getting the daily photos and updates! Jen is wonderful, we are so glad to have found her! Our dogs are our babies, so we’re *very* particular when it comes to our dogs. Additionally, one of our dogs can be reactive with other dogs & has a few health issues that require daily meds (and a watchful eye). Having read other reviews I was hopeful Jen would be a good fit for our needs. The meet + greet went so well and relieved my concerns. Jen is thorough, experienced and serious about everyone’s safety and happiness. Fast forward to our trip, she honored our preference of daily updates with pics of happy dogs in a cozy home. We were shocked to see our “reactive” dog hanging happily with the crew a few days into their stay. You can tell she truly loves all the fur babies that come into her home. The boys are thankful for their new Aunt Jen!

Jen is the best! Our dog, Luke, can be shy with strangers, but he fell in love with her right away when she came over to meet him before the pet sitting even began. It was our first time leaving him with a sitter, and we were nervous because he isn’t the easiest dog, but felt so much better after meeting Jen and seeing how he took to her. Jen gave him all the love he would have gotten if we were home with him, and kept us feeling confident with regular updates and pictures of our boy having a great time. It allowed us to have such a relaxed trip knowing Luke was well taken care of. We’ll be using her again.

Jen was amazing! We had to make last minute arrangements for someone to take care of our very big fur kid and Jen was incredible. She was quick to respond and was very on top of things. Alena & the team at Marina District Pet Care have been our go to dog sitter for a few years now and they are incredible! Our dog absolutely loves the team and they love him. They always make sure to keep us updated with photos while we’re gone so we know he is in good hands, and are always flexible to accommodate our dog sitting needs.

Alena and her team have been such a blessing. Our pug, Bruce, has spent many overnight stays with Alena and her team. He is always well taken care of and gets lots of exercise. We are always sad to be away from our Bruce, but are at peace knowing he is in the best of hands while we are apart!

Alena and her crew are the absolute best! Alena of course is wonderful, but she also hires some of the best help and our pups absolutely love them all. When we return home from a trip, we can tell our pups are not anxious or stressed but just happy to see us. If the pups have had a rough experience when we are gone, they tell us with a stressful type of reaction. We never see that! Alena is reliable, dependable, and most importantly loves dogs as much as the owners do. That becomes apparent immediately and is so important. Highly recommend!

I was notified by a friend to check out the reviews on Google for Marina District Pet Care because my name was used. After reading the review and response, I am upset. The Emily person that left the review was not me. Though, I did use this company briefly. My experience was great at first then went downhill fast. I found Marina District Pet Care are untruthful and not trusting, especially after looking at Google. I do not recommend but instead recommend looking into other dog walking/sitting companies. Hopefully the owner has made changes to improve.

Amazing experience my dog buddy loved it here he didn’t complain at all! Buddy loved his nail care experience. Didn’t bark once when I picked him up he wanted to hug the workers. I will definitely bring him back.

Alena is literally the most incompetent sitter I’ve ever met. She left our dogs alone for over 14 hours. Gets there at 9:14am. Left by 9:50am. It’s now 11:50pm. Claims she “lost her phone”. Okay….so that means you leave our living, breathing animals alone without food or water all day?! We had to contact someone else to watch them while we were out of town visiting my father for his birthday. DO NOT HIRE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. You will absolutely regret it.

When I injured my foot and couldn't walk my dog, I called All Dogs & Cats to help me out. From the meet and greet to the final appointment, everything ran smoothly. Maria was competent and experienced, and Jack enjoyed going out with her. He is a recent rescue with some behavioral issues and Maria handled him with no problem.

I HIGHLY recommend Calling All Dogs and Cats of SW Pinellas! I have two high-energy dogs that can be a bit anxious with new people, and was SO nervous to leave them for walks and overnights. The team at CADC has been so wonderful and our dogs absolutely love them! I particularly have to shout out Holly, who took absolutely AMAZING care of our girls while we were out of town and always takes such good care of them on walks. I know that the pups are in excellent hands with Holly, Amber, and Dorine, and they go above and beyond when providing notes, photos, and updates. We had a wonderful experience with CADC. We started off looking for a “doggy sleepover” in Central Pinellas (after meeting a very kind and professional CADC dog walker in our neighborhood) but when a provider that met our large dog’s criteria was not able to be found, we were transferred to Amber, the owner of CADC Southwest Pinellas. It all was so smooth and seamless and both owners were so helpful and professional. Our large, sweet yet stubborn, energetic labradoodle had a wonderful experience with Leydi and her family. They were so patient and kind, giving “Augie” a summer camp-like experience: lots of large backyard play and fetch and plenty of walks in the neighborhood. We loved the daily photos and updates. We could relax and enjoy our vacation! Thanks Leydi and family and Amber at CADC🐶🩶

Best pet sitting service we have ever used! Dorine does daily check in on our cats while we are away and I couldnt be happier with her services! She leaves a detailed note in the portal along with pictures and my cats are happy and healthy when we return home. She even made friends with our scaredy cat who is a little standoffish to strangers, this tells me she is a true animal person and that means a lot to me. I trust Dorine and CACD with my pets and Im so happy to have found them!

Bella received thee best care from the dog walkers while I was laid up for three weeks. They were punctual, playful and polite to my dog and I totally recommend them! and, they dressed her up on Easter ;-)

My boyfriend and I have used Calling All Dogs and Cats several times now. We were a bit nervous at first. Our dog has never stayed with anyone besides us and my parents when we’ve been out of town. She takes a bit to warm up to people and has a lot of quirk, so finding a good match to leave her with was a nerve racking thought. However, all the staff really took the time to listen and to get to know her through me and found us great people to leave her with! We especially love the daily journals we receive while we are away and all the love and attention she gets as well. We will continue to and look forward to working with Calling All Dogs and Cats!

Amber is the best! She is my dog whisperer. She has been doing my dogs nails for the past couple of months and my dog just loves her and barely notices the dremel tool anymore. And best yet, she comes to my home!

I’ve used the day care program, boarding, and grooming services many times and Daisy always can’t wait to go back. They know us both by name and are just as excited to see her! Trainers Dave and Rose are the best of the best and their training program is well worth the money. Best day care and boarding program in Tampa Bay!

Finn is a graduate of Happy Camper behavioral class, and he also spent two years in day camp until we retired. And he loved it. Today we had him groomed by Brittany, and we are extremely pleased with the results. We will be back in a couple of months when he will surely need another bath and haircut.

we have been coming to Happy Camper for almost 3 years old since our Bernie doodle was six months old. The staff is super friendly. It is wonderful to see a business that does not have a constant turnover in staff. Rose from the front desk is such a sweetheart. The activity calendar Ie absolutely historical. Best place in town for doggy daycare or boarding.

My dog Brodie has been coming to Happy Camper ever since he was old enough at 4 months old (he is now almost 2!). The staff is great and always friendly. Brodie runs inside every time we pull up, he loves it! He’s always so tired when he comes home from lots of playtime with his friends. We feel comfortable boarding Brodie at Happy Camper too, knowing that he is in good hands. When he sleeps over, we get daily photos of him that we always look forward to. When my husband and I moved to Tampa, we had to take him to a different camp because of the distance, but we noticed Brodie would not react the same, or run inside all excited like he does Happy Camper + he was also a bit standoffish with the staff. We were so glad we moved back to St Pete last year and Happy Camper is his daycare again!!

Both of our dogs have been going here for several years. Our older dog has been going here since she was a puppy, for about 5 years. Both dogs absolutely love it for the daycare as well as boarding. The staff is super friendly and amazing with the dogs. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a great place to send their fur babies. We have different temperaments for the two dogs, so if you're worried about placing them with appropriate play groups the are very aware of this and place dogs in appropriate play groups. The play groups are broken up by age of dog, size, and temperament. Also, love the birthday party packages and the pictures with Santa.

I was so happy we chose to board our dog at Happy Camper! This was the first time we were leaving him and for two weeks so I was very nervous. Happy Camper treated my dog like their own and he had so much fun! I got daily photo updates which really eased my nerves and I was able to see what he was doing! We could tell he was happy to be home but missed all the other dogs and fun activities he did every day. I will be bringing my dog back for daycare and any future boarding I might need!! It’s been 6 months now since my fur baby first started coming here. They have everything from daycare, boarding, grooming, AND training. Jax just graduated obedience school with trainer Dave… his new best friend. He’s definitely the dog whisperer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I also take Jax in for boarding and I get daily photos, videos, and updates with all the fun activities they set up for them. Truly a life saver, I constantly recommend them to anyone I know with dogs!!

I have taken my dog to a few daycares where she has slept over at. My pup has had terrible anxiety from them but never once has she acted anxious when staying at Happy Camper. I love the text updates that I get from them as well. It keeps my mind at ease. I know my little one has a lot of energy so I appreciate their patience! I plan to do a training class one day soon.

I moved here 2 years ago and needed somewhere to board my dog when I occasionally travel. The staff are great and sincerely care about my pup. That, with all of the photos and texts they send, really gives me peace of mind. We even take him for dog daycare just to socialize and get extra exercise. Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! We will definitely have Lauri watch our bunny again the next time time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Lauri!

I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.

Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️

My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. We would definitely recommend Lauri's Pet Sitting Services to anyone who wants a friendly and comfortable space for their pets to enjoy their time away. Laurie is an absolute Gem. She cared for Felix like he was her own. She agreed to watch him even though I did not have a pre arranged time scheduled. Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.

We've had great experiences working with Lauri of Lauri's Pet Sitting Service, using her to board our dog when we travel. She provides a safe and comfortable environment for the fur babies and cares for them as if they are her own. She even sends pictures of our baby while we are away so we can see how he's doing! We trust Lauri to care for our fur baby and highly recommend her services!

Took my mini goldendoodle here today for a grooming appointment and I absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and so welcoming. My dogs cut was exactly what I was hoping for. She looks so cute and smells so clean. Can't wait to come back here again!

Used to be right down the street - we moved almost 30 minutes away and refuse to stop taking our dog here for grooming. The owner is truly a dog person and treats our dog like it were her own. They are so good to our Padfoot and do a wonderful job. Won't go to anyone else

LOVE this groomer. My dog is 10 years old and very shy and is not the friendliest with other animals but my dog has had no issues coming here. She always comes out looking her best! Their prices are very reasonable and they’re always able to squeeze in my pup! Love their atmosphere, we drive 30 minutes just to come here to get her cleaned up. She’s in and out in about 2 hours or less. They’re awesome! Highly recommend to everyone looking for a great groomer!

The absolute best in the business! My fur baby Jingles loves Janine and Douge . They let her sleep in the bed with them , take her for walks and anything else she wants to do . I wouldn’t take her anywhere else .

Janine takes such wonderful care of both my little ones. I have one that is friends with everyone and plays great with her pups; my other is extremely anxious and stressed whenever we leave and she needs medication while we are away. A little nervous about leaving our puppy in a home other than ours for the first time. But Janine was attentive , caring and loving with our Dudley. Her texts and photos sure helped ease our minds while we were gone. I sure recommend her as she will do her best to meet your dogs needs . We will use her again .

We were in Gulfport for several days visiting family. We found Dog Days of Gulfport online and are so happy we did. Janine took great care of Lucia for the day. She was professional with a caring and personal touch. Janine sent us photos of Lucia and took her for walks. The setup of Janine’s house and yard are perfect for dogs—secure, clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Dog Days next time we are in Gulfport.

My baby, Rebel, had NEVER even spent one night away from home until we tried Janine & co. ! Rebel absolutely loved his stay and this nervous dog mama’s fears were put to rest with Janine’s frequent updates and photos! Before his first stay was over, I already booked another! Don’t normally write reviews but in this case, I had to make an exception. My dog Luna is like my child so the idea of dropping her off at one the boarding centers seems like dropping her off at jail. It used to make traveling a nightmare. Then I met Janine and Dog Days of Gulfport. It’s very clear from the first moment that you introduce your dog that she cares more about your dog that she does you. (That’s a good thing) Compared to some of the other “Dog Hotel” businesses that care about you and your money and not your dog. She tracks feeding times, walking, schedules, personality quirks, and when you come back to pick up, she will probably tell you something about your dog that you never noticed. It’s extremely reassuring knowing that she will take better care of your dog than you do. (And I pamper the shit out of my dog) Her duty of care is fantastic but something that genuinely impressed me was how flexible she is. I had something come up unexpectedly that required me be in another part of the country the following day. I called Janine and she changed her plans for the day so that she could meet me during a tight window of time on a Sunday.

Sasha is an angel! We met her randomly and I kept her card for over six months. During that time our older dog passed, and we had a seven-month-old puppy named Bhakti. A week before heading out of town for a work convention, our puppy surprised us by going into “heat”. We were stuck because no one would take her! I still had Sasha’s number in my wallet and I was able to connect with her. She was able to calm me, and more importantly “daddy” that our puppy would be in good hands. Sasha took amazing care of Bhakti while we were away and sent us lots of pictures and videos to show that all was good. For the past year, Sasha continues to take amazing care of Bhakti. I/we consider her part of our family. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a more personalized care experience for their dog.

Sasha has been taking care of my puppy frenchie since I got him. You can tell that he loves her and is comfortable with her. My work schedule is very busy and Sasha is always there to help, whether it be walks or overnights at her house. She even took him to the vet for me for an emergency allergy visit! I was so nervous at first to have someone else watch him, but she sends me photos and videos to make me feel more comfortable. Now I don't worry at all! She treats Tank as her own and I'm so grateful to have someone so loving and sweet watching my baby when I can't. :)

I am one of those crazy dog moms that leaves behind 4 pages of notes and instructions for anyone watching my pups while we are gone. When we met Sasha, we knew instantly that she would be an excellent caregiver for our furbabies. She asked a lot of really good questions and had us fill out a little info sheet for each dog. The first time she watched them, we got lots of real time pictures and videos- which we loved! Our dogs are always super excited when she walks in the door and we know they are in excellent hands when she is around. Cannot recommend her enough!

Sasha is amazing! She really understands dogs and has a passion for them. I have two pups she watches and one is an older dog who is very sensitive and has anxiety. Sasha does so great with her and my senior dog adores her. You can trust and rely on her with your pups!

You won't find a better person to trust your fur baby with! Sasha has been walking my cockapoo, Winnie, since she was 8 weeks old (she is quite the handful). I feel so comforted knowing she is looking out for my pup when I am not there! Fantastic service. We will be using Luxury Walks for all of our pet sitting needs. Sasha is a delight and very professional. She took extra steps to make sure our dog was loved and cared for while we were away. We have a large puppy 85lbs and Sasha took great care of him. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!

Whenever we leave town, Luxury Walks watches our french bulldog (Lola). The reason we continue to go back to Sasha is the personal nature of Lola's stay with her. She constantly updates you with photos and videos, but most of all it shows that our dog is being taken care of and not just "watched". Sasha is very attentive to any health issue, and will keep you apprised of everything that's going on. If you want your dog to be in a room or crate while you are out of town, Sasha/Luxury Walks is not the place for you. If you want piece of mind that your pet is being taken care of (and most times playing with other dogs as well) then you won't find better service.

We have known Sasha for years so when we got a puppy it was only natural we would ask Sasha to help out. She is trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. As an unexpected bonus we got photo shoot of our new pup that seemed to be professional :) You will not be disappointed with Luxury Walks!

Sasha has been incredible. I started using her when my mini goldendoodle was about 6 months old and she has been nothing but amazing for the past several months. She is incredibly responsive and loves all the dogs she cares for. My dog Kona adores her as well and gets so excited to see her every time she gets a walk. This is a true testament to her dedication and love for her job and the pups! Would highly recommend her services!!

We have used Bay Paws two times now for slightly extended stays. Both times went off without a hitch. Very accommodating staff and took very good care of our dog and cat for several days. Thanks guys!

I I was very glad to find a facility that offered a very clean space for my dog is reactive to other dogs. I did pay for one on one play, which I’m note quite sure happened as I checked ( obsessively) in the video system and my dog was always in his space, curled up in the same space. But I have to say I was very disappointed with his groom. He definetly was bathed and blown dry and his feet and nails were done. His face around his eyes was shaved and clean. His hair around his face looked the same as he came in. His beard was not trim and his tail was trimmed unevenly if at all.

I took my dog here for occasional doggy day care and boarding. My dog got a protozoa after his first boarding stay at Bay Paws with bloody diarrhea and a trip to the ER vet. I tried to give Bay Paws the benefit of the doubt, but to be cautious I backed off on doggy daycare for a while and took him to the vet for boarding. After some time, I gave Bay Paws another chance, because he enjoyed going and they have cameras. My dog did ok - on the positives he got to see his friends and I could check in on the camera when I wanted. On the bad side, one time he was sent home wet and smelling like urine. Another time after a several-day boarding stay, he was sent home with all his biscuits and treats when my instructions were to give him those occasionally and one before bed. He was also on pain meds to take with his evening meal, and I could see more often than not at night his bowl was full. I can't say for sure if he was getting his medicine separately. Things were up and down like this for a while. Recently, Taz was sent home with a pretty badly cut nose and no one told me. I called the next day and I was told he got into a scuffle and that the staff didn't see any damage so they cleared him. I don't see how they missed this cut. When I called it out, they didn't offer any apologies and said I signed a waiver so they wouldn't be held liable for any vet visits. That lack of empathy for my dog and rudeness made me angry and I won't be going back.

I did some research prior to moving from TN and reached out to Bay Paws while en route on my move to FL as I needed to board my sweet girl to head back to my old state to finalize loose ends. They got me set up while on the phone for boarding and daycare and when I showed up I was so worried my 1 year old pup would have separation anxiety as this was the first time we’d be apart. Needless to say, she had the absolute BEST time that week and she’s now going to daycare on my busy work days as a result. I LOVED that they had webcams set up so I could check in on her, I honestly think I was missing her more than she was missing me. Haha when I picked her up to bring her home after a few days, she tried to climb out the window because she did not want to leave! She loves Bay Paws and the staff loves her just as much! I 1000% recommend Bay Paws to anyone and everyone looking for either boarding or daycare - the staff is so caring, the facility is always pristine and clean and the staff are beyond what I could ask for while caring for my baby girl! You won’t regret this decision and I know that Coco and I sure don’t; she is obsessed with this location and I love that for her! PS: I love that they sent me photos from one of their pool pawty days, she definitely thrives being around these other furry babies.

I regret to write this review because we loved bay paws 2 years ago. I wrote a raving review on Google, how amazing they were with our big German Shepherd, who is very skittish. However, every time since then we have been hit with unprofessionalism, chaos, missing files, and records lost every single time when my dog is brought in, when at time of setting appointment we are told that everything is current. We drive a half hour each way to bring our dog here. As of July of this year dogs are now apparently required to have a flu shot. If I won’t put the flu shot in myself or my families body why would I put it into my animals? Why would they not let us know at the time of making the appointment and tell us know that all vaccines are current? We made a vet appointment specifically to update him on all of his shots and the flu vaccine was not even mentioned at his vet office. When we took our dog in today and all the files were missing once again we learned that they have him in the computer as a Yorkie. The front desk lady spoke to the manager whom was very rude and told her to just send us home. Wave your money and your time. They have gone downhill tremendously.

Stella is an older dog with separation anxiety and Bay Paws took such great care of her- gave her meds and updated me during her stay as to how she was doing. Will definitely be boarding her there again! Thanks!

Lifesavers!! We just moved to Clearwater from Atlanta. Drove for two days. My pets were exhausted and stressed. Bay Paws allowed us to bring them there for the day for rest and play time while we moved in and unpacked. My pets loved it there. Thank you for taking care of our babies. They will be back soon.

We boarded our cat at Bay Paws for several days. The staff took excellent care of him. Not only were his basic needs taken care of, he was taken out to be played with and snuggled several times a day. Bay Paws is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were sent several photos and videos of our little Peter while we were away. It put our minds at ease.

I never write reviews, but I'm compelled to write this review because I'm still extremely upset with the treatment my puppy received on his last few days at this facility. There seem to be a disconnect between the front office staff and the boarding staff. You provide your boarding instructions to the office staff, however the boarding staff refuses to follow the directions. I had to call several times to request the staff keep my puppy in his jacket to stay warm and comfortable, because they kept removing his jacket. Everytime i called the office staff was cery sweet and would say, yes, no problem, they would take care of it, but it would only last for half a shift. I also requested they remove the water bowl from his kennel as I don't leave water in his kennel at home and he is a puppy and will drink until he can't drink anymore, and also knock the water over. I witnessed on Baw Paw dog boarding camera my puppy spill his water container in his kennel and water went all over his blanket and kennel floor. I called the after hours boarding staff and advised her that the water container was not supposed to be in his kennel and that someone needed to go clean up the water on the floor. I see the staff on camera go inside his kennel and refused to interact with him as he was happ someone was there and was jumping up, she yells at him and throws down the towel in the kennel and left the floor wet all evening. She also left his water bowl in the kennel all evening again as well. Extremely unacceptable to treat my puppy this way.
