Cat Sitters in Garden City, MI

This is the second time that Vicki has housesat for us for a month and it went just as well as the first time. As well as finding the house clean and in good order we also found a very contented cat. It was clear she had been well cared for and had had plenty of attention. It was noticeable that she did not subject us to the constant miaowing that we usually get for a few days after we've been away. Despite quite poor weather for most of her visit Vicki took a lot of effort to try and harvest our soft fruit and veg from the allotment then freeze it for us. She also attempted to keep control of a virus taking over our tomatoes in the greenhouse and made sure the automatic watering system was working ok. We really appreciated all this work outside. Whilst here Vicki got involved in all sorts of activities in the village including volunteering at the community library and joining walks put on by our walking group. She clearly enjoyed engaging with our neighbours and friends and has made at least one lasting friendship. We hope that she will want to come back to sit again before too long.

Donna was a perfect house sitter! My dog missed her when she was gone - I can tell they really bonded. Donna kept us up to date with everything going on and followed all our instructions. She left our house cleaner than she found it and was so kind and so helpful. Do not hesitate to book Donna for your next sit, she truly is the perfect sitter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kris and Emily were great housesitters! They were very reliable and communicative and all the pets loved spending time with them! They took wonderful care of the house and all 4 animals! Highly recommend them!

Sheila is just AMAZING!!! She is a wonderful, kind and considerate person and was just great to have in our home! She is very neat and detail oriented which was a big help! Ellie and Levi LOVED her and so did we! :)

Lisa, first, I am very sorry for taking longer than I said to write this review (1 week and I went a little over...my apologies!), but it was very busy when I returned. Now for my review: I booked Lisa from my gut reaction to her first email and then subsequent ones. She did not have any reviews at the time, but after reading SO many profiles and holding out for that "one special one", I was glad I did hold out. Lisa is a hidden gem in zeewoi, because while experienced with animals, she was just starting out on here when she applied to keep my little Molly while I was away in Antarctica. Lisa was amazing. Her communication was timely and very thorough. It was evident that she and my dog bonded very fast. Due to COVID and the Antarctica cruise I was on, there were a lot of hurdles (covid testing) to pass to even get on the ship. This put a lot of uncertainty toward this trip on the front ends and back ends of it. However, Lisa strived to accommodate the uncertainties, if they came to pass. Luckily, it all went perfectly and we had the time of our lives. I could not have taken this trip without the assurance she gave me. There wasn't a lot of communication during our trip b/c, well...we were at the bottom of the Earth! However, when I returned, I did find detailed updates on Molly, along with some photos. Molly got so many walks and I do feel that Molly was even a bit sad after the newness of me coming back home wore off. It was as if she was still waiting to see if Lisa walked through the front door a few times. I am very thankful to have met Lisa, and if she has applied for your sit, give her a chance, even if she still doesn't have the most reviews like some profiles have after a few years. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I knew to trust my gut with her. Lisa, if you ever want to return to Nashville, just let me know and I'll try to be out of town again! ;) haha. I also talked to Mitch about getting a future THSitter for him, as well.....where both our dogs would stay together at HIS house. Believe me...you would LOVE his house on the lake. It's incredible! :) You'll be the first I contact for our next travels, if you think you ever want to return here....but who knows when that might be, given these stinkin' gas prices now, right? I had a fantastic time with Renee as my sitter! I felt confident in leaving my boys under her care and she did not disappoint. She was very communicative, and the boys got along with her right away, she was great at providing updates and photos, and even left them some new toys :) I would absolutely recommend her to take care of your fur babies.

We were so happy Beth was able to come and house sit for us. She was very easygoing and friendly, took great care of our apartment, and our cat Jura clearly made a new friend. We would have her back anytime!

It was such a pleasure to meet Katelyn and Charlie. We spent a day together before our trip to "show them the ropes" of managing our little farm. Both Charlie and Katelyn took immediately to all the animals. We had 100% confidence in both of them:) Katelyn sent pictures while we were gone which is so helpful when you are missing your home and pets. Our home and pets were very well taken care of. We were so happy that they enjoyed our home and pets. I feel like Katelyn and Charlie are family!!! Sure hope they come back for a visit!!! I would highly recommend this mother daughter team for any future house/pet sitting opportunities.

We had Patty and Evie watch our dog Ice Pop for a whole week during Christmas time. Ice pop is an anxious dog and she warmed up to them very quickly. They sent daily updates and even bought Ice Pop a few treats from a local pet store which was VERY nice. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Patty and Evie to any dog owner, no questions asked. I hope we can use them again in the future. And the icing on the cake was that they left our house in immaculate condition upon their departure and helped put presents under our tree for our toddler to come home to :). All around a wonderful experience.

Ashley and her family were great. They came early, to fit with their travel plans which was an excellent way to get to know the routine. A delightful family. It was a pleasure spending time with them. We highly recommend them for any future house-sits!

When Magdalena and Tommaso applied, I looked at their profile and did not see much of review and what they had was all for dogs. After I had a video talk, I thought they might be good and welcomed them to my place with a little cat. When they came to get a key, I could tell that they were cat people. My cat doesn’t come out of under the bed but she did much quicker than usual, and more than that, she started playing with them…! I assume they enjoyed themselves as much as my kitty did, and I really appreciate their care for my fur girl full of energy. She really needed a good amount of play time. Magdalena was very quick in communication. She was not only quick in reply but also kind and responsible. It was nice to come back to a clean home with a happy cat after a busy work trip.
