We had a really wonderful time with Zig Zag and Noodle and the cats. The dogs were delightful: playful but obedient and affectionate. Jumbo the cat really cuddly and friendly and Mr Wiggles very shy but also quite cuddly (once..). The house is beautiful and we spent almost all if our time in the kitchen as it is so light and bright. Plenty of walks in the neighbourhood. We loved it!
We thoroughly enjoyed looking after the lovely Clara in a fabulous location. Tania was very helpful with information before we arrived about Clara's needs and personality, which prepared us. Clara is a medium-large rescue dog, very loving and easy care in the house, but at times reactive to other dogs/cats/people (she's very selective, mostly she's fine!) and we needed to be aware of this when walking her. She has many doggy friends and their owners that she loves to meet when out walking. There are numerous canal walks available and we enjoyed exploring this part of London with her. We enjoyed meeting Tania, Jim and the family before they left - there was plenty of pre-sit information given to us and good communication throughout our time there. The location is great, good public transport links and the river to wander along too. Sausage and Lamelo were no issue at all, just quick checks to ensure their water was still there. A very enjoyable housesit we would recommend to other couples.
This was our first sit through THS and we could not have asked for a better introduction. Rebecca's communication before and during the sit were excellent, the house was very clean and comfortable with everything we required in a great location. Rebecca left clear details of Eric's routine. Eric is an absolute star full of personality he gets very excited for his food, walks and playing with his ball, but loves nothing more than a snuggle on the sofa in the evening. He is great off the lead never running far from you We would love to sit for Eric again if the opportunity arises
I thoroughly enjoyed my time taking care of Fiona. I was welcomed into the house by Brian who made me feel at home straight away. Fiona is just the sweetest dog, she’s well behaved, friendly and no trouble at all. The house is beautiful, and I felt very safe in the neighbourhood with so many friendly people around who recognised Fiona. I felt very well looked after by Brian and Michele who were very generous in allowing me to use their food, drinks and had a lovely guest room prepared for me. They both let me know that if I had any questions or if anything cropped up I could ask them whenever. I had a lovely couple of weeks and I would love to return and take care of Fiona again ❤️ Thanks for everything Brian and Michele!
Susie is a lovely host super welcoming and took us for a walk with Buddy before she left so we knew his favourite spots to go. Buddy is a sweetheart, we had absolutely no problems with him (although we did just avoid other dogs on our walks after Susie warned us that he gets a bit excited) this was super easy to do in the park though! He loves a cuddle on the couch and is super chill at home. Was a great sit! Thank you Susie!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Santa Clarita. Napali is a good-natured little doggie that enjoyed her daily walks and tummy rubs; very easy to care for. Amy's home is very comfortable in a well-laid out neighbourhood; we particularly enjoyed the network of bike paths, away from traffic. We were thankfully able to spend some time with Amy, before and after her trip away; she is warm and welcoming, and we became good friends. Given the opportunity we would gladly return.
