Hounds Town is one of the best places to bring your dog for boarding or day care. They treated my boy Hobi (brown/white Beagle) like family while I was away for a week. Hobi looked so happy with the other dogs, and I know he was given lots of love while my family and I were away. There was an outbreak of Kennel Cough when he was there, but he was already vaccinated and caught a minor case of it. Overall, I love Hounds Town and I will definitely come again when I need to board Hobi or bring him to day care!

Our dog is considered one of the family so leaving him in a safe and trustworthy environment is of the utmost importance when go on vacation. Our dog (StanLee) is always excited to go to Hounds Town Garden City and the tell-tale sign he has a great time is he is exhausted when we pick him up. One nice personal touch that we get from Hounds Town Garden City is at they post pictures on their private Facebook page. We look forward to see him playing with his new canine friends. We typically see him playing and having a great time while burning some energy. However, we do see him up to some mischief with his hound friends (see the pictures below). We thoroughly enjoy the service we receive at Hounds Town Garden City and highly recommend them.

Great place that treats our four legged friends wonderful. They share photos of the dogs interacting with each other which lessens any stress about leaving them. I highly recommend them for day care or boarding.

Colleen, Lauren and the entire staff at Hounds Town do everything possible to make your dog feel at home, which allows families to have piece of mind when they're away. The facility is bright, clean and nicely decorated. They separate the dogs during playtime by size and take so many great pics of them together. When you're part of their FB group, you can see the photos of your fur baby having fun, which always brings a smile to your face. You have the option for an exit bath or spa treatment, which is great after a stay with lots of play. When our pup turned 2, we couldn't believe Hounds Town put up a sign, balloons, gave him a birthday crown and took pictures. How special!! The staff loves dogs and it's evident the minute you walk in the door and they see your fur baby. They are responsive, answer all of your questions and make you feel at ease. Many people in our town go to Hounds Town because of their incredible reputation. I highly recommended booking a stay or day care for your furry family friend! You can even schedule a 15 minute meet and greet prior to.

Staff are very welcoming to you and your dog. You know he is in safe hands and will be looked after. Sincere and kind o your dogs needs and to the owner. They have a excellent knowledge of a dog's behavior, which helps so much. Bailey loves going to play and knows he is safe, I know this too. They are exceptional! Best Ever!

Our baby beagles love going to hounds town twice a week! We love that they rotate the doggies so they have someone new to play with every so often. They get to go outside to get fresh air and sunshine. They are very tolerant of me calling on lunch to ask about my babies. Lastly we LOVE that they post pictures of the pups everyday so we know that they have a great time.

The employees here are truly amazing! They treat your dog as if they are their own and it means so much! My dog is pretty attached to me, but when he gets to daycare, he runs in and doesn’t look back! Because of Houndstown, he is great in social environments with other dogs! Colleen, Sarah, Lauryn and Erin (as well as all the staff) are so good to my boy. There’s no greater comfort than knowing he is good while his momma works! Mr. Cooper loves hanging out with all his friends. I can’t thank the staff at HT enough for providing such a special place for my guy!

This was the best doggy day care ever!! My 10 month old puppy Lilo had the time of her life and was exhausted! Workers were so kind and caring about the dogs! She was there for 9 hours and got a little report card when I came to pick her up.

I had to leave my dog with hounds town garden city for an extended time frame. The staff took such good care of my dog for the many weeks he was there. He came back to me beautiful and happy, Barney loves the staff at HTGC. The boarding and day care are great. The people that work there are kind and attentive. I will continue to bring my dog to them. I trust them with him very much. I did not have to worry at all about my dog while he was there, I knew he was in good hands! Best place .

I don’t have enough great things to say about HTGC and the staff there! Our American Bulldog, Scott has been attending Hounds Town for the last few months for daycare and boarding and has truly found a safe and loving place to spend his time. Scott entered Hounds Town a SUPER anxious and shy pup and has flourished into a confident, happy, and social dog. No words can describe how sweet, supportive, and PATIENT the staff have been to our sweet Scott. They go above and beyond to accommodate all of his needs no matter how big or small the request. Not only did they provide him with a safe space, they provided him with SO much love as well! All the staff has been responsive and fantastic with communication as well whenever we are away!!

We just love Best in Show Pet Resort! Our little puppy girl is turning 15 in 2 weeks, and she has been going there since she was 6 months old, almost the entire time they (and she) have been around! Maxie loves play groups with all her friends, she loves all the staff there, they treat her amazingly well, and they post photos every day on Facebook, so we get to see her playing and having fun while she is there (and we are not)! They offer daycare, boarding, grooming, and sell cute products and treats! We highly recommend Best In Show Pet Resort!

Best in Show was suggested to me from a friend who loves her pooch VERY much, so I trusted her judgement. My is dog VERY happy seeing all the other dogs every day! Her temperament is calm and she doesn't come home smelling like a "vets office". The prices at Best in Show are extremely affordable! Highly recommend!!!

Best in Show Pet Resort has been our choice for doggie day care and boarding since our wheaten Charlie was 8 months old. We have been loyal Best in Show customers for almost 7 years. The staff is always so caring, loving and welcoming. You could see it when you walk in to the establishment. Always clean, friendly staff welcoming when entering and prompt return of your pet at the end of their stay. Charlie is always so excited when going for doggie daycare, enters daycare or boarding happy and when I pick him up at the end of the day, is even happier. They really take care of our pets, as if it was one of theirs. I would not trust anyone else with Charlie’s care.

We love Best In Show. The staff is amazing. My dogs are so well taken care of. I always go away with not a worry in the world.

I am a dog owner from Williston Park and have been using Best in Show for many years ( probably ten) Inam now planning on boarding my current dog there this week I have had great experience with them and my old dog loved it there. They were very kind and loving with him ( especially in his later years) I always felt safe and secure with staff and management Highly recommend

First time for us boarding our 3 dogs at Best In Show. Although it's more costly (especially with 3), it was the best decision. They were able to stay together in the Presidential Suite instead of separate runs, so there was less stress on them, since they are never really separated, other than boarding. One of our guys is loud & mouthy when he plays, so we just had all 3 do individual play (together), instead of 2 going into group play, & the other one not being able to. The daily pictures we saw on Facebook of playtime, made us feel at ease that they were being well cared for, & happy. I didn't even feel the need to call every day (which I normally would). We were happy when we picked them up (today) that all their toys were there, & all of our instructions on what they get as far as their normal daily treat were followed, which has sometimes lacked at our other boarding. The (all) staff it's excellent with the dogs, & accommodating to our dog's needs. Also Super comforting for us that there is someone there all night, every night. We highly recommend Best In Show, for boarding.

I had the pleasure in visiting and viewing the Best in Show Pet Resort facility today for the first time. As a first time pet owner, I wanted my pet to be safe, secure and to feel comfortable. Dylan showed us around and informed us of the many amenities that the pet resort has to offer. I was very impressed with the staff members and cleanliness of the facility. Most importantly, they were well organized and answer all of my questions.

The staff are fantastic. They always greet my fur baby warmly. She has attachment issues but is happy to go in with the staff and let them pick her up which is huge with her. I highly recommend! We use them for boarding and daycare services.

My dog loves Best in Show. She has been going for about 6 years. I love how excited the staff gets when we walk in. Everyone who works there is so caring and kind and I know they truly care about my dog. Not only does my dog love daycare but she loves the theme party events. Whenever I go away my dog stays here. The best part is I never have to work about my dog when I am away on vacation. I highly recommend Best in Show and truly appreciate everyone who works there! Best in Show Pet Resort is the greatest place to board your cat, or any other animal. I was so worried about leaving my beloved pet cat for two weeks because he is very social and also loves going in and out of the house when desired. They have special sessions to allow your cat to run around in a gym and also spend time in a cuddle and brush session. It was so great that they took pictures of the sessions, which they post on Facebook. It reassured me greatly, seeing my cat with his tail up and looking content. When we picked him up he was none worse for wear, and completely fine. This is the third time we've boarded our cat at Best in Show and I'm so grateful to have found this pet resort which leaves me worry free so I can enjoy my vacation time knowing my pet is in the best of hands.

Michelle and her mother are fantastic dog sitters! They take such great care of Simba, always making sure he’s well-loved and happy. From walks to playtime, they understand exactly what he needs and keep him entertained. Simba always comes home relaxed and content after staying with them. It’s clear they have a genuine affection for him, and I couldn’t ask for better sitters! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for responsible, caring dog sitters.

I have been boarding my dog, Simba, here for a while and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her mother were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I found Michelle and her mom after my dogs daycare closed down. I can’t express how incredible they are!!! I have crazy schedule and they are always extra accommodating. My dogs love going there. Whether is for few hours, full days or for extended periods they ensure my babies are taken care of. You see the love they have for my babies. I definitely recommend them to anyone. If I need to drop them at 6am they are available. If I am running late they are available. Going on vacation they are available!!! They are super dog lovers!!

Had a horrible experience with these people. Left my dogs there for 3 days they called me 6am the first morning to come get the dogs because he was barking and they couldn’t sleep. The person I met was not the person who watched the dogs. My dog doesn’t bark so there was something wrong and making him uncomfortable. Either way the person who contacted me in the morning telling me I had to come get them was extremely rude and nasty. Don’t ever trust these people with your dogs. There are plenty of responsible dog sitters out there. Stay away from these people.

Michelle was great, our dog loved being there. She was very accommodating with everything and our dog Jack enjoyed his stay with her and her family.

Michelle has taken care of my dog Max for over a year now. He adores Michelle and her whole family. She always updates me regularly when he's in her home and he comes home happy. She is very prompt in her responses and makes sure to message me back right away, which is very important and a major reason I feel comfortable with her as my dog sitter. Her personality and good attitude is a bonus, as she is very friendly and personable. I would recommend Michelle to anyone I know without a doubt of hesitation. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle has taken care of both my dogs Pepper and Stacy for over two weeks and I cannot feel more happy with her services. She has informed me daily on their progress and how they are doing and honestly this is the first time that they were left home alone so I was very skeptical but in her care I never had to worry about anything! I definitely recommend her services to everyone and I will see her in a couple of weeks!

Our pup Monty had a great time with Michelle! She was very sweet with our girl from the beginning and made us feel totally at ease. Monty surely has no critiques except to probably stay longer. I would have loved some more picture updates as it was our first time really leaving her but Michelle was so flexible and communicated a lot over text which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for her next stay!

My husband and I dropped our dogs off with Michelle for a weekend. She was very polite, responsible and professional. She kept us updated on their walks and playtime’s and sent us pictures! I would highly recommend. It’s nice knowing that your pups are in good hands while your away. We will def use her services again :)

I had a fantastic experience with Lucci watching my dog for the day! They kept my pup entertained with plenty of playtime in the backyard and were very attentive to their needs. I was thrilled to receive numerous photos throughout the day, which reassured me that my dog was having a great time. Lucille was great! This was my first time using her. She took care of my german shepherd Raven for two nights and was very caring. She provided medication for Raven because she had a heart condition. She kept us posted by sending us photos daily. I would definitely use her next time. Jimmy

Pawsitive Pet Care took care of my dog Scooby fed him, walked him and kept him for boarding over a weekend with no issues. Lucille was a pleasure to be in contact with and kept in communication with daily texts and photos each day of Scoobys activities. Highly reccomded and I will certainly be using her again for the future.

Could not recommend Little Paws of Hope more!!! My 6 month old havanese Hudson began daycare and boarding when he was 4 months. I was very hesitant at first sending him to daycare but now It is definitely a second home thanks to Hope and her staff. Raising a puppy is super stressful but having Little Paws as a safe, fun place for my puppy is very reassuring. He has made so many furry friends and I am so pleased with how happy he comes home everyday and am so grateful for everyone there. Thank you to hope and her staff you guys are the best!!!! 🐶🐶❤️❤️

We used LPOH for puppy daycare for our little Yorkies, brother and sister (Max and Daisy). They were always well taken care of and seemed to enjoy their time there. They have a good outdoor setup for the pups and they have cameras in all locations so you can see your puppers. Would recommend them for daycare and boarding! They also had a great trainer we used for a few sessions.

I have been taking my 10lbs. Shorkie to LPH for years. I love that they cater to smaller dogs. Hope and her team have been amazing to work with, caring, accommodating, always available to answer texts and send pictures of our pup throughout her stay. Not to mention that I can see her on their live camera feed. So grateful to be able to go away without worrying about our girl.

Little Paws of Hope is worthy of a five-star rating if you ask me; it was recommended to me by co-workers, friends, and acquaintances. The entire staff is so kind and considerate and works to make your dog, or in my case, in which I had more than one dog, feel right at home. I dropped them off for the first time a week ago; as a parting gift, I received a photo of my sweet and loving girls in a frame incorporating the little Paws of Hope logo, which I chose to share as a part of my review, as seen below. I received a report card with photos daily and access to live footage of when they were playing in the play areas inside and outside. It was so lovely to see my dogs in a place attending to them, similar to how I would take care of them. As opposed to the alternative instead of boarding them in a kennel. I realize that a place like that, for your dogs, might be a slight expense. But if you ask me, it is so nice to drop your beloved pet off knowing that they are taken care of significantly closer to how you were taking care of them yourself. Additionally, Initially, I was a little thrown off by the name, but I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Hope.

This is a great place for your dog. Hope and her staff are professional, friendly and you can see they really love dogs. Hope is an excellent trainer and I definitely recommend her to train any dog regardless of age or personality. The place is super secure, with 3 closed doors and webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your doggie. Our little Guy always comes back happy and relaxed. This is definitely a doggie paradise!

My dog jumps out of the car excited to see his buddies the minute we arrive at LPH. Not only is this day care so fun for little pups but they also take great care on making sure play is appropriate and dog have structure. Everyone knows my dog by name and truly know his needs and making sure he has a great day. On-site grooming is a huge plus and they are wonderful!

I got Romeo when he was 2 months old in 2016. Since he was so young and I was working, so I approached Hope for daycare and training purposes. Romeo just fell in love with Hope. Even after 4 years , her voice drives him nuts that even he forgets me. That means he feels more than home when he is with Hope. Hope and her staff are very professional and friendly. She is an awesome trainer and I definitely recommend her. The best trick she taught my Romi is "Ring a bell for nature calls " . This place is super secure and has webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your paw kid. My Romeo gets so much love here that he always comes back happy and relaxed. I attaching few pics and videos from 2016 - in one of them he looks like a prince. Also attaching one pic that was clicked this month after he had a spa day at this doggie paradise.

Our kids (two doxies, a tweenie and a mini) spend a LOT of time at Hope's, sometimes just for boarding sometimes for boarding and training; and I think we have been with Hope for nearly 9 years now. We live in NYC, so we also regularly use Hope's transport pick up and return. There is literally no other place like Little Paws. From the moment they hear the driver come up the stairs, they get HYPED. They love every second that they are there, they are truly happy and comfortable, and training with Hope and her amazing crew have led to major breakthroughs with our little nervous Nellie. We are high maintenance and Hope rides our crazy tornadoes with kindness and grace. She is attentive to the needs of every dog and employs the best staff; you never have to feel scared about the care your dog will receive. Also, her facilities are IMMACULATE. There is ROOM for the pups and things to keep them mentally and physically engaged whether it is cold or hot outside. Hope and LPH are national treasures.

I have been boarding my two rescue dachshunds with Hope for several years. They have their issues and there no ones else I trust them more with than Hope. They always comeback Happy, calm and better behaved than when we dropped them off. Hope is a true professional who understands the dogs in addition to providing a safe and FUN environment for them. She and her staff are the best!!!!

Exceptional Dog Grooming /boarding Experience I recently had the pleasure of taking my furry friend to an outstanding dog groomer and boarding and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the service provided. From start to finish, it was evident that the groomer's love and care for animals were unmatched. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the groomer, who immediately made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail and genuine affection shown towards my furry companion was truly heartwarming. We brought our 1.5 year old Doberman here for boarding for the 1st time..safe to say she had an absolute blast!!! She is completely exhausted after her stay, we loved the updated pictures and reports cards daily. We will definitely be back for day care, events, and boarding when necessary. Highly recommend especially for people with big breed dogs, they handled it with ease. ❤️

Dan's Daycare is no joke THE BEST place for your fur babies! Me and my boyfriend have tried every sitter, every daycare, and nothing compares to Dan's! We have a European Doberman and it's been hard to find a daycare and boarding center that ACTUALLY know what they are doing! Everyone at Dan's knows what they are doing, SO reliable, and treat your dog like their own. I can't say enough amazing things! BIG BENEFIT: Daily report cards with all the cutest photos taken from the day! I mean common! They did a Hawaiian Luau and just look how adorable

Dans Pet Care is amazing! I’ve done boarding and doggie day care. My pup has a lot of energy and is crate trained so I was worried about the crate free boarding but they went through everything with me and he did great. Everyday whether it’s daycare or boarding I would get a report. The last time I boarded him they gave him a bath and he smelled amazing for a month! They are also magicians because on the luau day they got him in a Hawaiian shirt, I don’t know how but they did and he sat still for the pic. It was amazing! He loves their kiddie pools & the entire staff is so excited to see him everytime he comes. He can be a lot sometimes with his high energy and he fits right in with all the other pups. I’m so grateful for the entire team at Dans Pet Care.

After having a very bad experience at Dogtopia with my poor baby Max, I can say I found the perfect place. Max now is happy going to his half-days and little by little his super fear and nervousness is changing. 🙏Joe has provided a lot of help for Max and more than thinking about money he thinks about the well-being of my dog and we are following his recommendations so that Max enjoys his play time- half days at Dan's petcare and Soon I know that Max will be ready to spend a full day playing, Julia in front desk is very special with puppys too I love her ☺️All the staff are very friendly and loving with the puppies, I love receiving the report cards and photos of the day, ☺️ thank you everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Dan’s!!! They have been walking and training my dog ever since she was a puppy and they’re just a total pleasure to work with! They’re kind, compassionate, responsible, and love dogs!!! They not only take good care of her but she’s SOOO excited to see them when they walk through the door! No one could ask for more :)

Dan’s pet care is a gem!!! My dog absolutely LOVES the day care facility, and the walkers who come to visit. This is the most nurturing, fun, safe, happy environment for our fur baby. We love the staff, and the careful and competent , and loving attention they each give to every dog. The daily report cards and photo updates are also amazing! When we drop off Gigi , or rely on Dan’s to visit, we are confident she is in good hands. We LOVE this place!!!

Dan’s team is fantastic. They’re beyond so friendly and so good to our dog, Beau. He always comes out with a big smile! I think his favorite part is the outdoor area with sprinklers : ) We were so grateful that they toured us around the facility before Beau’s first day and love the daily report cards too.

We can’t say enough good things about Dan’s. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is spotless, and they’ve really gone the extra mile for the dogs — pools, luaus, smoothies… the list goes on. :) We’ve been so thrilled with Dan’s but, this weekend, they went WAY above and beyond. Our dog needed medical treatment while boarding. Dan took her to our local vet, got her started with antibiotics, and even offered to take her to his house for the night, so she’d been more comfortable and he could keep an eye. We got updates from Dan and the vet, and our dog is doing great. The takeaway: this crew really, REALLY cares. Dan loves dogs and it shows. And at the end of the day, that’s who you want caring for your pets. We’re so happy to have found Dan’s. I couldn’t recommend anyone or any business more highly. Thank you, Dan and team. Since day 1, the staff at Dan’s Pet Care in Glen Cove have been nothing but welcoming & friendly. My pup was greeted with open arms & so much love. Drop off is available at 7 am which is a HUGE help with my work schedule. Late pickup is also available if needed. The process started off sending my pup to a temperament test to see where she would be best during the day. Then once passed, she was okayed to go to day care! The dogs are separated based on size. There’s also an outdoor area for when the nice days come around. Mid-day, you get a report card of how your pup is doing and you also get some pictures! Any special needs, the staff takes into consideration. The staff really seems to really care about each individual dog which makes me feel more than comfortable to send her there. Once she came home, she immediately curled up in her bed & took a nap, she was exhausted from a long day of playing! Will absolutely take advantage of all the great things Dan’s Pet Care has to offer!

We love Dan’s Pet service as do our pets! We have 2 labradoodles and a tuxedo cat. We have used Dan’s for a couple of years now for overnights, walks, feeding, medicine dispensing, as well as rides to the groomer. The walkers and sitters always send us the cutest photos and sweet updates on how they are doing while we are gone. It gives us peace of mind that our animals are being cared for as we would care for them. They always respond and are even available last minute. Dan’s is a pleasure to work with and we are grateful for their care and services!

I first started using Dan's Pet Care when I had surgery and was unable to walk my dog. It was unexpected surgery so I had to get help quickly. They were very accommodating. They were very professional - on time, very good with him, and tired him out! Since then I have been receiving their emails about their services and gain valuable dog care tips along the way! For example, how they limit their walks when it is excruciatingly hot outside. When the time came for me to find help while I went to work, I knew where I wanted to bring my now 2 pups! They had opened their crate free boarding & day care facility! And even though I do not live close by, it is 100% worth the investment and travel time. They have multiple team members with all eyes on the dogs. The facility is set up so they have tons of room to run and play. It is super clean. They are upfront and honest about everything going on in their facility and well organized. I have also boarded my dogs overnight there. They were snuggled up on a bed! Looked like a slumber party! They pay attention to detail with every dog. One of my dogs has a lot of allergies and I don't have to worry about her getting into anything she shouldn't and don't have to worry about them giving her anything she shouldn't have either. The best part is how excited and loving everyone there is and how excited my pups are to spend time there! I get daily report cards and pictures which further adds to my peace of mind. I’ve been using Dans dog walking service for a while now and am so happy with the care and time they spend walking my Dog - Arya. They are punctual and always very nice to work with. Dan is very serious about the people who work with his dogs and it shows. Everyone who has ever interacted with my two girls has been caring, responsible, and professional. They listen to my requests and get to know my girls. I recently had Dan's while I was away for the weekend and I felt comfortable and reassured that they were in great hands. It made my trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. Glen Cove has a real treasure here.

When traveling or away for the day, we've relied on Dan's to walk, feed, play with and visit our two dogs, a lab and a multipoo. One staff member is kinder and more professional than the next, and the dogs are treated like THEIR family members. We've done several overnights, all of which have been great. We especially love the app, which allows us to easily make appointments and receive detailed updates about the visits with our dogs. They even include photos. We never have a worry when someone from Dan's is with our dogs. And, they treat our home with respect and care. This is one of my favorite businesses of all time!

Dan's is an extremely reliable dog walking service! I have been using their services for years and have never had a problem. The notes that the walkers send summarizing their visit with my dog are always fabulously detailed and delightful, and the pictures they send of my dog on his walk are very reassuring! Noelle was amazing! We called her last minute on Christmas Eve and she was so kind to take my dog in since she had space and welcomed us into her home. My dog had the best time and we have definitely found our go to person when we need to board my dog! We got text and picture updated throughout my dog’s stay. My dog is a larger dog and high energy and she came home super happy and exhausted! Nothing could make a pet parent happier!

Noelle was so wonderful with my rescue dog Laci. She made her feel at home by taking such great care of her for 10 days. She sent lots of amazing pictures that she sent almost every day. She was flexible with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

There’s being a dog sitter as a job and there is being a dog sitter as a passion and Noelle is the latter. Noelle’s reasons in why she started this business is heartfelt and relatable to every pet owner and she treated our shih-tzu and yorkie like her own. In the five days in being away, Noelle kept constant communication and documented their time with so many great photographs and videos. With trips to the beaches and parks, not once was I left wondering if my dogs were ok. There is no other person who can provide the amazing service and care like Noelle can. Mochi and Toto’s time with Noelle was a complete vacation for them! Thank you for giving our family a peace of mind and friendship.

Noelle is simply the best. She is the only dog sitter we use for our dog and he get so excited when he sees her. She sends videos and pictures through the day and he always looks so so happy. She’ll even bring dogs over to our house to play with Luka and it makes his day. We love Noelle!

Oliver stayed with Noelle for about a week while I was in Belize. She did an excellent job and Oliver came back even happier than when he left. He is a high energy breed and i worried about leaving him because of his energy, but noelle sent photos throughout his stay that made me feel at ease. Truly an incredible experience for him and for me as well.

Noelle was so kind and so accommodating!! I reached out to her a week before my trip! She took in my new golden doodle baby without any hesitation; assuring me he would be in great hands. This is our first puppy so the kids were a little nervous for a stranger to have it and take care of it but from the moment we all met her all of our doubts disappeared!!! Noelle went above and beyond. I was extremely nervous as this was the first time leaving our baby. I did a lot of research and felt discouraged until I came across Noelle. From the first phone call I felt a huge sense of comfort and love for what she does. We had a great chat, followed by a meet and greet. I appreciated that Noelle wasn’t just going to take our money - it was very clear that this had to feel good and right for our pup, us and her. Our pup stayed with Noelle for 3 and a half days. While we were away Noelle kept us updated with notes and pics to let us know how she was doing♥️ We felt comfortable knowing our pup was happy, safe and having the best time. To take our pup’s experience over the top - Noelle throw a birthday party for our pup as it was her 1st birthday during her stay. This is the beginning of a long amazing relationship for all of us, our pup can’t wait to go back to see Noelle and her furry friends!!! Can’t thank Noelle enough… there’s no one like her and her level of service.

000000 STAR!! DON'T LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE!!! To start, they say that the first day is free in all their ads and it turns out that it costs $25, it's ridiculous!! And I left my dog on the first day without knowing about the payment and the only good thing is that it has live cameras but there is a lot of closed space that the camera doesn't capture. I was able to see how a dog attacked my dog and cornered him to the side where the camera did not capture it while the incompetent woman who was in charge of "taking care of them" was doing other things than monitoring the dogs and did not notice until she heard the commotion of the same dogs.And I didn't know anything anymore, my dog was no longer there and 15 minutes later they called me to tell me the problem that had occurred and that my dog was injured in his ear and that they had treated him. I immediately went to pick it up and only heard "I'm sorry" many times, and that they wouldn't charge me the stupid $25 for the inconvenience. I was in shock. They don't say that they charge when you go to the first appointment... they have super bad service! Horrible! And the woman in charge was just standing there waiting for a dog to pee and clean up and she didn't notice what was going on around her. Your apologies are of no help to me if you do not take care of the puppies and return them injured, especially on the FIRST VISIT, which gives a bad impression!! ((((UPDATE!! your incompetence on my puppy first day visit, cost me $540 at the vet and the suffering of my poor puppy will never go back there! And they call me to offer me free days at the place where they didn't take care of my puppy really?? 😒... PAYING that bill would be the BEST THING THEY COULD DO.))))

I wanted to reply to the Karla post that the day care is responsible for her dog getting injured. First of all accidents happen and unfortunate dogs are unpredictable. My dog was hurt one day and the staff contacted me to let me know I took him to the vet and he received treatment. You complained about the vet bills and about Dogtopia and $25, well if you had listened they always say that there is a $25 fee. You also left your dog without asking questions about where your dog will be because they allow you to observe on the camera before you leave the dog for the day. If you saw something you did not like you could have taken your dog. This is a great place I have been there over a year and my dog loves it. The dogs all are calm and even tempered unlike dog parks where you don't know what kinds of dogs are there. Dogtopia is a controlled environment and safe. It was unfortunate what happened but you just wanted to give a negative review as it seems that you are always using this platform for your negative views. Also the manager tried to help and offer you free days, if they did not care they would not have done anything. Again this is your baby but you are responsible for not taking him to the vet immediately after picking him up and you did not ask questions at your meet and greet. What part did your dog play in all this did your dog do something to the other dog because he was the new dog and all the dogs had been there. What part did you play you know your dog and that he may not like being with other dogs. Dogtopia is a great place and they do alot with the dogs. Again I'm sorry for your dog but in the future you need to take better care of your baby. Update to Karla: I feel sorry for you and I really feel sorry for your dog because you continue to bash the place he probably liked to be away from you. Are you sure it was not your dog that started the problem because like owner like pup. He got aggressive with another pup and the staff took care of him and called you. It was you that was lazy and had no regard for you baby. You did not take him to the vet till the next day. My dog recently got hurt and I took my baby to the vet immediately after calling and the vet knew it was during play he got hurt. Dogtopia was amazing and like all the pups there they treat them as if they were their own. You just want to be bitter like all your post. Get a life. The vet bill would have been less if you had taken him immediately. You need to stay home because you only post negative comments.

I lived in NJ and took my dog to the Old Bridge location during that time. 5 stars- not one issue or concern! I moved and took my 2 dogs here and just about every time they went there was an issue. I spoke to the staff and the manager on multiple occasions in hopes that things would get better. To my disappointment, nothing has changed. I’ve pulled my dogs from this daycare. The new manager has had more than enough time to get things under control. I’m disgusted on how the staff/management on this location is ruining the reputation of this franchise.

The staff at garden city park are amazing. They welcome me with a smile and warmth. I had been thinking about going into this place for some time now. A bunch of people have been telling me how great it is there at the dog park. I met the manager at the street fair in Jericho. We had a nice conversation and I was told I could have a free day for my dog, say less! I decided to come in and check the place out the staff gave me a tour of the place and explained the process to let my dog come and play. I need to get some borda vaccine for him before he can come, something about groups of dogs. But I will definitely be back!

BEYOND impressed with Allen & his team. We regularly have to board our 2 dogs...sometimes last minute- and it is always STRESS FREE. It is automated- but not to the point where you cant talk to a human without hours on the phone. I abhor that. Allen ( manager) is so committed , and a lot more organized than me, as is the entire crew- really affable and totally the captain of that ship and running it well. I hope his regional managers notice- truly- this kid is busting his butt and with heart & drive- rare these days. Let's celebrate it. I've used almost 10 boarding places over the years- NEVER had this level of ease....I kind of joke that its a mirage...they're that good. lol. My dogs come home happy. Couldn't speak more highly. Seriously- I don't do reviews often. ;)

I recently started taking my poodle, Benji, to Dogtopia, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff at Dogtopia is absolutely wonderful. They are attentive, caring, and clearly love what they do. Every time I pick Benji up after work, he is happily exhausted from a day full of play and interaction with other dogs. It’s fantastic to see him so well-socialized and content. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and I feel confident leaving Benji in their capable hands. I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a top-notch daycare for their furry friend.

I have brought my dog 3 times now and each time we go he is SO happy and can’t wait (he tugs on the leash it’s really cute).. the first time I went was for the meet and greet and they allowed Joey to stay the rest of the day for no charge. They were so kind to offer us another free day that I decided to bring Joey back again the same week! This will definitely be our spot if Joey ever needs day care and I look forward to all the future events ❤️🐶🙏🏻

Picked up my dog COUGHING UP BLOOD IN THE LOBBY AND UNABLE TO BREATHE OR STAND. When my dog was unable to breathe and coughing up blood, the manager Colin looked at the blood and said “what is that?” And wiped it away. My dog was groomed at Dogtopia around 12pm and then LEFT IN A CRATE ALONE FOR FIVE HOURS while he was struggling to breathe, coughing up blood and limping until we picked him up. We immediately rushed him to the vet who then advised us he needed immediate emergency care at a veterinarian ER where they took X-rays that diagnosed him with non cardiogenic pulmonary edema resulting from a choking incident. The vet at the veterinarian ER urged me to call Dogtopia to ask them to review the footage for anything alarming. The manager Colin told me he watched the footage and did not see anything out of the ordinary. The vet advised us he needed to go to a different veterinarian hospital for further treatment including oxygen therapy. My dog stayed in the hospital for three days in critical condition. I never heard back from anyone at dogtopia concerning the video or to check on how my dog that was injured under their supervision was doing. When my dog was finally home and doing well, I contacted Collin to inquire about what insurance I could file a claim with. He advised me they do not have insurance and sent a copy of the pet parent agreement I signed that states Dogtopia is not responsible to any financial costs associated with injuries to my pet. The same paragraph describes that if your dog is injured in any way, dogtopia staff is required to contact you and bring your dog for medical help at a vet or hospital if deemed necessary. I understand that accidents happen but what I don’t understand is how my dog was kept in a crate for hours while he coughed up and choked on his own blood and struggled to breathe without being brought for help. If they didn’t want to help my dog, I could have left work and done it myself if i was informed. We are completely traumatized by everything that occurred. I trusted these people with my dog and they broke my trust. I don't think I can ever leave my dog alone or get groomed ever again.

Love the daycare and so does Apollo he jumps out of the car upon arrival. However I am not as pleased as I was with the previous management it was much better. I feel that they don't have the quality of staff as they did before. Our pets understand and should be spoken to not just crated everytime they do wrong and they repeat it because the staff don't tell them what they are doing wrong. I really miss Collen the previous manager he made it lively and wanted new things and wanted the pet parents involved. Now they just want you to drop off and go. I have been watching my pet even more on camera.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My dog came back aggressive and very reactive towards people and other dogs and I blame dogtopia. I think they locked him up the entire time I left him there, and who knows what else happened. They refuse to give me the camera footage and refused to send me the link to the live feed. When I asked to speak to someone to give me an update on my dog they were scrambling, stuttering and aggressive to me. Not to mention, I paid for a bath and groom and my dog was soaking wet when I picked him up. these people are incredibly irresponsible and only prioritize shoving as many dogs as possible into a small room or kennels. Don't come here, your dog will come out damaged!
