Liz and Jose were great! Liz and I talked a few times between the time we confirmed the pet-sit and the time they arrived. They were anxious to see the welcome guide I prepared and had clearly read it before they arrived. They had never been to my area before, but they researched the things they like to do beforehand and found what they need. They always got back to me quickly when we communicated and always did exactly what they said they would do (and what I asked, like texting me their ETA when they were on their way here). Unfortunately, my cat is a weirdo - sort of feral acting - and didn't come out of hiding until their last day or two. But they were patient with her and even left the house a few times to give her a chance to come out and eat and do her business. They were really disappointed that they couldn't spend more time with my sweet girl, but they took care of all of her needs with regard to food, water, and scooping litter, so she was well taken care of. Liz and I have been in touch already since their sit, and we're hoping we can find a way to make Rosie more comfortable with them next time. Hopefully, that will happen, because I really liked them, and they loved my area, so a repeat performance would be great for all of us, hopefully including Rosie.

Scott is a dream. Not only did he take great care of our cats and bearded dragon, but he was respectful, responsive, and extremely responsible. He even unboxed some perishables that arrived in the mail and put them in the fridge, as well as washing the sheets and making the bed up for us after his stay. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

My house was sparkling clean and the cats were very happy. She is the first sitter I have ever had who kept all my plants in wonderful condition. We met Samantha and her son Asher in person before we left. They are delightful people and my cat Lacie warmed up to them right away. Everything went well with their sit. Samantha is a good communicator. I recommend her highly.

Grace and Stephen looked after both Elsa and our house very well. Elsa seemed contented and happy on our return. They kept in touch and sent regular photos and video clips. They arrived a day early, by arrangement, and it was great to get to know them and have an opportunity to show them the house and to meet Elsa. They had their own dog, Odin, and he and Elsa got on very well.

Marisol and her friend, Tyler, did a short sit for us while my husband had an unexpected surgery. From the moment of our on line meeting, we could tell they were a lovely young couple. We exchanged phone numbers and had good communication before and during the sit. It was only 2 nights, but Marisol & Tyler kept our 11 month and 4 1/2 month old CKC pups busy and entertained. They worked on reinforcing our training and walking them on a leash. Our dogs, Bentley and Sophie, absolutely loved them and even slept in their bed. It was evident that Marisol is a real dog lover and genuinely liked our pups. We were very happy with how they cared for our dogs and property. We would not hesitate to recommend Marisol for future sits.

Linnae and Mathew were wonderful and took fabulous care of our "dog-cat" Flash. He took to them immediately and we received daily updates. The house was tidy and bed made...lovely couple!

I cannot say enough great things about Bill and Tammy! They house sat for my dog Bailey for nearly two months while I was away in Europe. I could not have asked for better care for her! They gave Bailey all the love and attention that an elderly dog needs, and sent me regular updates, adorable photos, and videos of her which helped ease my mind while I was away. They also went above and beyond by repairing the damage that Bailey caused when she knocked the doggie gate out of the wall. When I returned home, everything was clean and in perfect order, which was such a relief after being away for so long. I highly recommend Bill and Tammy for anyone looking for reliable and caring housesitters. They truly treated Bailey as if she were their own and I am so grateful for the excellent care they provided!

Alfonsa and Sebastien were wonderful, and made us feel welcome and comfortable, they had thought of everything and worked with us on aligning schedules. 

Their house is lovely and allowed us to explore Arlington and Roosevelt Island park, walk a few times to Georgetown, and go back to our favorite restaurants and museums in DC proper, all accessible a short metro ride away.

Ms. Savannah was an absolute delight. Super easy to take care of, and such a sweet character! She is affectionate, but not demanding, playful, fluffy, and absolutely gorgeous. We bonded over a few days and we find ourselves thinking of her so often since we left. 

We would come back to take care of her anytime!

Joan was a great host. You can tell she  used to be a five star Airbnb host because she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Mickey and Archie are very sweet, well-behaved, cuddly and easy to care for. We enjoyed walks and smells in the neighborhood and snuggles on the couch. The neighborhood has good restaurants and a lovely 24-hour cafe. I highly recommend this sit!

Great sit. Claire's spacious apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everything you need. Gibbs and Dibs were no trouble. Gibbs is a bit shy at first but warms up. Dibs is playful bean from the get go! Communication with Claire was easy 😊

What a wonderful way to start the year...  I think I may have hit the sitting jackpot! Kate & Tony are incredibly lovely, kind, generous people who made me feel super welcome in their home. Sancho is one of the best natured dogs I've ever known and was a wonderful companion during my four-week stay. Pip was also super affectionate - whenever she was around! I absolutely loved taking care of them, and loved spending time in this beautiful part of the world.
