When I first saw Dottie’s profile she sounded like a dream. Her profile was saturated with zen, full of a life of children + animals, public service/volunteer work + she was a traveler/explorer of the world with her career. With all of those she was a quick vet! I couldn't help but think what a *interesting* woman - I must speak with her! After speaking to her, I felt so assured she could handle anything + her presence was calming, warm, saturated in gratitude + peacefulness (which is something I try to aspire to in the theme of my apartment). When she said she connected with my apartment (my patio, etc) + I knew it would be a great match! We started communicating before my trip + she was sending lovely messages, meditations, thoughtful passages + sayings which I LOVED. She even sent a sweet thoughtful card (as my mom had just passed) - kinder than most people I know! I had to push back my trip start date + asked if she wanted to stay with me but she instead was very accommodating + made alternate arrangements + came by the day I was leaving. She sent pictures of the kitties daily + when there was a hail storm she rescued my Nutella, girl cat, from the patio. She was scared + Dottie brought her back in. Any little thing I asked she was great with. I loaded her with a lot of information at the get go + about packages coming in + she was very easy going about it all. We bonded early on over shared life experiences, similar paths we are both on in this last year so when I saw the gifts she left me upon her departing it brightened my day oh so much! We both love art + in her gifts she left some things I can use in my future art which was oh so thoughtful! She also left sweet notes (she is SO good at this!) + a custom gift that was oh so perfectly in tune with my life path now. She also left snacks + a few things I am now using (since I arrived to a fridge with not much). After the toughest year of my life (my mom’s recent passing) these sweet, caring gestures go so far for me. Really. Dottie’s presence is a gift in itself. She cares for all things, people, animals, homes + respects everything! Her kindness is boundless + her thoughtfulness even more so. P.S. I arrived at a super clean home, one where I did not need to do a THING. God bless this woman! I only wish she was local + we could have her more often. Dottie, you were such a blessing to us! James and Mizuho were a lovely couple to have take care of Jip. The house was tidy, the garden had been watered and they were very good in communicating. Would definitely recommend them!!

Yanni took great care of our pup, Jeppe, for 10 days! She was extremely communicative, friendly and left the house in great shape. Zero issues whatsoever. We'd gladly welcome her back for another sit anytime!

James and Irene came to look after our spaniel Barley and to house sit. They were very helpful as we decided to leave a day earlier than planned so they changed their plans so they could be with Barley when we left, and we had plenty of time to show them round etc. They sent us photographs and videos during the week of a very happy Barley, who was obviously having a wonderful time with them! We returned home to a happy dog and a very clean and tidy house - they had even managed to clean some areas of the fridge which are virtually impossible to get to without completely taking it all apart! It was great to meet them both and would not hesitate to invite them back if they are in the UK again Many thanks!

I have nothing but gratitude for Betty and especially for her sitting partner and mother, Ivy. While Betty could not join her mother in watching our dogs, clear, direct, and timely communication about this minor change in plans made me very confident in the support that both Betty and Ivy would provide, and I was glad to support Betty in seizing a rare opportunity. When it came to our home and dogs, Ivy and Betty asked all the right questions in the lead up to my sit, I found Ivy to be a conscientious and generous house guest, very engaging socially, and her care for my dogs and home was self evident through her regular updates and the state of things on my return. I can only hope that we will be so lucky to engage Ivy and Betty for another upcoming sit and send them great appreciation from my family.

Bob was extremely responsible and I would call him a "no fuss" sitter. He showed up, he let me know he had arrived, he took excellent care of my pets and then he left! He texted me a few times and sent me some photos to let me know that all was well. And he was extremely thoughtful.

Reza is exactly who you hope for with a pet sitter! He was very friendly and easy to communicate with, flexible and accommodating, and my cat fussy cat absolutely fell in love! We came home to a very clean house and a happy kitty. Thank you Reza!
