Our housesitting experience at the dome was absolutely unforgettable and one of a kind! From the moment we arrived, Mikel and Evan made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and friendliness, as did the rest of the family, including Evan's adorable parents! Their incredible hospitality truly made our stay special. They maintained excellent communication and were always available to answer any questions and make our stay even better!

The dome is an incredibly cozy haven, perfect for working, relaxing, and enjoying nature. Nested into a gorgeous valley, we couldn't help but admiring the beauty of the nature around, from the soothing sounds of waterfalls and birds to the lush greenery and landscape.
We already miss our daily swims in the river, always under the watchful eye of the adorable little Lidl.

This furry playful and cuddly cat was truly the highlight of our stay. From the start we knew we'd get very attached to this little one. Despite being quite active at night, he loved to snuggle with us during the first and the last couple of hours of the night to make sure he wouldn't miss any of the cuddles! It was the cutest thing to fall asleep with him! During the day he would always sleep near us if we were working, or go on our sides when we were going for a walk, meowing every few meters if he couldn't see us anymore and then sprinting to lead the way again!

Living off-grid in the dome was incredibly comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities one could need and more! It is absolutely beautiful and left us in awe from the moment we arrived until the day we left, and we feel truly honored to have been trusted by Mikel & Evan to look after it and its furry prince.

Temperature was totally manageable in June and we even went through a few impressive thunderstorms and rainy cloudy days!

We cannot recommend this housesit enough. Mikel and Evan are fantastic hosts who set high standards for our first sit on this platform. Lidl is the cutest cat, and the entire experience was simply unforgettable. We are already nostalgic of our morning coffees on the deck cuddling with Lidl and watching the river and birds pass by! Thank you so much for the opportunity to care for your lovely home. We hope to return someday and make even more unforgettable memories!
