Julietta and Sebastian were very welcoming on our arrival and had lots of information to share, both about Popsicle and Habibi as well as their new home in Halifax. The birds were easy to care for and a pleasure to spend time with, providing us with lots of entertainment. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Halifax and the surrounding area, it is comfortable and very well equipped.
Stella was such a beautiful and loving pup but also loved her own space, she loves to play fetch and go on walks, she is very intelligent and will quickly get used to your routine she knew we were going on a walk if I finished doing my hair and put my sneakers on and would go from lying outside the bathroom to very excited. Stella can be very boisterous on a lead when she sees other dogs and people on bikes and scootersim so requires an experienced handler that is paying attention. (I'm 5,1 and managed fine) If you don't see a dog she is great to walk with so we often walked the trail at the lake or the oval until the spring grass snakes appeared. She also absolutely loves the dog park so we took her as much as possible to burn off her energy after a good run around she was very chilled in the afternoon or evening highly recommend taking her she isn't boisterous at any dogs whole waiting to get into the park. Pye was very vocal about when he wanted attention and was such a sweet cat, most of the time he would snooze in his bed or in the sun somewhere but sometimes would engage in zoomies with Stella or join us when we were making dinner and want to be involved. Communication was great from the beginning, and although we had a glitch with the welcome guide not showing up for us, we had written notes and a lot of info was provided during the handover. The house is in a a beautiful street of historic homes and I had the pleasure of being there while spring came around so seeing all the daffodils come out and blooming trees was really beautiful and made walks enjoyable. The town is also adorable and we found everyone friendly and we had everything we needed there. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the opportunity to get to know fort Atkinson.
Jo made me feel very welcome in her home and the dogs were good fun to be with. They were very willing to take their tablets and played very happily with other dogs that we met in the park. Deal has a lot of history and there is plenty to explore.
We loved looking after Gizmo, he is such a warm energetic puppy and has been very well trained and was great off the lead. Jana and Itay were incredibly hospitable and made our sit easy and seamless. They have a lovely home and made us feel really welcomed. We would 100% look after Gizmo again, we miss him heaps!
What a lovely stay in West Seattle. Heather was very communicative and kind. It was helpful that I was able to visit before the sit and get a tour…and most importantly meet the kitties. Athena, Persephone, and Apollo are adorable in their own ways. They have very different personalities which make them lovable. Their home is easy to get to and neighborhood safe and friendly. Great views of Puget Sound and a nice walk to Lincoln Park via Thistle Street Stairs. Thank you for a wonderful time! Highly recommend sitting for Heather and Charlie :)
We had the nice opportunity to stay at Christa's oasis for few weeks, and it was amazing. The place it's perfect if you like nature, birds and tranquility! Its a real good place to relax, meditate, and to practice & work with yourself. The view there was amazing, even if the ocean is about 20 min far, you still could see it. Also is easy to reach to the ocean from there and to some very nice beaches near by in the area. The cozy city of Tavira is close in the area too. Christa explained us everything in few hours and showed us the house and the garden. Communication with her was very good and she helped us with what we needed during our sit, to make our time nice and smooth. The garden was nice, with a lot of flowers and trees. Like in a fairy-tale. But, for to keep everything green and nice looking, we needed to water the plants almost every day, around 1 hour (each of us). Otherwise all would be very dry. But we enjoyed doing that. The views from there are great, all over the area. We were accommodated in a decent little room, and even if we are not fancy persons, for us, the toilet (located outside), was a bit challenging. Mostly during the night time, or when was raining. (Shower was outside too, but close near by the room). But overall, we had a beautiful time and nice experiences to this house and pet sit. The little fur ones, Manuel, Maili and Maui, are adorable, lovely and lovable... also very well educated, with a very good behavior. They are ones of our preferred cats we ever pet-sit. Manuel was always asking for cuddles and willing to be with someone, almost all the time. We really enjoyed his purring and his massages. Minou, she is a shy one, and always curious. She liked to come with us all around, in the garden, and wherever we were sitting. Maili, she was shy too in the beginning, but after few days, she came to us for cuddles and attention as well. So, a great area, with a lot of beautiful places to visit around, plus a nice and peaceful house location, with a lovely company of 3 adorable cats. We really enjoyed our time spent in Vila Nova de Cacela and Tavira area, and thank you Christa for all these!

Vicky clearly cared about my dog. She would thoroughly document the visit, send pictures, and give a subjective description of the disposition of my pet. Since she got to know my pet, she would notice things I sometimes didn't, like his nails becoming too long or certain behaviors to which I became inured. She's very responsible, even remembering to lock doors more often that I remember. I'm moving out of DFW, but I can only hope to have a dog sitter as reliable and courteous as her.

We have used Miss Vicky for over 5 years for trips ranging from a few days to over a month long, and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is extremely professional and reliable, and also very good with our three cats. She is diligent about checking in daily, providing pictures, and giving updates not just on the cats, but also mail and anything else she notices in the house that may need to be addressed. She has also been great with my oldest cat Gus, giving him meds when required and keeping a close eye on his health issues. If you want peace of mind while traveling, don’t hesitate to leave your pets in Miss Vicky’s care!
My wife and I have been using Miss Vicky’s pet sitting service for almost 2 years now. I can’t believe I haven’t given her a five star review until now! She is absolutely wonderful with all of our animals. We have a larger dog and a small Yorkie, two tabby cats and a black-and-white cat. Some stay upstairs some stay downstairs, some like certain treats, some get sick if they eat others. She’s very cognizant of all of this and medicates the dogs and cats when necessary as well. Special props this time for figuring out who’s been eating all the “lil” cat soups lol. Turns out it was our dog Daisy, who has decided going up and down the stairs even though it’s against the rules is OK as long as we’re not home :-). On our last trip, I came home to find the trash bins out on the street. She asked about all this in the introductory interview when she came to meet all the animals, but I guess I’ve just never been gone on the day that she would have been required to do that. For our animals, she stays about an hour. She sends photos of them looking all happy and fed. She watches the one carefully that is supposed to poop while she is here, and we even get reports about that. If you’re looking for a pet sitter, I highly recommend Miss Vicky’s pet sitting services. And although it’s called Miss Vicki‘s pet sitting services, we’ve only ever seen Miss Vicky. I think it might be just her running the business, which I can’t even imagine. Sometimes when she hast to squeeze us in for a last-minute trip, she’ll come at 4:30 in the morning sometimes 830 at night. I know she would spend the night if we asked her to. Once again, just bringing home that five star review! (Here is a note she leaves. She writes one every day and sends an email.)
I’ve known Vicki for quite awhile and I have always relied upon her advice about any problems I was having with my Shih Tzu puppy ( now a grown up princess) Vicki always has a calm common sense approach that always seems to work well. I’ve also watched her work with deaf dogs and they seem to be very calm when they are with her. I recommend her entirely.

Miss Vicky did an amazing job taking care of our two dogs while we were out of town. I was stressed before leaving because one of my dogs is rather high-maintenance and runs off if given the chance. After meeting Miss Vicky, I knew that she would be able to handle him. I requested that she texted me pictures of my dogs everyday, which she did, and I was able to see that my dogs were very happy - I know they loved her homemade dog treats. We came home from our trip to two calm and content dogs and she had even cleaned up the messes they made in the house while we were gone. Highly recommended!
Miss Vicky has helped watch our dogs several times and she is the best! She is very thorough and truly cares for the animals. She always gives us updates on how our dogs are doing and will keep in touch with us when we are home to make sure we made it safely. I am very, very picky who takes care of my dogs. Miss Vicky is the best! She took care of my sick cat who would hide from anybody, but not for Miss Vicky! I was amazed! She has taken care of my pets for a couple of years now, and I trust Miss Vicky extremely! I can leave for a couple of weeks and know my pets are in great hands! She now is pet sitting my dog, who was very skidish of people, from being abused from past owners. Hugo, my dog just loves her and pretty much jumps out of the car when we get to her house! We have been using Beth and Power to the Pawz to train our Mascot Pup, Abbie over the last few months. We signed up for her Platinum Fearful Dog Program because Abbie is a Rescued American Staffy whom has a few issues with people touching her that she doesn't know and a fear of other dogs that turns into aggression if the dogs get too close. We are working through these issues with Beth and have seen such AMAZING improvement on both fronts over the last few months. When you adopt a dog that is afraid of being pet or seems 'aggressive' towards other dogs it is scary and stressful and frustrating. We have moved beyond the scared, stressful and frustrating time and are looking forward to a much easier future!
Beth is the BEST. She transformed my stubborn biting little piranha puppy into the fun, goofy, well behaved puppy she is now. Beth uses only positive reinforcement and my dog LOVES her. Before taking us as a client, Beth made sure the humans were committed to the training process and she has helped train me to continue training my pup.

Beth is amazing! She has really helped our family (and continues to help) adjust our behavior to help our fur baby have the best environment possible to be her best self. We rescued a dog about a year ago that is leash reactive and fearful of men. Beth has been an integral part of the dog being able to remain part of our family. We wouldn't leave our English bulldog with anyone but Power To The PawZ. Beth and her team really know how to handle and care for dogs. Beth has trained our bulldog, Botero, since he was a pup. He has always needed extra care and management because he is a highly anxious dog. Beth knows just how to handle him. I know that with her and her team, Botero will be safe and well cared for. Botero gets happy-excited every time someone from the team comes to the house to pick him up for boarding. It's great having this peace of mind when we go out of town.

We have used Pampered Pups multiple times to take care of our little dog. Wendy and her team take excellent care of our sweet boy-- they think of everything, even reminding me to leave out a towel so they can wipe the dog's feet if rain is forecasted! The daily reports the sitter sends-- usually including photos &/or videos of our fellow--give us peace of mind throughout the day. We highly recommend this company, so does Humphrey the dog!

Recently, Charlie was responsible for walking my dogs, Winston and Mango, and I must say, he did an amazing job. It was evident from his interaction with Winston and Mango that Charlie not only has a professional approach but also a genuine affection for dogs. His care and attentiveness towards my dogs were truly commendable, and it’s clear that he really enjoys his time with them. I believe employees like Charlie, who show such dedication and passion for their work, are invaluable assets to any team. I thought it important to acknowledge his outstanding performance and the positive impact it has had. This Tuesday, I need someone to take care of just Winston. I will feed him in the morning, but he will still need three walks throughout the day. Simply put, Pampered Pups and Wendy’s team are great and reliable. We have a had a handful of animals and they make it possible for us to get away. One animal even requires insulin injections and pills.
Mrs.Kim was absolutely amazing. She boarded both of our dogs, Leila and Poppa. We previously explained that our older pup, Leila is not easy to trust as she is a rescue, but she assured me she they would be safe and have lots of fun. Our dogs had a blast!! She sent updates daily and that made us feel more and more comfortable and have less and less anxiety. We will absolutely be utilizing her services as long as she is offering and space is available. We highly recommend Nitro Daycare and Dog boarding!!
Great boarding service. More like leaving our dog with a friend than at a typical kennel. We'll definitely use Nitro again the next time we need to travel and can't take our pupper with us.
Happy Tails is such a wonderful facility! Our baby boy Grogu LOVES his time up there and gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. We have used the day care service and boarding, and each visit shows how much they love and care for our precious pups! Thanks for all you do Happy Tails!
Our pups love Happy Tails, we use them for boarding & daycare and they have always taken very good care of them. They are always super excited to get there, and for us, that’s a tail tail sign they love the place. For boarding they are always good with feeding them exactly how we feed them at home. We highly recommend them!

I have not used their services yet but while getting coffee nearby, I had the pleasure of speaking with Patty while she was in a break. She was so friendly and informative. My dog has separation anxiety and so I’ve always been worried about boarding her or even utilizing a daycare service However , after talking to Patty, I feel I can trust this place. She also explained there is someone who stays overnight to watch over the animals and that’s reassuring. I will be considering Happy Tails in the future, thanks Patty!
We started taking our new puppy to Happy Tails for daycare and boarding years ago, right after they opened. We are now on our second dog with them and I can not say enough about how GREAT they are. The owners and staff are the BEST. We know our dogs will be well cared for and kept safe while there. Dogs will be dogs, but the staff goes above and beyond to manage safe playtime. I don’t take my dogs to the dog park since the staff of Happy Tails is not there to monitor them!! Thank you Happy Tails staff for being the absolute BEST at letting our fur kids have lots of safe playtime and for allowing us worry free vacations. Of course as a responsible dog owner, we do our part by keeping all our vaccines up to date.
Everybody likes it here! Dogs love it, the grooming is great, and they get to socialize with other dogs, and they look good and the prices are very good.
We have been taking both of our dogs to Happy Tails for years. They love it there! The staff is so kind and sweet to them. They even take extra care of our older dog and leave her up in the front. Highly recommend this place!! Very good boarding place!
Cannot recommend Happy Tails more! When we were planning to go out of town, we wanted to find a new place to board and groom our dog in the area. They did a great job following up on all the necessary paperwork and keeping us posted on his pick-up and drop off dates. Most of all Butters had lots of fun and cannot wait to go back.
My rescue dog has high anxiety but they do a great job with him. He always looks great after a grooming here.

Darla was amazing! We needed someone last minute to watch our dogs! She responded immediately. She came over to meet my dogs and she made them feel very comfortable. My dogs were adopted and one of them takes a while to warm up to people but she liked Darla. She checked in with us daily, providing us with updates as well as pictures! She is very trustworthy, very passionate about dogs, i will be using her to pet sit every time going forward! Thank you again
Darla is an absolute godsend! We have 2 very particular pit bull rescue pups. 1 male & 1 female. They usually take a while to warm up to people, so Darla visited them not once, not twice, but 3 times before our trip to make sure that they were comfortable with her & that there would be no issues while we were away. She came to our home multiple times throughout each day to let them out into the yard & feed them while we were gone. She went above & beyond to take care of our pups & our home. We have always been a bit apprehensive about leaving our little ones because of their high maintenance needs. Not any more! Darla is AMAZING!! I highly recommend her & Heartbeats at Your Feet to anyone who may be looking for a honest, kind & loving soul to watch after your furry babies while you are gone. Bring on the next vacation!! My sister and I left our 3 dogs with Darla over the weekend, she was AMAZING with our babies. She kept constant communication with us while on our trip and she is the sweetest woman you’ll meet. She made us feel at ease when we dropped off our babies. We will definitely leave our dogs with her in the future!

Heartbeats’ Darla looked after our two kitties and kept an eye on our home for more than two weeks while we vacationed, and she did a great job. She also brought in the mail, and she kept my plants watered, but most of all she took wonderful care of my boys — and they were happy and thriving when we arrived home last night. Her services cost no more than leaving the cats at the veterinary kennel, and she was highly responsive to my questions and check-ins. She took copious notes, followed my advice and instructions, and tidied up after the cats very nicely. We’ll be sure to call her again, and I would recommend her for sure.
Everyone is so friendly! Know your fur baby by name even after the 1st visit! Love the exercise they get throughout the day and lots of loves and pets. Lots of interaction and making new friends!!

The staff is so friendly and take care of my little bundle of energy. She has trouble getting along with some dogs so they make sure to keep them separated and give her a break when she needs it. She comes home the best kind of tired and happy.
We love Jade at the front and so does our Smokey. He has so much anxiety and Jade and the other workers made a point to help him transition to day care as a puppy. We will only ever go to Bow Wow. And their prices are surprisingly affordable, especially if you purchase the packages.

My dog and I both love Camp Bow Wow! He can play with other dogs who are current on vaccinations and are size appropriate in a safe environment. The prices are very reasonable, too.

I left my previous groomer of 9 years because Camp Bow Wow was highly recommended, but after today's experience I was so disappointed. I specifically requested a particular grooming service on their website and I know I did not elect any extras, but when I picked up my dog they charged me for extra services I never requested. What's worse is that Rose was so conflictive and focused on defending her ground than trying to make sure I at least left the facility a satisfied customer. She did not even offer a resolution to my valid complaint. She could've at least apologized or try to make things right, instead after I leave she follows up with a voicemail giving me more reasons in favor of her argument. So let me make it clear once again. I never requested extra services, much less did I sign a document authorizing it. This business is not transparent with their pricing. I'm sure they have many satisfied customers, but unfortunately they missed the mark this time. Notice in the response. Even the owner is so defensive and she wasn't even there to witness the situation. Unfortunately YES, this review warrants a 1 star. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews that come pouring in right after mine.

After much thought and deliberation, I am writing this as others should be aware of what we encountered. While under the care of Good Day Pet Sitting our dog, Zeus became ill and we came home to find him passed away. Please note our boy was older and that we notified Good Day prior to our leaving that he seemed to be not eating and that in the event he was to worsen we would need them to take him to the vet and we would rush home. On day two of our departure I recommended that Zeus be taken to the vet. When I did so the sitter stated that I would need to arrange that with the owner and expressed no urgency to seek emergency care. I was very concerned, but the sitter continued to state up until day 4 of our departure that he was acting normal although not eating much. The night of day 4 I received an instant message that Zeus was not getting up and seemed sluggish and unable to eat. At that point, out of frustration and a lack of confidence in Good Day I stated that we would rush home in the morning to tend to him and get him to the vet. On the morning of day 5 per instant message we received an update that Zeus was extremely worse, vomited and would hardly get up. At this point we were on our way home and I thought we could make it in time to take him to the vet. Once we arrive our Zeus had already passed away. I’m very disappointed because at no point did, we ever receive a phone call, nor did they have a sense of urgency to seek emergency care. When I called to report his departure, the owner stated that she was shocked and due to their heavy holiday load was not aware Zeus’s situation was so serious. Furthermore, they never ever express any sincerity that they could have done more to ensure a different outcome. This is unacceptable to us as we put the lives of our babies in their hands. Due to the situation we informed Good Day that we would like to terminate our relationship, explained our reasoning and that we would like our key back. After 18 days that included two instant messages, a voicemail and finally a third instant message that conveyed that we would like our key back or we would seek other means; we instantaneously received confirmation that our key would be returned along with a message that stated that they each thought that the other had returned it. We agree that there are things that we as owners could have done differently but we feel that had Good Day shown more urgency and acted once the emergency presented itself, we would have had a different outcome. This is not how a customer, or our pets should be treated. My hope is to inform customers to take caution as it seems they are overwhelmed and if your pet’s life is concerned it may not be taken into consideration.
Good Day Pet Sitters has been a life saver! My dog is a large, Senior Great Dane/Pit mix. The level of care and sheer dedication to the animals is what makes this particular animal service business the absolute best. I was so worried leaving my dog alone for hours on end, and all of the walkers have made the process so smooth and easy. The app is easy to use, the communication is great, and all the walkers take wonderful pictures of my dog on his daily walks. I can honestly say I recommend Good Day Pet Sitters to everyone! They put my mind at ease and take such good care of my dog. They truly go above and beyond to make sure my dog is taken care of, including taking him to emergency and regular vet visits. Thank you Wendy and Andrew for your kind hearts and service. I’m so grateful for GDPS!
We ADORE Wendy and the Good Day team! After years of failed pet sitting check ins for our cats (both in and outside of Texas) we finally found a company we can trust. In fact, we hired another local company for a few check ins prior to Good Day and we spent our week contacting that company to get an update on our cats! I was so frustrated and booked Good Day last minute to finish the visits while we were out of town and they were empathetic to our situation and squeezed us in to their schedule. So grateful! The team provides the best updates! They always send photos and very cute and detailed messages with every visit - we actually look forward to their updates because they make us laugh and feel comforted our cats are in good care. They are never generic updates, it’s always very unique to our cats’ personalities and that specific visit. We have also used Good Day for dog walking and even took advantage of their afternoon hike - Wendy came by to pick up our dog Manny and sent us an entire album of photos from their hike together! It’s a really special way to get some one on one time instead of sending your pup to daycare for the day! Scheduling is SO easy and they are affordable/on par with other pet sitting companies. We absolutely adore this team and highly recommend them
I absolutely love Good Day Pet Sitters! It can be very nerve-wracking leaving the care of your pup in someone else's hands, even if it's just to take them for a walk while you're away at work. The team at Good Day Pet Sitters does such an amazing job, that I'm left worry free. Always get great pictures and thorough updates about their visits with my precious pup and I always feel they take such great care of her! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has pet sitting needs! Additionally, they've always been super flexible when there needed to be a change in my usual schedule and had very competitive pricing for walk packages.
Wendy and her team are so great! I travel so often for work and there have been a few last minute instances where Wendy has come to the rescue. I have someone come by to check on and feed my cat while I'm gone each day and the best part is they send pictures while they're there. Definitely recommend this service to give you peace of mind while you're away from your pet.
Good Day Pet Sitters is incredibly flexible for their clients. They are generally available for emergency visits for people like me who sometimes unexpectedly get stuck at work and can't get home to let the dog out for a long while. Wendy and her staff are very nice are great at what they do. The service as a whole is also very well organized. If you can't set a consistent service schedule, Wendy will reach out every week and see when you need help. Truly incredible.
We could not be happier with the incredible staff at Good Day Pet Sitters! They are so dependable, and I just love knowing our fur baby is in wonderful hands. The daily photos/videos are such an added bonus! I love being able to see our dog having fun / getting exercise when I can't be there to experience it first hand with him. Wendy and her team of sitters have always been excellent. They love our sweet dog, send sweet pictures when they sit and do a great job of loving our fur family member well. I would highly recommend them! We used a kennel before and will never board again! Also, their rates are reasonable.

That's Good Day Pet Sitters. The owner, Wendy, has such a rapport with dogs that I wonder sometimes whether she is part dog herself. When my Golden Retriever, 4-year-old Annie, sees Wendy or a member of her team at my door, she is absolutely thrilled because she knows that she's about to get a great walk and that she will be the center of Wendy's attention for the next hour. I don't know how Wendy and her team do it, but if I tried to imagine the best dog caretakers in the world it would be Good Day Pet Sitters. A++++++
My girls had a great experience at Wag Hotel since they were not able to stay at home while I went out of town for a few days. They were able to share the same space together and the little cot so they didn’t have to lay on the floor. I was able to leave their favorite food and treats with their schedule. Also a great thing about Wag Hotel is they are open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.. I was able to pick them up when I got back in town from the air port at 12:30am.
Our big boy is a Great Dane so we knew we needed to find him a place to accommodate his size, and Wag Hotels has be the only place who can! I also love the welcome sign when you walk in that displayed a warm welcome with his name on it! So cute! Not only is Goliath well taken care of but i really love that we get updates with pictures throughout the day! Their Ultra Suite has a big bed just like his bed at home, and everyone there has been so great to us and our baby! When we need him to be at a place where it's home away from home, Wag hotels is home! My fur baby has never gone out of the house much and i can tell he enjoys going to daycare he gets really happy to get out of his environment to go have fun with other pups and people! He's also super excited and runs to me when i pick him up which let's me know he's happy there because he runs in the same way with excitement! Thank you, Wag hotel, Josh the manager who's awesome, and all of the staff for taking such great care of our baby🐾🐶 We really appreciate you🐾🐶
I love this place. They know my dog the minute he comes in and they are so kind. All day play makes him a calm puppy when he comes home. On the few days he doesn’t go, he’s a mess! He loves it.
My babies have THE BEST days at Wag Hotels- Richardson! The staff is super kind to EVERY fur baby! They come home smelling the same way I dropped them off! I LOVE IT HERE!! This is (by far) the absolute best daycare my girls have EVER attended! The lobby is absolutely beautiful too! ❤️ I honestly can’t say enough great things about this facility!
Wag Hotels is the best!!! All staff members are very friendly and welcoming! My dog is always so excited when he arrives to attend daycare! One perk that I really love is that they have a webcam for you to check in whenever you would like to. If you’re thinking about giving them a try you won’t regret it!
We were away for ten days and it was our first time taking our dog to Wag Hotels. We absolutely loved it! Had the chance to tour the place first before we commit, and the manager Joshua was extremely helpful. Wag Hotels is a clean, friendly, well-organized and very convenient place, our dog was very well taken care of there. We had updates and pictures of our dog everyday, and I can see from the cameras that our dog has been having the best time there with his friends. Special thanks to a staff who introduced herself as Jessica. On the night when we checked in our dog, she was super helpful, welcoming, and assuring. She had tons of patience for our dog and thoroughly answered every question that we had. We really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this place!
First stay was fantastic. A few days before my dog’s actual stay I toured a few facilities and this was one of them. The staff are friendly and provide great information on the available options. During her stay I was informed via a call how she was doing and was provided several picture updates of her solo play. I enjoyed and appreciated the amount of attention and detail they seem to give. When I picked her up she was happy and had good spirits. I even heard the staff discussing other dogs and it was refreshing to see them make a personal connection instead of treating them like numbers.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Wags Hotel, in Richardson! The staff is amazing! You can tell they really like their job! We had Emma stay with them. She was a particular case and wasn’t good with larger groups. They were able to take her privately! We will definitely be back. I was nervous about boarding my two dogs for the first time since they’d never been in that kind of setting, but they did great! When I checked the live camera feed, I was pleasantly surprised to see my normally nervous/reactive boy playing with new dogs and cuddling with new humans - something I never thought would be possible! The staff was great, even calling to inform me about a minor incident where one of my dogs broke a nail while playing. Not a big deal at all, but it was reassuring to know they were handling everything and keeping me informed along the way. I’d definitely trust them with my dogs again!
Just adopted my pup and WAG has been great with her! The staff is amazing and the updates through out the day but my at easy that I found the right spot for her daycare!
Daniel runs the best pet resort in the area. We always take our cat (Callie) to Daniel, when we are going to be out of town. We have recommended Lake Pointe Pet Resort to all of our pet owning friends. They all love Daniel too. The price is much lower than most other places and they get excellent care while staying.
We have taken my Dachshund Chester since he was a pup. (Now 11 years old.) They take very good care of him.
They are the best. They are out of the way for me but the love and care they gave my dogs was unsurpassed and worth the trip. I used them for over 13 years. Never a problem. Never an issue. Many laughs like when I would open the car door and the dogs would run to the door as they opened the door and run straight to their kennel. I guess my dogs felt comfortable and safe at Lakepointe Pet Resort.
Daniel has been taking on the boarding of my sweetheart Gypsy Belle for the last couple of years since our veterinary office stopped doing that service and recommended Lake point Pet Resort. He is the most gracious, kind, loving and caring person who always remembers you, your pet and keeps in touch with you to see how you're doing. He has been a godsend and a blessing for us having to travel for a family emergency several times and just because we felt like getting out of rowlet. He takes care of my fur baby like he does his own. I absolutely recommend this establishment because the accommodations and the care given are exquisite and so well given.
This is the only place we will leave our fur baby! Daniel is amazing with the animals and goes above and beyond for them and has for us when hours were not ideal with our schedule. Kaia ( mini husky) is so excited when we drive up everytime, practically jumping out of the car, which is the most amazing thing! Unlike the vet where she shakes and will not get out of the car. We can not be more happy to have found a trust worthy, clean, and safe fun environment for our fur child!
