Stephanie is the greatest housesitter ever! Not only did she care for my two dogs, but I also fostered feral kittens at the last minute and she graciously took care of them too. My animals all loved her (I think the kittens definitely still prefer her to me!) and she left my house cleaner than how I left it. She’s a fantastic communicator and you can see she cares about pets like they are family. Already booked my next sit with her!
We had an awesome time at Junine's house. The best part was getting to know Junine outside of sitting time. She is a positive person and loves to laugh. She prepared our bedrooms with great attention to detail, including table games, pens, and paper to motivate our kid's imagination. Before the sitting, she showed us the routine to balance the dogs and cats at feeding time. Buddy and Timmy are very energetic but also love to stay near you when the fireplace is on. Louis and Murphy appear sporadically at feeding time or when the dogs are more relaxed. Junine is very flexible and adapted to our suggestions. We shared some ideas with her, and she was happy with the results. The house has amazing views and is just a few minutes from Hamilton City center and 30-45 minutes from fantastic hiking places and beaches, such as Raglan beaches and the lake.
It was such a pleasure hanging with Saturn and Jupiter for a few days. They’re very well behaved, friendly and playful. Staying on Roosevelt Island was also a treat, it certainly is a hidden gem in New York. It’s got everything you need, several walking paths with some truly remarkable views. Jenna was a great host as well and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I’d say the cherry on top was that she also had a number of beautiful artwork and positive affirmations that filled her space which made for not only a relaxing but uplifting stay!
Ziggy is an affectionate and entertaining cat. He wakes up purring! Laurie's house is comfortable, and close to (walking distance!) very good restaurants and stores in San Rafael.
We had a wonderful time taking care of Poppy and Peanut. Poppy is full of energy and curious while Peanut is a bit shy at first, but warmed up quickly. Ian and Judith were very welcoming and organized and left us all the instructions as well as tips on what to see in Cologne, and we had wonderful visit. We would definetely take care of Poppy and Peanut again and we will miss them!
We had a great time staying at Natasha’s place with her lovely cats Dante and Harlow. Natasha was really relaxed, welcoming and had good communication throughout the trip. Harlow and Dante are characters and gave us lots of laughs and affection throughout our stay. Dante in particular is very affectionate and will let you know when he wants attention (which I love!). We felt we’d really had chance to bond with them. On top of that, the location is great. Right next to the harbour and within a walk or cycle ride to lots of nice bars, beaches and places to eat. We’d definitely recommend Natasha’s place to anyone looking for a relaxed but rewarding house sit around the Vancouver area!
It was a short sit but I had a wonderful time with Maddox, Michonne and Maggie. They are very friendly and easy to take care for. The girls love strokes and brushing. Maddox loves treats. Gene was very easy to talk to and provided great instructions. Their apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. I would definitely housesit here again. Thank you!
