Journey and Dave put us at ease from the moment we met them. They took the time to come to our house before the sit and meet our two dogs. It was clear before we left that they were conscientious, thoughtful and prepared, taking the time to ask questions we had not thought about, read a booklet I had prepared beforehand and even taking photographs of the amount of food the dogs have. When we were away, they were quick to communicate any issues, were not phased by our cheekier chappy pushing his luck and sent photographs of the dogs looking content at home (or enjoying a pub garden!). The dogs seemed very happy when we got home, the house was spotless and they had even bought us some bread and milk for our return. We would thoroughly recommend Journey and Dave for future housesits; future home/pet owners can be confident that both their pets and their homes will be well looked after.
