Anouk and Nienke were fantastic House-sitters both so easy to get along with such lovely people, nothing was too much trouble they even did some weeding for us ! My Horse, Donkey and cat were very well looked after and it probably was a little challenging as we had so much rain. On our return the house was lovely and tidy sheets and towels all washed very organised. We would definitely recommend Anouk and Nienke as house-sitters. And would love to have them back in the future. Thank you both for looking after my house and animals so well and thank you for the cheese it was lovely. Suzie and Gary

Buffy was pleased to have Corine stay with her last week. Very early on in our video call, I knew that her energy was perfect for Buffy. She is an excellent communicator and was quick to respond, which made me feel at ease. More importantly, Corine has a deep affection for animals, evidenced in part by her change in life path from textile logistics to training as a veterinary technician. When Corine arrived in Milano, Buffy fell in love with her right away, and they developed a close bond over the course of the week I was away as Buffy lived her best life at many great cafes and sights in Milano. Coming home was anticlimactic because Buffy was quite satisfied with Corine the week I was away and was largely indifferent to my return. As a side note, the apartment was clean and tidy. Corine is very kind, calm, and good-natured. If you are fortunate enough to receive an application from her for a sit, accept it. I know that Buffy would be happy to have her return anytime.

A thoroughly 5 star pet and house sit. Salomé and Joop did an excellent job in keeping our dogs happy and our house clean and well occupied. They are professional people and very detailed and very respectful for other people's house. I would strongly recommend them to anybody. Please do come again...

Vera looked after our English Bulldog for one night & everything went very smoothly. Vera was so sweet, very competent & organised & the communication was great!! We have no doubt that Basil was happy & well taken care of while we were away.

Henri and Annalies were great. Friendly and obvious dog lovers. Sacha, our 8 month old cocker, was recovering from a fractured scapula and they managed to cope with a dog who was meant to be restrained but wanted to run and play. If I have a comment, it is that they were too soft in that respect but I know how hard it is to enforce cage rest on a hyper active puppy. I don’t think it was clear from the outset that they would be bringing their own dog but he had a splendid temperament and helped Sacha socialise (as opposed to roughing up our older, very gentle spaniel, which was his previous form of interaction). The house was beautifully clean, the sheets and towels all laundered and milk etc left for our return. All in all very happy to ask them back if they are free in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Christina. She was so easy to work with and really nice person. We received several updates with photos and saw that our dog got a lot of attention and love. We also came home to an extremely clean flat. Cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful, lovely family! We are very grateful to have had them here. They are allways welcome back - also just for a visit. One of our best housesitters so far! :-)

Here's We had the pleasure of having Jamie and Piet look after our house, garden, and pets for three weeks while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for better caretakers. From the very first online contact, we felt a connection with them. We had made a small mistake in our planning, but Jamie and Piet handled it with such ease and flexibility, which immediately put us at ease. Meeting them in person before our departure confirmed our confidence in leaving our home in their capable hands. Throughout our time away, they were incredibly self-sufficient, only sending the occasional update, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. This can be considered remarkable knowing that our home has its own set of quirks. Particularly delightful was hearing from several neighbors that Jamie and Piet were not only excellent house sitters but also incredibly kind and friendly. Knowing that their qualities didn’t go unnoticed by our neighbors is perhaps the highest compliment they could receive. When we returned home, the thoughtful notes they left behind felt like a warm welcome, and we were especially touched by the delicious meal they had prepared for us. Jamie and Piet come highly recommended as house sitters, and we are truly grateful to them for allowing us to enjoy our vacation with complete peace of mind. Thank you so much for all three of you!

Mirella was a fabulous Housesitter. Super easy to communicate prior to the sit and when she arrived we could tell her gentle manner was perfect for our hounds. Womble and Monty were very relaxed through the sit and clearly missed Mirell when she left-always a good sign! The house was left spotless as well, thank you so much Mirella, welcome back anytime :)

Els was wonderful! She really had her hands full with our young Boxer, Cosmo (the breed can hard work, particularly young ones) but she seemed to take it all in her stride. She definitely knows how to handle big dogs and Cosmo exhibited nothing but respect and affection towards her, i’m sure because of her very calm and assuring nature. She left our house super clean and tidy and even washed all the sheets/towels etc. that were used during her stay. And to top it all off, she left us some fabulous drawings of our Cosmo that 100% capture his Cosmo-ness completely. Thanks again Els, we really appreciate it!
