Our sit with Jean was not a good experience. In one incident, one of our cats escaped from the house. While Jean did help to get her back, Jean’s first instinct was to gripe about how this ruined her plans for the day - requiring us to comfort her first before we could get any updates on our cat. This was a huge concern for us as entrusting our cats in someone else’s care is a huge deal for us and unfortunately we didn’t get any confidence from Jean that she would tend to our cats in a loving and nurturing manner. Jean assessed that one of our cats needed access to the master bedroom. The room was locked and there was no way we could have given her the keys from 3000 miles away. She made rude and inappropriate statements like “I couldn’t care less if you do cosplay or have gold bars in there”. All of this made us extremely uncomfortable and we decided it was better to cancel our international trip and no longer have her care for our cats and our house. Overall, Jean was okay when things were fine but as soon as there were challenges, she would be flustered and rude. We wish her the best.
It was a joy having Bri pet sit! She took great care of my cat and dog, going out of her way to get my pup to eat when he was being finicky and navigating an odd situation where one of my fuses went out and she needed to reset a circuit breaker to get the kitchen lights back on. I recommend her highly and would welcome her back to sit again in a heartbeat! (Thanks Bri!)
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Terry. She is charming and personable; we would love to have her as a neighbor. Our kitties took to her immediately (this was a first), even the skittish one. She sent frequent text messages with pictures of our relaxed and happy kitties. It helped us have a worry free and relaxing vacation. Our home was spotless when we returned. Our kitties weren’t clingy or complaining upon our arrival. Being first time users we were initially a little unsure about the service, but Terry really put the “trust” in “zeewoi” for us. It was a totally amazing experience. Terry is the best!
