This was our first experience using zeewoi, and Pam quite literally saved our trip from disaster. Our dog, Guner, was diagnosed with Pancreatitis 4 days before our trip. We were considering having him stay at the vet boarding facility the whole time we were gone (2 weeks) but ultimately brought him home. He still needed a large amount of care- medication delivered 3-5 times/day, special food cooked, watchful eyes ensuring he didn't slip back, and constant enticement to eat and drink, and Pam jumped right in. Pam took on the not-so-easy task of caring for a sick dog. She took notes, was knowledgable about the medications and did her research. We couldn't have been luckier to have Pam take care of Guner, and truly feel he got better care than if we were to take him to any boarding facility or clinic. We came home to a healthy, happy dog and clean home. Cannot recommend Pam enough!!
Gwynn did a fabulous job taking care of my house and my elderly dog, Moby, for two weekend sits this summer. She was very communicative in the planning stages so it was easy to confirm plans, and she arrived early for the first sit so we could go through the house and Moby's routine together before I left. She genuinely cares about Moby's well-being, and even checked in with me a few days after her first sit when he seemed a little "off" the day she left (he was fine). The house was just as clean (or cleaner) than I left it, and she continued to communicate well through both sits, giving me peace of mind and complete confidence that all was well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gwynn, or to have her come back for a future sit.
My wife and I enjoyed four days with Katness, Perry, and Tilly. Cassie and Eric were very helpful in our preparation, communicated thoughtfully, and made our time very relaxing. Their home is comfortable, and the view and access to the lake is lovely. Lindstrom has a small town/suburban vib with a nice farmers market and several nice places to eat. The fur babies were fun and easy to care for. They each have sweet personalities. Katness was relaxed and pleasant. Perry was most chummy and loved to snuggle. Tilly is a sweet, gentle giant.
