I just spent a week in Ann's spacious and beautiful house, taking care of her equally beautiful cats Jax and Luna. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, but the highlight for me (a condo dweller) was the furnished deck, where I spent many hours eating and working. The cats were very affectionate and playful, and liked being in the same room with me. Ann herself was friendly and easy to communicate with. She left me detailed printed notes in addition to the online Welcome Guide. The house is around the corner from a street full of restaurants, shops, and a TTC bus line. All in all, this was an ideal sit!
Lovely, cosy, modern home with amazing facilities on the doorstep. Energetic Juno required lots of walking which was a treat for us both in such a beautiful location. Dog friendly cafe 800m away too - which we made great use of! A really restful weekend was had, thanks Dalice, Juno and Bohdi for having me!
We had a great time at Jacqui and Neil’s with adorable Bella, Max and Roly. We became friends almost immediately and had lots of fun and cuddles with them. Communication was easy and relaxed and Jacqui and Neil even made videos for us to explain it all. The house is large and comfortable, perfectly located and blissfully quiet. We were sad to have to go home early because covid-related events. Jacqui and Neil were really understanding and accommodating so we didn’t have to rush out and leave. Thank you Jacqui & Neil for making us feel welcome. We would be happy to come back any time!
Housesitting for Julianne, Nick, and Lucca was a dream! Lucca is a very sweet boy. He loves running the perimeter of the house when you let him outside, long walks around the beautiful neighborhood, playtime inside and in the park, and snuggles on the couch. Julianne and Nick are lovely - both genuine, kind, and excellent communicators. I felt great matching with them from the initial interview, and they were prompt to answer any questions I had during the sit. Their house is also beautiful - there is so much character and charm throughout, and I could feel the love and warmth of the place during my stay. Their backyard and garden is also gorgeous and a great place to spend some time in the sun! Overall this was a fantastic sit, and I would absolutely house sit for them again. Thank you Julianne, Nick, and Lucca for a wonderful weekend getaway!!
I had the loveliest time with little Birdie! She is such a good natured, affectionate, communicative, loving little cat. No 'cattitude' here at all, it's just all love from the get-go with Birdie! This petsit was a real pleasure for me. Kate was fantastic to communicate with - everything was very clear - and her home is seriously beautiful, with all you could need for an enjoyable stay. You can definitely tell Kate works in luxury hospitality! The cottage is in a gorgeous corner of the Cotswolds too, so there's plenty to explore should you wish to... or you could just stay home with Birdie (which she will love!) Unfortunately there were significant flight delays (internationally) which meant that Kate was delayed home by a few days. I was able to stay for one extra night, and Kate was straight on it to arrange someone to take over from me. Despite this being a challenging situation, Kate is super-organised, took it all in her stride, and we managed to figure things out. This was the perfect petsit - I highly recommend it. I would love to spend time with Birdie again, she's such an adorable little character. Thanks for trusting me with her Kate, hope to see you both again!
Gary oh Gary, what can we say, you kept us amused for our entire stay! Sure there were cats and they were just fine, horses so pretty and Oscar he’s divine. The views were amazing, the house warm and clean, the humans so kind, this sit was a dream! But Gary it’s you, who stole this review, with your charm and your wit… it’s 5 stars for you! Jeff and Brittanya were wonderful hosts! Kind and easy to work with and made sure that we were comfortable with everything before they left. Clear instructions, well organized food for the animals, easy communication, fabulous location, And then there was Gary the wonder dog! He will steal your heart and make you sad to leave! (2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses…all with their own wonderful personalities, easy and fun to care for!) Highly recommend and we would love to come back again!
