What a lovely housesit! It was a pleasure taking care of Ivy and Lucy. They are two snugglebugs who loves their walks and naps equally. Rona was really helpful at making me feel comfortable and at ease in her home by going through any questions I had both before she left and during the sit. I will have many fond memories from my time here!

My husband and I cared for Walter and Lolly while I worked remotely. These two are the most loving, docile dogs ever! They respond very well to their routines and treats. Melanie and Spencer are excellent dog parents! They know each dog's personality well and instruct you on exactly what to expect and do to have smooth adventure. Their house is located a short walk from the dog park and beach. They are also a very short drive to downtown Bellingham and other sites, so a very convenient location. Melanie was a prompt communicator and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We always leave our cats here when we go on holidays. They take very good care of them and the place offers a lot back to the cats. It costs €10 per cat per day and the best is that they regularly upload pictures of the cats to Facebook so you can track them on the social media ... haha ! Really recommend the place in exchange of asking the favor to someone instead
Highly recommend it here! We drive from Amsterdam to here because our cat loves it. The pension is super clean and is like a luxe playground for cats. They do photo and video updates via Facebook twice a week, which is such a nice treat. You can tell the people who work here love their job and take such good care of the cats. There's also a lot of space for the cats to explore. After two weeks, our cat was happy and healthy! She didn't gain weight like she did at another cat hotel. I feel very confident to bring her back for a future stay and so happy that we found a place for her for when we go on holidays!

My cat came here for 3 weeks while we were on vacation and she had a great time! The cats have plenty of space, inside and outside. My cat was wonderfully cared for! Extremely satisfied!🤗 My cat Luna came home super happy and healthy. (The second seems obvious, but she has previously been to a cat hotel in Oudewater where she came home seriously ill.) Several times a week I saw nice photos of Luna on the socials of Kattenpension Hilversum, she often sat outside in the enormous outdoor run. Luna will definitely come back during the holidays!🫶🏻
After a stay of 6 days I pick up Mikah in good health, but the next night I have to take him to the vet, he has gotten a bladder infection. This is separate from the cat pension, they can't do anything about it. Mikah has spent the night with them before and everything went well. The vet indicated that he had been under too much stress this time. Next time I will look for a location that is a little smaller with fewer people, maybe that will make a difference. Nothing else to complain about, loving staff for sure! And a good price!

I reached out to Hayley as previous dog training we followed was not for us and we were looking for practical advice that we could apply to Charlie. I highly recommend Hayley as she explains dog behavior (and how your own behavior is received by the dog), the exercise, the result to aim for and sends you notes and recommendations after each session. She’s very knowledgeable and responds to your questions timely. I’m so glad we found her! We are enthusiastic after every session and have no regrets. Highly recommend her!

We asked Hayley to help with our dog Henry, who is a rescue dog from the Ukraine. Hayley was extremely professional and always helpful. She was able to explain Henry's behaviours instantly and provide helpful training which was like gold dust in the initial stages of having him. I appreciated write ups after the training so that I could read over her information again. I still think of Hayley's dog training each day and think I always will...I would highly recommend Hayley!
I wish I had a Hayley for every aspect jn my life! So skilled and compassionate. As soon as she walked in she read the body language of our dog and she has learned us how to read it as well. She noticed very quickly what the character of our dog is and what she needs. Also, she is so passionate about animals, it’s really lovely to see. Afterwards she sends me notes about the topics we discuss so I can fully focus on the things we practice during our sessions. She also encourages me to ask any questions I have in between sessions. She is truly the best choice when you’re looking for someone to help you with your dog training.

I asked Hayley to help me figure out a strategy for my dog’s reactivity to other dogs in our building. She was not only very knowledgable but also friendly. I really appreciated her approach to dog training which helps us, the owners to become caring leaders for our pets and provide them with the feeling of safety. After a few consultations and some training my dog (and myself!) became much more relaxed in the perimeters :)
Hayley is a critical part of our family system!! She trained our dog from when she was a puppy, and continues to help and support us in all things dog related like watching and walking her! Our family learned so much from Hayley. Some really great and easy-to-apply training advice to set us and our dog (Callie) up for success. She also knows the tendencies one breed of dog might have compared to another so she can specifically help yours. We also loved that she followed up by sending information of what she covered during the training (including links) so that you could refer back and read more on your own.
