Carolina was such a wonderful and communicative host, and her cat Malala is one of the sweetest and softest cats I’ve ever met, seriously. There is definitely a beautiful aura about her, and she is also quite entertaining especially when she likes to paw at the tv :) Carolina’s place was very clean and I felt very comfortable and safe staying there. 10/10 would recommend! ♥️
It was a pleasure to look after Vanessa and Andy’s family home and to take care of their two Australian Labradoodles, Luna and Scout; together with Max the cat and not forgetting the six chickens. Following an initial online introduction on WhatsApp, we were provided with a welcome guide prior to the sit. Vanessa picked us up from the train station the night before the sit as they had an early departure. We were given a tour of the house and a run through of everything required to complete the sit and then enjoyed a lovely supper with them both. Their family home is in a fairly remote location on a wooded lane just a short distance from Tenterden town. Vanessa kindly lent us her car to get out and about and to enable us take Luna and Scout to their regular local woods for their walks. There were also great walks from the doorstep and you could also amble into town across the nearby fields. Tenterden is a quaint town with many independent shops, cafe’s and pubs; a great part of real England. To summarise - a lovely couple; two easy dogs; a characterful cat and six egg laying chickens, in a great home with a fabulous garden. We would recommend to future sitters and are looking forward to our follow-up sit at the end of August
