We really enjoyed our time here and if the opportunity arises we would love to sit again! It felt like spending time at home and meant a lot to us after been on the road for some time now! I had a fantastic first sit experience at Stevens house. Einstein, the little sweet dachshund was a great buddy for 4 weeks. The yard is nice to get a little tan and relax with Einstein... Woolworth and a nice little organic store is just a few walk minutes away. The kitchen have every tool to cook a great meal I had my own room with a king size bed and my own toilet and shower
Sitting Beni would be an opportunity I would take over and over again. Beni is the sweetest cat I have ever met. He is what I would describe as a dog-lovers cat. He is so friendly, sweet, wants to play, and will certainly keep you entertained. I was truly appreciative of Sandra warning me about his night time eating habits, and if that is something you can handle, he is a true joy to take care of. Prepare yourself for a lot of great conversations, he certainly is chatty, and there is nothing I love more than a cat that meows back when I'm talking to them! As someone who has lived in Austin for over two years, I can say that Sandra's place is the dream location. Sandra lives very close to multiple restaurants and cafes, and is only a short distance from the lake and downtown. Sandra had a well-prepared Welcome Guide and the sticky notes placed around the apartment were a great help. Additionally, as someone who housesits full-time, I was SO appreciative of having a place to park my car while sitting Beni. It seems like such a small detail, and isn't applicable to everyone who may take care of Beni in the future, but for me it was so wonderful not having to stress about where to park my car. I would do this sit again and again! Thank you Sandra for letting me give Beni some love while you were away.
We had a lovely time in Berkhamsted taking care of Mustard! Corina’s place is comfortable and very well located in the beautiful town. Mustard is an energetic puppy but is incredibly well trained and behaved - we’ll miss him! Corina’s communication with us was great. We’d happily sit for her again!
Shasta and Sierra are both sweet little buddies! Shasta will quickly become your fast friend (especially if you will play fetch with him). Michelle's home is in a great location to explore Mill Valley - less than 15 minutes from the beach! Michelle is super kind and sweet. She made me feel comfortable in her home and left me with all the resources and info I needed to have a easy breezy sit.
