Shannon and Jessie were absolute dream house and pet-sitters. They were warm, friendly and organised from the moment we met on Zoom prior to their arrival, right through the whole of their stay. It was a longer house/dog sit than usual for us - almost 3 weeks - and we were reassured by their thoughtful Ralph-centred questions and superb level of open communication. We enjoyed daily videos and photos of Ralph out and about (as requested), clearly enjoying his own staycation with his new Aunties. They are both kind, empathetic and loving dog carers - speaking to Ralph and responding to him in just the ways we do, which was so lovely to see. They were also great at being mindful of his dog reactivity/agression, employing the techniques we'd asked them to. We returned home to a clean and tidy house, a happy and relaxed dog and even home-made soup, bread and a card for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Shannon and Jessie - they are simply fantastic.
